Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza

I had a good stay at this apartment hotel, and appreciated the extra amenities of a washer/dryer, kitchen, etc... It is in walking distance to the train station, many bus stops, and grocery stores/shopping, so I was easily able to get around. I did find that the floors seemed a bit dirtier than I would like, but otherwise cleanliness was good. Air conditioning functioned better in the living space than in the bedroom, but there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom which was appreciated. Overall, location was good and I would stay here again.

We had the premier 2 bedroom and it suited our family of 5. We like the space - although the layout this time made the apartment feel smaller than our previous stay. But still good and we enjoyed our 10 days stay. Apartment was fully furnished and important considerations for us were (1) 2 bathrooms and (2) washer/dryer. What were not so great: 1) Dryer needs to be set to the max of “Hot 150” for it to work well. Initially we had our clothes spun for several hours on “high” and still slightly damp after. 2. Door handle in one of the bedrooms broken, but was quickly fixed upon report. 3. The bathroom uses only Shower head and no hand spray - hence some effort is needed to avoid getting your hair wet. 4. The shower glass door has to be properly positioned to prevent water from flowing out. 4. 26 Feb 26 - power trip 5. Last day discovered both phones not working when I wanted to call reception.

Stay at Adina often overseas. Close to everything and spotless, well equipped apartment . Helpful staff.

Would appreciate a daily room clean service, not every 3 day service.

We were so impressed with Adina Apartments. We had so much space! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, a large lounge room, comfy couch, a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, stovetop, full size fridge and dishwasher! Washing machine and dryer and a cute little balcony! Large floor to ceiling wardrobes in both bedrooms, plus there was a swimming pool, sauna and gym to use on level 2. Travelling with 3 teenagers I honestly could not believe how much space we had! And to top it off, the location is incredible! Woolworths 3 min walk, which is part of the big Murray St Mall with a huge range of shops, cafes etc. The main station, Perth and Perth underground is less than 5 minutes walk with trains that take you in all directions. Elizabeth Quay with ferries to Rottnest and South Perth is about a 10 walk away. And to top it off, on the day we checked out, they stored our bags all day and gave us access to the shower on pool level so we could freshen up before our late flight home. It was such a fabulous place to stay, I highly recommend!
