RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, Vignette Collection by IHG

Staff were lovely and facilities nice and new. The only complaint is that I loathe paying extra for facilities and charging extra for the pool (equivalent of $35 NZD per person) is not ideal in my view. Hotels.com should also make this clear on the website as this was not clearly noted on the booking page.

The hotel was great. I was traveling with my husband and two kids. Rooms are big enough for 4 people. The bathroom was clean. Amenities in the hotel were good and clean, good restaurants and shops. 2 The shuttle bus service every 15 min to the Osaka station was very convenient for us. No complaints at all.

Very elegant hotel, a bit outdated, though. Breakfast is wonderful and the view from the restaurant alone is worth paying for the meal! Room is ok, we expected a bit more due to the hotel rating and pricing. Overall a very nice hotel, location is not so central, but convenient. Nice bedding, linens and towel. Friendly staff.

Excellent stay!

Really big room, very quiet and clean, incredible lobby with loads of space and also great dining options. A convenience store in the basement and only steps from Keihan railway.
