Clean room great staff, easy parking

No problems with parking. Description of "villa" could be excessive. I expected cooking facilities beyond a microwave, and cutlery, cups, glasses and plates, while they existed were only one, or at best, two.

The site was under reconstruction with excavation equipment and mud everywhere. Day 1, and excavator ripped up an underground power line, leaving us with no power for hours. Day 2, there was almost no hot water. Not at all impressed,

We only stayed one night. Property fine for our needs. A nice cafe down the road. Staff friendly and helpful.

We’ve been frequent guests at this motel throughout the years having stayed 30 times over the past 6 years Excellent accommodation for a good price. Handy to the University & Mater Hospital, a very reasonable distance to shopping malls. We were accommodated in the newly built rooms for our most recent stay & the rooms are clean, tidy & modern, the beds are extremely comfortable! Staff have always been friendly, courteous & helpful. There is ample off street parking which is a bonus

Easy to find. Clean. Nice property. Seperate small buildings for each room was great because disturbance from other rooms wasn't an issue. Friendly staff.

A large vehicle took up 10 parking spots so parking was difficult for two days.

Away from beach and city center but there is bus direct to beach only 15min and bus stop is nearby the motel, quiet motel and homey feeling, my room has back window which is nice but terrace is not that convenience as no partition to next rooms. 15min walk to shops snd supermarkets, 7-eleven 24hr just accross. Unstable wifi. There is construction in the property but minor noise. End up my stay for 5 nights.

Clean room, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, parking easy. Good and reasonably priced veggie restaurant just across the road. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay it was just what was needed, the room was clean & tidy although I don’t understand why the pool was back filled with dirt they have a lovely bbq area there but the pool is dirt that confuses me 🤔

As soon as we turned up and walked into the room it reeked. The room was not a pleasant smell to the point we could not stay in the room. They couldn't even move us as they where booked out. Very disappointing and shame they can't cater to minimise the smell that has seeped into the room on the curtains, and in the mattresses. Let's say it stunk of BO full stop

Convenient to we’re I needed to be. Hated the skylight in middle of unit Sun up your up.(I like sleep in on holiday) Cockroaches in microwave, mentioned to staffed, stated they sprayed, but still there. Don’t really care Will not stay in the skylight unit again

This was a surprisingly amazing stay. The apartment was well-sized and incredibly clean

The room was ok on first inspection until we pulled the sheets on the bed back to find blood and other stains all over the bed , when we called the number as it was around 8:30pm the number provided was incorrect a voice mail message gave the correct number which we called to have a rude caretaker not care at all her response was she was in bed and not getting up for this sh#t and she was not coming over to look at dirty sheets we just wanted them replaced with clean ones or placed into another clean room . Our room was already paid for $122 later we had contemplated leaving and continuing driving and sleeping in our car at a truck stop the bedding was that bad … we slept on top of the single bed together squished and sharing a throw that I had brought on our trip. I would avoid this terrible , disgusting , unprofessional and unsanitary place if I could have asked for a full refund I would have as it was not a place I’d allow my dog to stay … if I could give a minus rating I would …AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as you might just get that or some other disease with blood stained sheets and god only knows else was on them …

The smell from the drainage was terrible in room 21.

We are regulars and it is a very good standard and always clean. Recommended.

Cheap accommodation .good location . Shower needs a scrub to rid mould . Generally tidy enough for price

Very dirty. Bathroom window screen had a cm of dust on it. Stayed 2 nights and all they did was change towels. Bed not remade, bins with food in them not emptied.

Property is advertised as having wifi, after checking in and discovering the wifi does not work, did they reply to me hours later that wifi does not work… yet they advertise that it does. There are properties in the same area for similar cost. I would never stay here again.

Loved the property. Only gripe i have is no lamps in the room, so no soft lighting available at night. This is a deal breaker for me and a reason i won't go back. Otherwise it is great.

Safe area and 8 mins drive to MacDonald Stadium, close by to local shops and eatery at Hamilton was great. Lots of parking on site and friendly staff. Rooms are great for the price, clean bathroom and all amenities, had a microwave, toaster , fridge, which was awesome with tea n coffee amenties. The only downside with our room although it said sound proof, was it was not for upstairs as we could hear the family above us stomping around and sound

A lovely welcome and check in. Very roomy and comfy bed. Liked having the terrace for a morning coffee.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were a good size and clean and tidy. Wifi wasnt the best and in this day and age a smart tv would be good.

Chosen for location, stayed in a villa (room 21). Room layout has the couch under the tv, the dining suite is an outdoor patio set and uncomfortable, the courtyard light would be better with a sensor rather than a push button timer, the curtains didn’t quite close, and the bed was rock hard and squeaked all night, also the doona is a summer weight, even with the extra blanket it was freezing cold as aircon was ineffective and wouldn’t turn off no matter what and hissed all night, the bed lights are bright overhead led’s and both turn on together, bring back individually switched bedside lamps. So not a great stay.

Clean, but like stepping back in time 30 years. Looks like nothing has been done to it since 1996. Room huge, but uninviting. Cheap 1990s furniture. Used to have a pool, but now full of dirt.

Nice sized room with a comfortable bed. Easy check-in and out. Would definitely recommend

Kerry at reception was so accommodating it was a real pleasure. The toilet paper “behind” the toilet was a little inconvenient but … so what. Not much you can do about that.

Received a really warm welcome and the room was great, spacious and well appointed. I learned of the earlier drama on check-in day where developers burst a water main nearby and how the staff worked hard to make sure everyone was able to enjoy a shower etc. I hope u enjoy the pressie left for you in the fridge. You earned it and then some. 😀 Thank you for everything - will definitely be back.

My friend I were very pleased with the accommodation. Kerry the receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional. The budget villa was inexpensive. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our two night stay. I would readily recommend this venue to others.

Check-in was quick. the front desk lady was very nice and answered all our questions. was a nice and pleasant stay.

The owner was so rude I booked online and when I got there they couldn't give me a room Refused to refund my money when I spoke with the owners the swore at me and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with

Staff were very pleasant and helpful but Family unit had 1cooktop and small frying pan. No bowls for microwave or salads and no sharp knife. No thought put in eating in. Great bbq area and pool that had been decommissioned so unusable. Fix these couple of things and it’s an ideal affordable family stay.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Easy access to property and parking. Only negative thing is that it could have had an electric frying pan to allow cooking in the kitchenette. Other facilities 10 out of 10
