We were in the annex room, Manton. The room was small but had a nice balcony overlooking Rutland water. The bathroom had a spa bath and Japanese toilet which was nice. The shower was an experience, good temperature and pressure but could and did flood the bathroom if not not kept an eye on. Breakfast fine,only complaint was 9.30 was the latest you could eat in there. Not a problem normally but would have liked to have done the Rutland Park run on the Saturday but would not have finished in time. A breakfast box is offered if you want to eat later. As the Park run starts directly outside the hotel I think they could extend breakfast by 30 minutes on a Saturday. Overall staff very helpful and friendly, great value for money and an amazing location.
