Charged extra for parking in a ghetto neighborhood where there is a major homeless and drug crisis. Opted for early 1pm check in with online check in and when I called to confirm this was recieved I was told there is a 75.00 fee. After selecting no no charge option for 1pm check in. Stairwells and hallways very unkept.vbag of nasty garbage left in the hall all night. No microwave on site to use at all and in room Keurig didn't work. No water pressure in shower. Window sill disgusting with dead bugs and dirt. Room door didn't latch to lock and no equivalent room available to offer in exchange. When concerns were voiced no response was recieved. Overall very disappointed.

Terrible experience. Very disappointed Extremely dirty. Horrible smell. Room was late over two hours Will never use this company again

It’s ok, but it wasn’t so shabby

A couple of things. Check-in was quick and went well. However, the room key-card did not work and I had to return to the front desk to get it reset. They explained that they had just installed a new system a week before and there were still some bugs. The only other problem was that the small fridge in the room did not work. I advised the front desk of the situation but it was not rectified during my three day stay. Disappointing.
