Easy check-in and very friendly staff. Underground parking is a huge bonus especially since its free. Room was spacious and very clean. Kinds enjoyed the pool, water was not too cold. Free breakfast was good, plenty of variety and fresh coffee and tea is available all the time. Only small inconveniences are the elevators during busy times (but not too bad) and the breakfast area gets a little too packed but we always managed to find a table. Overall a great and pleasant stay.

Amazing Staff, clean & comfortable rooms, delicious hot breakfast and free parking! I had the most pleasent stay! Not to mention how close this place is to the highway, walking distance to some shopping and the baseball stadium. Swimming pool could be better maintained but it was a busy weekend so perhaps it was just overrun with children. Overall, my family of 4 had an excellent time. If travelling with multiple families, I recommend one group book a Hospitality Suite; it is a very large room with a 10-seat board room table (our dining table), excellent views, and perfect space for hosting. I will most definitely be back and for a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn due to its convenient location close to Hwy but quiet inside. Free parking in the garage with free EV chargers was a big plus. You can unload your luggage indoors and take the elevator to your room. Indoor swimming pool was nice and clean, no other people on a weekday morning. Beds were big and comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a microwave and an extra sink in the room. Breakfast was adequate with various cold and hot food options and fresh fruits. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Staff were very professional and friendly. Good hotel option within a short drive to downtown Ottawa and Gatineau.

Nice size room and bathroom. Very clean. Doors not sound proof can hear everything in hallway even just regular and whispered conversation. Makes you wonder about privacy level. Beds need to be upgraded - old coil spring mattresses that hurt the back. Also toilet would barely flush. Rooms are cleaned every second day but when they came it was after 4pm and I was getting ready so not convenient and told them not to bother. Rooms are nice and large and so is the bathroom and everything was very clean.

We were staying here for my young sons surgury at CHEO for three nights. I called 3 times before we arrived to confirm certain things and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were each time. Check in was easy, breakfast was yummy and breakfast staff were great. All of the workers we encountered were always friendly and courteous. Staff went Above and beyond keeping our sons smoothie freezies in the hotel freezer for us for his post op. The pool was excellent because it has a true shallow end, my son is small and the day before the Surgury he was so happy to actually be able to touch the bottom. We are actually still in the hotel now, having had to extend our stay due to unforseen circumstances and again the front desk staff were excellent and kept us in our room and provided us with a reasonable rate. This was a stressful trip for our family and it has been really nice to have a friendly and easy place to stay.

This property never disappoints! It is impeccably clean. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included is great with lots of tables to sit at, and the most amazing staff who keep the whole area so tidy and clean. They are always willing to help, and even make your waffles for you! I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again. I especially like that the suites have a bar area, with a separate sink, a microwave, and a bar fridge.

Hanpron as ysual us great hotel, hoiwever I dusnt feel weocome at all wgen I was checked in. I had requested higher floor and was assigned ground floor. I understand ygat sonetomes it may not be possible for yge hotel to accommodate but making to feel unweocome to Hampron inn in my 50 years exoerience is hard to understand i hought staff gets great training on making guests welcome even when the soecials requests could not be accommodated and are explained to yhe guests.

I just wish they would stop sending me away because I do not have a credit card I stayed there a week ago they put it on a debit card and there was no issue I try the second time and they said oh they don't do this it's not policy they can't do it anymore. Just accept the damn debit card what's the issue I cause no damage no harm to other people wake up you're sending people away I spend a lot of money each month on hotels and you want to turn me away just because I have no credit card shame on you.

The staff and especially the manager were great. I had an issue and explained it to the manager who took care of it way beyond any expectations I had. the whole stay was wonderful. The hotel is nicely located right beside the highway. We were on a family vacation and the main museums were all a close drive away. It was close to a big mall, which had a great food court for many of our meals. There was also a train station at the mall and buses. The only negative I had was that the undergroundparking lot filled up each night by 9 o’clock so if you came later, you had to hope you could get a good outside spot.

I'm disappointed because your staff lied to me and took my deposit which was never credited back to me after 3 weeks Knowing quite well that the room was in the same prime condition i met it when i checked out and i paid in full online before showing up. This is the worst I had gotten from any hotel. I usually get my credit back within a few days to a week max. Reached out to the staff that tossed me from 1 person to another only to be told that i should keep waiting that it could take up to 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks are over now, still no refund. Can't believe it.. This is daylight robbery.

A very clean hotel. Parking was very secure . Breakfast was busy but lots of options. Pool was a decent size and had lots of kids which was fine as we have kids but if you were a couple you probably would avoid it. Area seemed safe - there were beggars at the lights right near the hotel both nights when we returned to the hotel. We would stay there again.

Very clean, large rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and hotel are in excellent condition. Pool area and gym very good and clean. Breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and finding a seat is often difficult. Food is generally OK. I would stay here again and again. Good work to the people who run this one.

Our only complaint was that we were unable to get breakfast on the Monday morning (Canadian Thanksgiving) The hotel was obviously at capacity as there were over 100 people in the tiny breakfast area from 7-9:30 at which point we decided to go out for breakfast.

The room and common areas were clean, the staff was kind and courteous. The room amenities were working. We got the top floor so the view was nice. The morning buffet could add more variety for vegetarians. Another suggestion would be to add more front parking when people checkin before they can use underground parking garage.
