Niagara Fallsview Hotel

The check-in process was efficient and took only a few minutes to get our key. We booked the river-view room and was assigned to the 7th floor. The room was clean and spacious and provided a view of the river upstream of the horse-shoe fall. We could only see the edge of the fall but the river view was nice. The bathroom was also spacious and was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The location was convenient with ample restaurants nearby and close to the Fallsview Casino. We are not gamblers but enjoyed the shops, restaurants and the food court in the building. Walking to the horse-shoe fall was a bit far but was quite relaxing after dinner. The check-out process was also quick and took only a few minutes with the receptionist. The only issue to us was the parking cost, which was $45 on site and $35 off site. We found a few $20 parking sites within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Was a nice place. Clean, friendly. Only down side to Canadian travel is parking. Has parking lot but they chharge extra for it.

I feel if I have reservation at the hotel and I have to pay for parking , especially if you’re there for over three nights. You should get a discount and don’t have to pay $45.00 dollars a day for parking on the property and to get a $30 parking you have to walk like three blocks over to park your car at your own risk and to buy Breakfast which was pricey at the restaurant at the hotel.

Great view ofbthe falls. Only issue i had was the it didnt have a hot tub in the poll area.

Everything was very nice, just a little disappointed the hot tub was just part of the pool and was cold - the jets were nice. The bar was wonderful, great staff, good drinks and food.

We had a great stay which included our 10year old and our dog. Staff were very friendly and easy to reach. We would stay here again. - Room was clean, slightly dated but not in poor shape at all. Lots of charging ports and included mini fridge, microwave, iron/board. Bathroom was very clean and beds were comfy. Whirlpool tub features a drain function which clears lines to maintain good hygiene - Pool was clean, not busy and plenty of towels available. There is a shallow toddler area of the pool which was also great for just sitting. There is an attached "hot tub" area which takes a while to heat up but has seating and jets - Having Turtle Jacks on site was convenient but wish our stay came with a voucher for breakfast. Easy walk to many places such as Starbucks, TGIFridays, Morton's, Outback and Zappi's - The hotel gift shop had a lot of great items at reasonable prices with a few basic amenities like paper plates and toiletries as well as the usual snacks, drinks, little toys, clothing, souvenirs and bags but also dog collar/leash - Parking on-site was $45/day and off-site was $30 which was an easy 5 min walk away on Dunn St, West of Stanley - If staying with pets, there is a fee on top of your stay but not per night like other hotels. There are some grassy areas around and a field just Southwest of the hotel - TV was basic but had HDMI if you bring a Chromecast or other device. Wifi was good and no connectivity issues - Ice/Drink machine is available on every other floor

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room smelled very strongly of some type of type of sickly sweet smell. The tub needed to be bleached as well.

The only negative thing I would have to comment on was the carpet in our room. Looked nice but needs a good cleaning. After walking around in the room for a short time, the bottoms of our feet were black! There was even a sticky spot in one area.

For the amount of money we paid for 3 nights, the carpet was ripped, there was a yellow stain on my comforter. It was dingy, you couldn’t see out the windows for the falls view with the dew build up. There was paint fill in all on the walls. The laminate was coming off the end stands. It felt like I was at a 1980s frat house at the beach, not an expensive Canadian hotel! Second time staying. First time it I was so happy! I don’t know what happened in two years!!

View of Niagara Falls was exaggerated. Room had heaps of dust in the corners and under the bed. There was a pronounced floral air freshener smell that was overwhelming in the room and caused nausea. The extra duvet requested came without a cover. The lobby reeked of chlorine. Overall a very unpleasant experience

The room have a cockruch in the bathroom and it had a bad smell. The room wastn't cleanest.

There was black mould in the bathroom and the room was kinda run down. The blinds were stuck. But it was a very convenient location

It was nice enough that it’s dog friendly. I cant complaint. The room wasn’t that clean but its was ok

This hotel was good except we woke up Sunday morning with the discovery of bed bugs. We immediately went to the front desk. The manager was really good about it and refunded us. I would recommend checking beds and sheets. As we didn’t notice any marking on the actually mattress which makes me to believe this was brought in and recent.

The first room assigned had Bed Bugs, When we reported it they transfer us to another room That room was clean but we couldn’t sleep thinking if the room has bed bug too.

Buying on Expedia i got a room in the old tower, which had a distinct and foul odour. My colleague booked at the hotel site and got a nice room in the tower secrion.

The room was clean, and the view was lovely. The service at front desk was great. Parking options not convenient and the main thing that brought my rating down was the smell of smoke in the hallway and room. All my clothes had the stench left upon returning home.

Room very dated, a couple power outlets were not working, there were three tvs in the room, but horrible channel selections.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great bathroom amenities, towels were nice and soft and thick.

I paid extra for a room with a view of the fall,, but the exterior of the windows were so dirty that it wasn't a pleasant experience looking through them at all.also the heating system was so noisy that my wife had trouble sleeping because the noise was so disturbing.

Beautiful view of falls

The hotel had no amenities but our room was new and large with a large bathroom overlooking the falls.

Staff was kind, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the view was amazing! My only complaint is that there was a large dent/hole in the middle of our mattress which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Luckily we had a King sized mattress so I could avoid it as much as possible.

Don’t go here. Kids and i were woken up by someone’s car alarm directly outside of our room. Went off for more than an hour. Called the from desk and they said “too bad it’s another hotel Property”, not our problem. They said they called the hotel. I had to physically go outside myself to locate the vehicle and take pics and such of the plate number. There is only one hotel worker and zero security guards during the night - seems safe ? Tried to follow up in the morning and I was still treated with zero care and respect. The manager lady named Victoria was condescending and shouldn’t work in tourism and hospitality. Her boss , John, also didn’t care and left me a voicemail 7 hours after the incident took place to say ; sorry about your luck, we don’t care. Garbage customer service; wasn’t offered a discount or money back or future stay coupon or anything . Also had trouble with the room key and they had to send maintenance 3 times to fix and this dude was also not trained in how to be polite or how to work with people. I’ll never go here again

I was really impressed with the check process. Our early check in request was honoured as well as an upgrade to a falls view room. Bahri went out of his way for us. This exceptional service set the tone for the rest of our experience in Niagara Falls. 🙏

I was so happy with my stay here. Staff were some of the most friendly and welcoming I have encountered in years! When is the last time the front desk called you to ask if you liked your room and view, which were amazing by the way. The room was comfortable and clean. The falls view was spectacular. Parking was easy and location great. Would highly recommend.

During our stay, we have enjoyed the quiet environment for our room. That was a very good aspect. What I could offer as positive criticism is that we were 6 people and there were only 4 bath towels, which obliged me to request an additional two towels to be provided. Not a big deal in itself but something that an attentive and experienced hotel staff should have noticed and anticipated. We also had to go through some mixed experience with the front desk. There was a lack of genuine warmth and friendliness overall. Usual questions such as “How was your trip?” or “How was your stay?” asked by both the evening reception clerk and the day shift reception clerk, however these questions were asked in a very robotic manner and without any real personal warmth or eye level interaction. It felt pretty much as they were asking because it was part of a script rather than as a genuine question and an actual attempt at creating a great customer experience moment… Finally, there was a great deal of confusion with the car park billing, that provoked a misunderstanding between us and the receptionist. It was only resolved when Victoria the front desk manager intervened and credited the excess parking fee that was incorrectly charged. She was very good and efficient but the receptionist was not as much as he was more accusatory than understanding. This is where the experience could have been much better if he had been more customer-focused, but thankfully Victoria was…Learning point…

The staff was great! The gentleman at check-in was soo funny and the woman at checkout was very sweet. The only things I can think of that were 'weird'(I worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years) was that there was no heat in the hallways? That was a first. And I wasn't able to charge our dinner at the restaurant to our room. It's attached to the hotel so why not offer that? None are a make or break and everything else was great!

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! Several issues arose causing me to up from before 5am and the staff calling my room at 530am and waking my son for the day. The staff rolling carts outside window at 12am. The room key didn’t work, the lady at desk was extremely rude and condescending and the manager refused to speak to me. All that was offered was a 12pm check out, which we already had! The WORST stay of my life!

We were very comfortable at the Niagara Fallsview Hotel and Suites. We were given a room with a great view of the hotels across the street. The room itself could use some updating, although the bathroom was new and very nice. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but we still got a good night's sleep. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. Near the hotel, we ate at an Italian restaurant called Zappis; Their pizzas were very good. The following morning we had breakfast at IHOP, right across from the hotel, with a beautiful view of the Falls. The location was perfect for getting around town; we used the WEGO bus and also walked to most of our destinations.It was a good option to stay.

Great service! Clean rooms, clean hotel. Travelled with older children. Felt safe which was very important! They also had local recommendations which was also very helpful! They made us aware of things we were able to get from within the hotel itself that I had no idea came with the room! Will definitely come again! Highly recommended! Thank you

Perfect location for everything Niagara Falls Canada. Not a place of your looking to enjoy amenities but if you need a central location for activities this works.

At least to me the uniqueness of the hotel is that it is on a "WeGo" bus route but either then that is us still pretty close to things to things for example it is close to a good breakfast spot as well as a few good restaurants for lunch and dinner and a decent walk away from table rock and Clifton hill

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location for the falls and entertainment. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Would recomend to my friends. Oh and some of the rooms have a great view of the falls.

Hotel was wonderful as far as location to the falls. Had a small view of the waterfalls from my city view room so that was a surprise! Very close to the incline and all in all the area is very walkable. Parked the car and didn’t touch it for 3 days. Upon checking in and entering the room dust was noticeable in the air vents and in the air conditioning in the room. I didn’t see a safe for safe storage for our passports and the bathroom needs a little TLC in regards to the crack in the tub and no panel on the buttons to work the jets (didn’t turn them on anyway). The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, and turtlejacks was great for breakfast.

The property is well maintained and clean. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the falls.

This hotel is rough. It doesn't smell great and is just dated and worn out. Here's the deal. If you're in Niagara for drinks and fun and just need a bed, it's fine, but it is a pretty old hotel. It also claims to have room service on the website... That's false, but you can get takeout from the restaurant. Also, they are pet friendly, but there is a 75$ charge, so just FYI.

A lovely room with view of the horseshoe falls. Check in was easy and staff very polite, room was clean with a spa bath, which was quite noisy, I hope the room next door couldn't hear it. Parking was a little unclear I parked and then went into the hotel which prompted a parking charge this was very quickly erased by the reception staff. Park right outside the hotel in the drop off area and youll be given a pass for the parking. There was a restaurant next door where I had breakfast staff very attentive and the food was good with unlimited coffee. Overall a lovely stay I was recommended this hotel from a friend, I was a little reluctant as it's not a chain hotel, I had a great experience. I would certainly recommend to others.

Parking lot was very icy at night and was not cleaned or salted even by the morning. Room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant in the hotel was great.

The view they say is offered from the hotel is not true. There is not breakfast included. There are massive parking fees that they hit you with on checking in.
