Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent. 1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning. 2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect.

Hotel very convenient for city shopping, RAC Arena and Elizabeth Quay. Unfortunately our room had a shower with the taps marked wrong, hot was cold and cold was hot. The shower door would not close so water all over bathroom floor. The sink was cracked which is these Covid times is very suspect. The overflow hole on the sink was disgusting, I cleaned it out myself because it was so grim looking at it while washing. The air conditioning was non existent. Pointed these thing out to reception and they were very helpful, did offer to change rooms but as we were there only two night wasn’t worth the hassle. They did give us extra floor mats to mop up the water and a pedestal fan . The hotel is getting very tired and showing its age, at over $200 a night and $20 a day extra for off site parking I would not consider staying at the Ibis again. However the breakfast and the food in the bar was excellent.

Very central. Had own laundry and place for breakfast. Very secure. Very helpful staff. Downside - very noisy at night outside. Luckily i was in a back room but it needs to be clear on their website. Also needs a bit of a paint and some new carpets. I would go again though.

If you are looking for easy access to public transport then this is perfect. The place is older but was very clean, just dated. The security is good, the staff were great and the onsite restaurant was very handy. Overall not bad.

Very tired hotel. In need of renovation Had free breakfast and parking included. Name wasn’t on breakfast list and problems getting free parking sorted as no car park ticket given on way in Way better hotels for a cheaper rate in Perth CBD. Won’t be going there again

This would have been the worst Ibis we have stayed in all over the world. Carpet and shower unclean. Decor disgusting and out dated. You could hear the people in the next room breathing. We stayed two nights as we paid for previously and have now moved to another hotel. Curtains two different colours. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The carpet and the general decor when you get out of the lifts is just horrible. Stains, dirty and very unpleasant. The rooms are good. The buffet needs to have more options especially for breakfast.

Great central location however room was terrible. Stains on walls and ceiling, shower that flooded bathroom, broken aircon on arrival, mismatched curtains and ripped carpet. Wouldn’t stay here again. Everything just felt dirty.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purposes of my trip to Perth. The breakfast buffet was OK. The housekeeping was sub-par -- the room was not vacuumed properly and the desk was never dusted or crumbs removed from the desk and I had to ask for the shower gel to be refilled :(

Good location and friendly staff but marked down due to poor cleanliness: hair on the shampoo bottle in the shower, a thick film of dust on the side table and alarm on che k in that was still there after servicing the room each day, no replacement if used coffee mugs.

The room had 2 ceiling lights. No bedside table or desk light. Had to turn the light off the the door then walk in the dark or shine your torch phone to get into bed. The AC was noisy and there was 1 power outlet on the desk and one near the door where the kettle/Nespresso machine was. Carpet was dated and the walls needed a repaint. The curtains were old and dirty. I have stayed in numerous Ibis properties around the world. Worst one ever. Eugene in reception was fantastic. Amazing customer service.

Rooms are small but serviceable. Location is great, close to the CBD and plenty of shopping and dining options, and also close to public transportation. Shower plumbing is a bit iffy with alternating hot/cold water depending on whether someone else is flushing. Overall, good value and I would stay here again.

Location, style, price & comfort were all perfect for staying one night in the city for a friends birthday. Only complaint was their entry /swipe card system. They give you two cards, one red, one blue. I took one card out with me and upon my return couldn’t get into the building. Another guest saw me & notified me that I had the “wrong colour” to get in. He let me in so I could speak to reception who confirmed I needed one card to get into the building & the other card to get into my room. These details weren’t told upon check in, weren’t sign posted near entry or the room & wasn’t advertised on the cards them self. My partner had the same problem but in reverse as he had the other coloured card. He could get into the building but not the room

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The room was always clean. The service by the staff was really good. They are polite and patient. And they also surprised my husband and I as we got married during one of the nights. Will 10/10 recommend Ibis Perth to friends who want an accommodation in the city when in town. Super central location!

Check in and out was seamless. Room service needs some work, waited over half an hour for our order and when i called was told it was not placed as there was no "credit" on our room which was unbelievable as reception took my card details at check in. Eventually got our food 20 mins AFTER my phone call.

This hotel has a great location, right in the middle of downtown Perth, yet not a sound penetrated our rooms. Plenty of dining choices, and Perth Station, are in easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering would suit all tastes. I would happily stay at the Perth Ibis again.

Room was fine but breakfast was not quite up to usual Ibis standards. Bacon was hard to cut on the lean bits as if overcooked but the fatty bits were barely cooked and the scrambled egg on the second morning was still very runny. A fried egg would have been a welcome option There were no tomatoes that day Butter was served in a dish which got messy with everyone dipping into it so not very hygienic. Coffee cups only half full. Water dispenser it working and no jug or small bottles of water available as an alternative. Would have given 5 stars without these disappointments as hotel very well situated .

Great and very accessible location. The minus point is no drinking water provided in the room. But we are allowed to get from water cooler at breakfast area in the hotel lobby. I didn’t bring the power plug adapter and thanks God the hotel able to lend 1 plug per room. We stayed for 7 nights with the same breakfast menu. Would be great if they have some menu rotation. Overall, great experience.

In die Jahre gekommen, laut von draußen (windige Fenster) und hellhörig, im Shampoospender war nur Wasser. Dafür nettes Personal, perfekte Lage für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und zum shoppen. Frühstück mit einfacher Qualität, wenig Auswahl und Abwechslung aber mit allem was man braucht. Ich würde nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.

Functional but rather tired Ibis, the same but clearly five years older than the last time we stayed here. Great location for central Perth, cant understand why they dont use there large street frontage restaurant space for something more imaginative & upmarket than just for breakfast, the street could really benefit and there are many better breakfast places nearby. Needs a face lift cosmetically and in their thinking
