The property is in a lovely part of South Perth. We had the river at our doorstep and good local food and groceries. We liked the property but parking is limited and we needed to park off site at another property with the same owner. There was a bit of a walk from there. Room was small and my daughter had to sleep on a pull out bed on the floor which was unexpected. But the staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful.

Lovely place to stay - easy to get to city on a ferry, shopping facilities are in walkable distance. Kitchenette facilities enough for use. Parking is limited although there is street parking.

目の前がスワン川ということもあり、ロケーションは最高でした。景色は大変良く、近くにフェリー乗り場、24時間営業のスーパーもあり、パース動物園も徒歩圏内で、大変便利でした。ホテル自体は新しくはありませんが、清潔でタオル交換や軽い清掃は毎日してくださり、とても良かったです。ラウンジでコーヒー等の飲み物が無料で飲めることには驚きました。ランドリーはお金がかかりますが、24時間使用可能です。何より、スタッフの方がフレンドリーで温かく、素晴らしいホテルです。とても良い滞在ができ、再訪したいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。

This is an excellent location, with onsite parking. The view across to the city is superb with a short ferry ride to take you there. There are plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped.

I had booked and paid for 1 double and 2 single beds when we arrived there was I double bed and 1 single and a lounge that folded out to a bed which I found sleeping on carpet not comfortable as you could feel every spring of the mattress There was mold in the bathroom and the fridge smelled

The best thing about this property is its location. Very walkable to dining, shopping, etc. The rooms are nice enough although bathrooms are dated and small. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Lots of dust on surfaces and the bathroom had hairs in the sink and on towels.

Location of the property is good and the views are good. There was also sufficient parking. That said the property needs renovation and upgrading. Air-condition was really noisy and we had to resort to opening windows for ventilation as the noise was too loud to sleep. The TVs were also old and the remotes were sticky and buttons did not function very well.

room was noisy other guest bathrooms were audible frpm this room . elevator machinery was continually audible while in use. kitchen was infested with ants. door had no insect screening which made it necesary to operate noisy AC instead of being able to rely on fresh air. on request no decaf coffee was available for in room use. disappointing view compared with that advertised.

Check in could have been better, I have stayed here a few times and I was told they haven’t got any record on the system. Documents not printed off and also staff member was taking a while to check in a guest before me which took forever with small talk etc

The host was so lovely. It's my husband's birthday and I requested for a simple suprise. They went above and beyond! The apartment is gorgeous with a clean spacious room,comfy bed, lovely lounge,and it's accessible to ferry which is only about 5 minute lovely walk next to beach. Everything was just smooth and thank you to the staff!

No assistance offered to upgrade room and i had to insist on speaking to a manager. The couch uncomfortable, tbe bed hard on my back, the view was amazing Parking issue When i asked if there was dining options theg could recommend via a in room information pamphlet i was told there was nothing hiw hard is this? Then i found vouchers for various restaurants around the place hidden in the key pouch Communication needs to be improved. What kind of property sticks a traffic cone in a parking spot with a disabled sticker on it and refuses to remove it for my wife who does have a disability?

Excellent location, free parking, close by to the Mend St Ferry that directly connects you to Elizabeth Quay. It is very clean and is close by to local shops and restaurants. Some rooms have balconies connected to other room balconies only separated by a low barrier. This might be a concern for some people but rest assured there is plenty of security provided with security doors and windows.

Loved our 2 night stay in the panorama riverview suite. The view is amazing from the first floor. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. And yes the location is perfect for enjoying all that South Perth and Elizabeth Quay has to offer. Catching the ferry to Elizabeth Quay is a must. Sitting on our large balcony with so much to see was perfect.

Fabulous location. We’ve stayed here twice before . The location is so convenient - close to the Mends St wharf and a 5 min ferry ride to the city, lots of restaurants around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the zoo.

Beautiful location on the Swan River and just 8 minutes by local ferry to the Perth CBD. Room was comfortable, compact, and well fitted-out. Convenient and popular location for walking along the foreshore and just a short stroll to several restaurants and a small shopping precinct.

It's always a pleasure staying here. The rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities are comfortable, great shower pressure, friendly helpful staff and the location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing seeing and dining with many things a close walking distance. The local vouchers on check in are an added bonus. The area is quiet and safe.
