We stayed here as the hotel is close to the airport and we had a very early departure. We were going to the AFL at Optus Stadium the afternoon before and the free bus service to the ground left and returned just outside the hotel. Very convenient and seamless transport. The pool was much appreciated on a 33 degree day and restaurant waitress was very helpful in delivering our pizza dinner poolside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and hard to get out of at 3am to take the excellent shuttle service to the airport which leaves every hour. Highly recommend this very pleasant hotel.

Airport shuttle was fantastic and the breakfast and the dinner restaurant were really good. Very close to Ascot racecourse which was amazing. Swimming pool and spa was clean and delightful. The rooms were a bit tired and need an upgrade but the shower was powerful and aircon worked ok. Staff were friendly.

It smelt in the corridors and the room. Awkward screens for the bathroom. Not the hotels fault but the power went out for hours. Thought maybe they would use a generator. Unfortunately my family had to call an ambulance for me and the staff on the phone/front desk was not that helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights the property itself is clean and a great base to go anywhere There was afew issues big stains on the doona which we found after the first night we did ring reception and they had it changed, we wanted to sit outside in the evening and the light didn’t wrk called reception again to get it sorted still to no avail the light globe broken we did received a great bottle of wine which I appreciated,

The”Deluxe” room was ok but fronting the highway. Very noisy. I had requested a quiet room at reception. So I downsized to the “Executive” which was so much better. I’d stay in that room again. Staff was great to transfer me.

Very dated property that hasn't been kept up well. Clean enough but certainly not luxurious, I don't imagine it's particularly good value. Staff was ok, not very warm. Walls super thin and could hear the neighbours crystal clear till well past 3am. The airport shuttle runs 24h and is a good plus though.

The staff were nice, the hotel was close to the airport and there was car parking. The traffic noise was loud, the room was on the first floor with no lift so had to carry bags upstairs. We were right near the stairs so lots of noise. The bed was really uncomfortable and there was lots of light in the room.

First off: nice room. Staff was pleasant and tried to help with problems. The problem: We emailed, through Expedia, a note two days before arrival, that our airplane arrived at 10:10 PM. No response and no shuttle. Cost us $42.50 for taxi. Secondly, internet in room was too weak to download anything; had to use it in lobby.

Not good value, $220 per night for a basic motel room, basic amenities, fire alarm went off in the exact same location twice in 12 hours, including waking everyone up in the night to go stand on the kerb whilst no hotel staff came to instruct us, unsure if it’s faulty system or the many smokers on their balconies/courtyards setting off the alarm, either way it wasn’t great. Pool basic, rooms tired, rooms clean enough but just overpriced for what it is, airport Convenient motel.

There is very little in the surrounding area, but we were looking for a place close to the airport to stay and acclimatize after a long haul flight. So in that regard it was perfect.
