Had to get the room keys redone several times getting locked out of hotel suite. They had to replace the batteries in the lock. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair stuck to the shower wall and there was garbage underneath one of the beds.. to get to the front desk you actually have to leave the hotel to walk around through the parking lot and then walk back in.

Room is clean as well as bedding & bathroom area! Quality of bed could be improved but I guess you pay for what you get! Great location across the casino & near several restaurants! Great indoor pool & jacuzzi-the ladder in deep end is falling apart-should be fixed in case of an accident! Bkfst was good!

First floor, back of Hotel, location of build was good for the Falls, but the Hotel itself was not clean and the Hot tub/pool area was disgusting, particles floating in the hot tub and no pressure. We have stayed in this Hotel in the past, but it has really gone down hill, was not at all impressed with our stay.

from the moment we walked in, it was unfavorable. had a funky smell. the rooms and hotel haven't been updated in years or ever maybe. i had concerns of need bugs groom moment one. after our 2nd night there, i noticed 4 "bite marks" on my hand/arm. we immediately left the hotel as i was sure there were bed bugs. i was told no sign of bed bugs by management. stay here at your own risk. im treating our belongings as if there were bed bugs. as I'm not convinced otherwise.

We stayed here September 28–29, 2025. Unfortunately, we found a live bedbug in our room and documented it with timestamped photos and video. I reported it at checkout and spoke directly with the manager, but the only offer was a 25% refund. This is unacceptable for a health and safety issue. The location is convenient, but cleanliness and safety should be the minimum standard. I cannot recommend this property until they address this problem properly.

Beware of bed bugs! I was not happy with my stay at the Comfort Inn. While the room appeared to be clean, we found a bed bug on the curtains in the morning of check out. We were very worried about there being more, and felt awful since we had already slept in the bed and unpacked our belongings in the room. We packed up our clothes and checked out and notified the staff. They checked our room and said they found no evidence of infestation so there was nothing they could do for us, despite the fact we had a picture of the bug in the room. The assured us it was just a lone bug, however that seems unlikely. The manager I spoke to was dismissive of the issue and said they could only do something for us if we had went down to the lobby at 5am in our pajamas and asked them to search the room, rather than a few hours later at checkout. The customer service service was poor. I called back several days later about an additional charge on my credit card, the man I spoke to was rude and short with me and said it was a security charge that will be reimbursed. At no point at check-in or on the website was there a mention of a $100 credit charge. According to hotel policy, this is the only mention about a possible charge “This property will place an authorization for 1 night room and tax for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.” This would not have applied to our booking anyway since we payed in advance. Do not recommend.

The room was very clean. Staff were courteous. The fridge didn't keep milk cold but reported it to the front desk and they were looking into it. Appreciated an easy to operate heating system.

Great area, close to everything in Niagara Falls. Walkable distance, Price is decent. The hotel is outdated and it is not clean to my standards. There was stuff (paper wrappers) under the bed from previous guests that was not cleaned. Also woke up with pink eye the first morning.

Although it said it is buffet breakfast, but only have bread, waffles, muffins, scrambled eggs and sausages (limited). The dining room is packed, long line up. There is only soap, no shower gel. The room said it is river view, but it is 2 streets down, only can see a corner of the river between buildings.

The heater in the room was obnoxiously loud and kicked in every 12 min or so. Was way too cold to leave it off. Horrible sleep due to heater. Otherwise everything was fine. We were in the older part of the hotel and it was a bit dated but it was clean.

The front desk employees were completely accommodating. I accidentally booked a one bed , bedroom. When I needed 2 beds. The guy at the front desk even though they were fully booked was able to get us transferred to a bigger room almost immediately after a cancellation came in. Staff in kitchen for breakfast were quick, organized, and polite. Will definitely be coming back.

It was in a good location for the most part. We felt safe. The motel is really set up very odd and it’s almost like they don’t want you to find the breakfast room and as a matter of fact, when we checked in the manager told us where to go eat, and how much it was. The only thing we could figure is, they would rather us go somewhere else and eat so they didn’t have to spend their money on feeding us. We took that is very odd. We’ve been to all 50 states and travel often and have never been told to go eat somewhere else. Also that manager was extremely rude and as a matter of fact, our place was clean, which is the most important thing next to safety. The location was good, but literally some of the most disgruntled management and the breakfast room. Workers were extremely odd and made you feel out of place. As a matter of fact, when you walk into the breakfast room, that’s kind of hidden they want and take down your name as you come in and what room you’re staying in literally once again we’ve been to all 50 states and some of them multiple times we’ve never been asked to give our complete name and they write it down plus our room number that was just very offing

Well, for the continental breakfast, they didn’t have any fresh fruit and the waffles. My husband said they were dry and they locked the door at 9:30 and no one could come in and get coffee or something to take to the room. I didn’t think that was nice. And when I went to check out, they charge me for parking and when I checked in, they said nothing about having to pay for parking and in my reservation it said nothing about having to pay for parking. That was an extra $75 that we didn’t know we had to pay And they wouldn’t take it off our bill.

Overall a decent stay. However, when requesting two booked rooms to be beside each other, this did not happen as staff said two different types of rooms were booked so they couldn’t be beside each other. This was not true as they were booked together way back in early July. Staff overall were not very friendly with the buffet being way too crowded and having to sign in at the buffet was a bit ridiculous. Signs that say 20 minute time limit does not reflect a warm and inviting feeling.

Room was clean. Convenient location- a 3 min walk to the incline rail down to the falls. This hotel is also a short 5 min walk to the food court where you can buy the Niagara Falls pass. We bought ours at the store in the food court then head to the incline rail to the falls as the incline rail fee and WeGo bus are included in the pass. This hotel offers paid parking ($30cad/day). Breakfast was ok as there were not a lot of options. The breakfast space is also small and crowded.

Great location in biew of the Falls. Good variety of restaurants within same block. Great bus service & incline shuttle to the Falls level. Breakfast buffet is adequate. The only draw back is they only have 1 elevator. This didn't pose a problem in November but I can see it taking a while in the high tourist season.

Really well located hotel for the Niagara Falls attractions. Good value, but a fairly basic hotel. Breakfast was OK, but breakfast room was too small making it a bit of a bunfight. Many places to eat close by, and only a few minutes walk to the funicular railway down to the falls.

This is my 4th time getting a room here.. its always been a good stay.. Breakfast is included in stay. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurts, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, toasted bread. Oh almost forgot the waffle station.

Breakfast situation was terrible. You were unable to grab and go. You had to wait in a line that was 40 people deep outside of other guest rooms in order to get in by the breakfast. Once the room is full, people have 20 minutes to eat, so we finally gave up and went to a local establishment.
