Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview

This is my second time staying here. Check in is listed as 4 pm. Both times the rooms were not ready at 4pm. Despite it being a long weekend there were only 2 staff at check in. We were given a room with a pull out couch but there was no bedding or blankets for the pull out. There were no towels in the pool area and the bottom of the pool is so rough my son ended up with multiple cuts on his feet. The hotel offers you a coupon for IHOP, but IHOP puts absurd restrictions on using it and our take away food looked as if it at been tossed into a to go container, all eggs were broken and flipped around. Despite the issues, the price was good, the staff are very friendly and were quick to respond when issues were brought forward ie. bringing towels to pool area after request. If staying here I would recommended water shoes for the pool.

The car parking price charged, US $25/day, is expensive, and it is also not fully secured with proper gates. The room toilets are not very clean.

The hotel seems to be quite a good location, just a little back from the expensive lications, but still very close and easily accessed. The layout of the building is great, and the amenities are wonderful, just seems to be a little in disrepair. Update carpet, and some fresh paint, this place would be perfect. Great bones, just needs an update...

Parking is expensive

The entire hotel has deteriorated since I stayed there last time. The carpets in the lobby and hallways are major tripping hazards as they are lifting and have major raised areas. There mush have been a flood or something. Also the bath in the room must have been poorly refinished as it had peeling paint on the bottom. The fitness and pool area are dated and the fitness are smelt bad. They charged me $35 for facilities that I was not comfortable using.

One of the worse hotels i've stayed at. The room was not very clean. Parking is not included. We were charged $25/night + tax...so came to approximately $29 per night just for parking.

Building was not well maintained, carpets in bad shape, bathrooms with a lot of details... lot of additionals, like pay additional for parking, breakfast, water at room...

The pool area was cold, some rooms needed maintenance, the shower was stained, etc.

This hotel double charged me for two rooms. We stayed there from june 1 to 10. We checked out early. They wont refund me what was taken out a second time due to system failure. The hot water sink tap had to be turned on in order to get hot water for a shower. The bed was nice. Almost got stuck in the elevator when it didnt open, and it started to move with the door half open. There was carpet in the elevator thats how old this hotel is. Needs to be upgraded big time.

Hidden parking fees is a big turn off

Room is not clean, bed room is not properly cleaned and shower and toilet were terrible.

Room was clean. Had some what looked like mold build up in the shower. Peeling ceiling, wallpaper in parts of the room. Stain on the side of the mattress.

Bed covers had old dry blood spot both side, bed frame, and by foot frame as well the the blankets, and cover sheet. Initially the bathroom was found dirty.

The room was very dirty. I asked for change in room. They said they were over booked. The bed and mattress and had stains. Could not sleep on it at all. I asked for extra comforters and they said they didn’t have any. And the morning I asked the speak to the manager and was told she’s tooo busssy.

This hotel had given me the most awful experience of my entire life. Upon a long travel day we checked in and went to our room (I tend to check beds for bed bugs as soon as entering the room which i proceeded to do) I pulled the blankets all down at once the mattress was okay, then when checking the blanket there was a yellow stain which I can only assume was urine and a tear in the blanket next to it. At this point we hadn’t ate so we went to the front desk to inform them of this and asked for it to be changed while we were gone, we got back around 11:45pm to enter the room only to find it was not changed at all! We contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel to which they switched our room. The room they switched us too was still VERY dirty now had bugs and plenty of black mold, we called back down and got our room switched again, this time our mattress had blood stains on it, there was bugs in the picture frames and again black mold. We went down to the front desk at that point as we wanted to leave, the front desk told us because it was after 12am at this point they could not refund us for that day but could for the following two and she also moved us to another room this one had no carpet, we agreed and went to the new room for the night, when we entered the room it was a bit cleaner still mold and some dirt but nothing too bad, but when checking the bed the mattress or box spring we are not sure what it was was upside down and tore apart, we did not sleep that night and

The name says “Fallsview,” but you can’t really see the falls from this hotel. The rooms are very big, and the bed, pillows, and blankets are high quality. They charge $20 for parking, which is fair for that area, and there is lots of parking space. The building looks old inside and outside. The rooms and bathrooms need renovations. Breakfast is not included — you have to pay extra. Also, there is no fridge in the room. Customer service was okay, no complaints. The hotel is about a 3-4 minute drive to the falls. There’s a Tim Hortons nearby and many Indian restaurants in the area. The lobby is small and feels crowded.

Hall carpets stained, worn out and need replacing. Bathroom lighting is dark and creepy. Soap pucks are tiny and poor quality. Furnature legs are scratched and at least need a coat of paint. Things just look worn out.

Building feels old and the interior looks old too. Some electric plug point wasnt working on both rooms we had taken. Wasn't had enuf supplies for toilet for 4 people in a room. The doors and hiches are broken here and there. That building needs a total renovation in my opinion.

Room wa spacious and i was given amenities whenever i rnquired

Clean room, a bit outdated. The desk lady was nice but the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.

I’ve stayed at this location before a loooooong time ago. Back when it was The Clarion Hotel and even after that during the several name changes its had. Overall the experience was good. There is an IHOP in the lobby, a pool and public transit stops right in front of the hotel. You can catch the WeGo or the local 216 right there. My biggest gripe with my stay at this place this time around was the TV. Not only was it kind of small but they’ve completely locked it down where you can’t change the input. So if you brought your streaming stick or even a n hdmi cable to connect something else to watch, you can’t. That was really disappointing considering I’ve stayed in more and less fancier hotels and motels and I’ve been able to perform this basic operation. Because of this I missed both the UFC and Boxing events that were on yesterday as well as not being able to watch movies and tv series on my streaming platforms that I pay for. Also, the wifi experience wasn’t great either. My son finally had enough and just disconnected from the wifi in order to use his data plan to get a decent speed for his web browsing.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

We had a good experience at Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of issues; the A/C in one of our rooms was making noise, but the staff acted quickly, checked it out, and moved us to a new room within minutes. We also noticed a few non-working lights and a TV that didn’t function, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t disrupt our trip too much. On the positive side, the hotel has an IHOP restaurant inside, and we received discount tickets; a huge plus for convenience and savings! Parking was also great, well-lit and spacious. While there were minor hiccups, the staff’s responsiveness and the on-site IHOP perk made our stay worthwhile. Would stay again for a short trip!

Friendly front desk staff

First we waited for 30 mins in line to check in, short staff supposedly. Then the tv in the room was horrible, there was no option to choose a streaming service even tho it said it was a smart tv. We brought our own azamon stick but the tv didn't support it. None of the doors around the hotel were working so late at night we had to walk around the entire hotel In the cold while having to park at the very back. And to top everything off when we were cleaning up the room I saw bugs on the bed sheets I took a video and showed the receptionist she gave me free parking for the bugs.

I got overcharged $25.14 compared to the Expedia price. I complained about this and the staff was very rude to me. I will never book this hotel again.! I hope Expedia will handle my refund for the overpayment because when I book with Expedia, I will pay only what the deal is!

The check in process took over an hour; it seems neither the staff or system was working effectively.

Staff at Reception amazing great customer service.

The front desk was very unhelpful. I called prior to arrival to confirm that the pool was open and was told it was not,once on site I could see that the pool was indeed open and the staff insisted that no staff member would have advised it was closed. The supervisor implied I obviously called the wrong hotel, which was very insulting.

The hotel was perfect, great location, great hot tub in the room. However a few things., When I booked it says falls view? This is not true on any angle of the hotel. Beware of extra resort fees charged for each day you are there. Also parking is $25 a day it’s cheaper to go across the Road a bit! I was happy until I was charged a large amount extra when I checked out.

Property requires good renovation! Otherwise its in great location.

While staying at the hotel on my visit to Niagara Falls I parked my car in the hotel parking lot. In the morning I noticed someone painted my rental car drivers side door red with some kinda paint. I went to a local auto detailing/carwash place. They were able to remove it for $100. The area around the hotel is full of drugged looking ppl. Be careful parking your car there!

Tourist trap for breakfast at their restaurant IHOP . Two eggs , 2 slices of bacon , hash browns , toast and coffee , $29 before taxes and tip . With their $7.50 coupon , still much more than their locations away from Niagara Falls .

Clean room, accommodating staff. Decent room with hot tub (unexpected upgrade?) ihop not the best breakfast choice - very expensive for what you get.

Everything was pretty close to Niagara Falls, I just didn’t like they had a lot of undisclosed fees at the time of check-in. In the ad says the breakfast is included but it is not, they give you a $15 dollars off type of gift card for the ihop in the hotel.

Place was decent. Good location. Nice pool. Breakfast for a fee was very bad though: expensive, long wait time and small portions.

Very nice, close to everything and an IHOP right in the hotel

Ihop service was horrendous. We waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken and another half hour before we got our food. It was not busy in there. They were extremely understaffed. The room smelled terrible air conditioner made a lot of noise kept us up all night. Lighting was horrible. Bathroom was very dark. We did not even bother using the pool. It smelled horrible and looked like it was in very bad condition. Charging $25 to park. There was unnecessary when the parking lot was completely empty.

Comfortable hotel, and clean. But dated. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but overall nice place to stay. But beware of hidden fees: my invoice charged me four times on HST. The IHOP is also ridiculously expensive. For two people it was around $60 and that also included the $15 discount. Luckily, there was a buffet restaurant just a block a way, which was more reasonably priced. The pool was very nice and clean.
