Stayed as convenient for a wedding reception relatively near by. Room was comfortable and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the M1. Can’t get an UBER in Northampton, but the hotel does have a convenient system you can use.

Brilliant hotel. Clean and well appointed room. Facilities well maintained, friendly staff and great breakfast (including gluten free station). Dog friendly too which is so refreshing to see! We arrived at night when it was dark and the hotel wasn’t easy to locate, but had the address included ‘Grange Park’ we’d have found it!

Room was very clean. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast is a bonus. Carlos on the bar was lovely. As an overnight stay on route to another destination this fitted the bill. I’d stay here again.

Fantastic few days an away for the weekend with a friend, who had mobility issues. The hotel was very accommodating in regards to an easily accessible room, which was much appreciated! Lovely room, considering we was in the first room of the corridor next to reception, we heard no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was great, cooked bacon, sausages, scrambled egg & beans. Continental breakfast too, a very good selection. Would highly recommend this hotel & no hesitation in using it again as a base for going to the surrounding areas. Thanks to all the Team 👏👏

Very friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. It had been a long drive so this was very welcome. The staff continued to be pleasent and helpful for the duration of our stay. We were travelling with our dog and were delighted when he was presented with a little doggy goodie bag. Such a sweet touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for having a freestanding shower with a grab rail. I am a little wobbly on my feet, so dislike having to climb over a bath. The towels were lovely and soft. We ate in the restaurant one evening. My first, and then second choice, was not available. The food was cooked well and presented nicely. I did feel it was a tad over priced. The breakfast was ok.

I found the room extremely clean and well appointed with usb charging points, the Dove body wash and shampoo were a very nice touch far better than the usual hotel stuff, the only criticism i have and it's a personal criticism was that the pillows gave me a stiff neck, but apart from we were more than than please with our stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.

Stayed at a number of holiday inns, but unfortunately was let down by the fixtures and fittings of the room, broken chair arm, light shade broken falling apart, socket covers hanging off and cobwebs. Very disappointed

The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean on enter. But i was disappointed that they only supply clean towels every day but dont clean the place. I went with clean skin leave with a itch on my right shoulder just to go to the chemist and realise is ring worm am made as hell. Never caught that in my 68 years of life. The place need proper disinfectant hall way smell mouldy. I dont like the fact that only scramble egg every day what about fry boil are pouch eggs. We shouldn't have to go to harvesters the hotel should get our money so do better menu's. Bathroom should clean every day not just empty the the bin and put new towels

Close to motorway with plenty of parking, staff were friendly and personable, rooms were clean, accommodating and had black out curtains as well an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea coffee, etc., bed was large and comfortable, there was good air con and heating, bathroom had all the essentials in Dove which was a pleasant surprise, buffet breakfast was adequate. Overall l would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay coming down from Liverpool to London. The hotel was very welcoming and check in very easy. we got to our room via the lift and despite this being a very busy hotel it was very quiet. Choice of pillows "hard or soft" and the mattress was very comfortable. in the morning after a very good nights sleep we found that the Shower was very easy to workout whereas in some hotels we have found it difficult to use the whower or bath. Went down to breakfast and there was an abundance of food offerings available from continental to full English breakfast. Overall a wonderful stay and will be booking again when we come back from Liverpool next year.

Easy access to A45 and motorway. Plenty of parking for free Good breakfast. Don't like the cheap mattress. I can see the springs and you can feel them when you are trying to sleep. A few noisy guests woke me up by knocking at each others doors and talking very loud on the way to their rooms

The room was clean, room heater not working, and I wasn’t offered to be moved into another room with better heating system. The staff brought a heating fan as a replacement for the night. This was not comfortable, so did not have a relaxing sleep for the night. This is the fourth time I’m staying here and the only time I am having a bad comments about this hotel. The hotel was aware of the guest coming, these short coming should have been looked into before the arrival of the guest.

Great value for money, big room and in decent condition for what you pay for. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. AC in the room was in working condition and I like how the door to the bathroom/toilet is set up. I'll use again.

Having stayed numerous times at this location, I arrived early for check in and asked if it was ok, I was abruptly told checkin is at 3 your room may not be ready, then silence!! I asked could you check which she asked another staff member to do and yes room was ready so I was getting checked in, not interested in my IHG membership as booked vie Expedia, the First Lady again reminded me the checkin is at 3.00. Not happy feel as though I was being talked down to… I stay in 4 hotels every week and am fully aware of the policies and have stayed here more than 10 times and this is my first ever issue here, Maybe the Hilton across the road would have been more professional!!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before but this weekend was the best stay yet. I was staying for a night away with my boyfriend and we had a few drinks at the hotel bar and all staff were very accommodating. One in particular though was the nights team leader, VAISAKH. Lovely guy who couldn’t help us out enough. We offered him a drink and tip which both he refused only asking for a good review. I rarely do reviews but I feel he really deserved/earned this

Arrived around 10pm and was greeted by the reception staff who quickly gave me my room key and informed me where the room was and breakfast timings. As usual, we took our bags to the room and then came down to have some Pizza and wine before retiring to our room. In the morning we could not wait to get to the breakfast buffet as there were an amazing array of food on offer which more than satifies myself and my wife. Checkut was quick and easy.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, however there were only plug sockets or USB ports beside one of the beds meaning I couldn’t charge my phone overnight. The bathroom was very small, but functional. Breakfast was disappointing - many items were burned or stale. Coffee was nice though!

Front door and first impression not good. Needs some TLC which is unfortunate as everything else is excellent. Room very good- excellent bathroom/toilet. Loved Dove soap and shampoo. Bar and dining excellent
