Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview

Disappointing with the additional fees that I wasn’t aware of when I originally booked. Although renovations were ongoing, the furniture appeared to be not from this century and well used. Corridors were unkept and carpet was covered in drywall compound. Not returning at this price.

Outdated. 25$ for car parking plus 6$ service fee top of booking amount. Flush not working same other things out of order too.

Terrible Hotel rooms very dirty and bed was very old and sunk down in the middle . We had two rooms and the other room had old carpet that was filthy . The Hotel is under a well needed update but they should definitely notify the people staying of the poor quality accommodation. The worse part is I reached out the next day to speak to the manager and never received a return phone call . Would never stay there again .

This is my second year in a row I've stayed at this Hotel and it was awesome. But the Staff are out of this world. Super awesome they did not hesitate or even ask 1 question when i asked i needed to change my room because it was smaller then last year's. I can never thank them enough. And for the first time ever, the pool water was warm and was able to enjoy it. Thank you 😊.
