Views were great. the shuttle service to and from the beach was great. It would be hard to be accessible if you’re disabled. Too many stairs and no elevator. Pools were great

Room not ready at 4pm - was made up as a double, not a twin as requested. Whilst we were waiting at reception three separate parties asked why housekeeping hadn’t been to their rooms. Passed through restaurant on way to room where there were uncleared tables. This remained the case for the rest of the day. There were full bins that didn’t get emptied and people left stuff next to them. Not enough staff would be my assessment. The beds around the pool were rotten in parts. The pool itself was good and the views of Kata beach were beautiful. We had wanted to use the gym, but it should have been closed and removed from the list of amenities as it looked as if it had been mothballed. We didn’t end up using the equipment because we thought it looked dangerous.

スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。 お部屋には大きなソファベット付きのテラスがあり高台からのビーチの景色は最高です。すっきりとカジュアルなインテリアも落ち着けるしシャワーや洗面台も清潔です。 歯ブラシやカミソリはフロントにて別料金ですがそれもエコで良いと思います。 それとレストランがリーズナブルでとても美味しいです。朝食もバリエーション豊富で日替わりのソテーなどのおかずも味付けがよく毎朝楽しみでした。 プールもちょうど良い広さでビーチチェアも混み合うこともなくバーもあり楽しめました。 カタビーチや大通り、ナイトマーケットも徒歩圏内。急坂ですが近道もあり良いロケーションだと思います。 また次も滞在したいです。

Hotel sensacional, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã extremamente farto e boas instalações. O hotel fornece um serviço de traslado até a praia de Kata, o que facilita muito para não ter que subir a rua íngreme. As piscinas são excelentes, há muitas espreguiçadeiras e tudo é muito calmo. No geral, achei um bom custo-benefício considerando os altos preços de resorts de Phuket/Kata.

Overall a good hotel with very friendly and kind staff. Especially the manager Wan and hotel staff Nan. At first we weren't satisfied with the room because it was an older not refurbished part of the hotel. The staff gave us a different room in the new refurbished part of the hotel with nicer newer room. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice view over Kata beach. Although the hotel is up a slight hill without sidewalks there is shuttle to Kata Beach every hour. Pool area was good and the gym had everything you need for a holiday workout. Make sure you book in the new part of the hotel.

It is good so far but there is lack of elevator to the forth floor

Nice, large, corner room with a fantastic views and great sunset viewing. Terrific pools with ladder access only, no steps. Not suitable for the disabled and aged. Only one restaurant with limited menu and most items marked unavailable so had to eat in town. Ample staff but not very attentive.

Bodde på flere hoteller i løpet av oppholdet nå juli/aug. Dette var det desidert beste. Service innstillte og behjelpelig. Shuttle bil opp og ned til stranden hele dagen. Flott uteområdet. Boblebasseng og flere bade muligheter. Spa og fitnessrom. Tar ca 10 min å gå til gå gata.

This property is amazing, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The swimming pool overlooks the beach, offering incredible views. There is also a shuttle every hour to take you down to the beach so you don't have to walk the steep hill. The rooms are spacious and clean. Absolutely loved this resort so much, We didn't leave it for the first day!

Lack of staff meant rooms were not cleaned, tables were not cleared and bins were not emptied. Nice view of Kata beach from pool area. Gym is a death trap.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous view of Kata Beach. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable rooms and lovely staff. 5 minutes walk to Kata Beach, a bit steep on the way back but plenty of taxis or free hotel shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view over Kata Beach. Located on a hill with a good pool area and beach in walking distance. Very polite and helpful staff, rooms and hotel always clean. We had a great time and consider to be back soon.

Very attentive staff and a clean refreshed room each day

Hebergement ancien le menage est tres sommaire, souvent fait tres tard. Les serviettes de bain sont trouees pas de shampooing juste gel douche et savon.

Would not recommend staying here. The bedding and towels were dirty on the first day when we arrived. While the reception pretends like they want to be helpful, they didnt do anything to address the problems when we advised them. It took 3 days into our stay for them to finally change the sheets after asking them on a daily basis. Housekeeping failed to provide enough towels on 2 days and everyday the new towels had some stains on them. Walls in the room have cracks and soap dispensers have green mildue. Free breakfast was fine but nothing special. Only the common area by the lobby and pools look nice and clean. Also beware that the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill...very hard to do the walk on a daily basis (and I'm fairly young). Convenient that the hotel is however close to the kata beach.

Nice "thai style" building with great view of the andaman sea from the swimming pool area - so this worth the 4 stars However our room condition was not even a 3 stars standard - a bathtub that doesn\'t serve the purpose i.e drain stopper not working, shower has low water pressure, peeling paints toilet, leaking aircond, ridiculously small tv (apprx 26inch) for a deluxe room. Dont think it\'s worth spending the extra budget to stay here just for the view

Bathrooms were dirty and there was a terrible septic smell. The hotel is tired and needs a make over. NOT 4 star at all

Nice pool area and view of the bay. Cleanliness is soso, staff are underpaid immigrants who look unhappy and mostly forgot how to smile. Some staff are super helpful, some just standing around asking for room number (for breakfast) but not trying to be helpful. Eggs for breakfast were not comparable to the fresh ‘farm to table’ eggs we had in Laos but probably we are too spoilt. Overall a bit of a mixed experience.

因為洒店在山坡上有一條大斜波步行上落地面非常辛苦，酒店有穿梭巴士，但時間只去到五點每1小時一班到卡達海灘，今次入住兩晚住頂層，酒店沒有電梯要步行四層到房有些不便，房間整體都算大有大露台不過會看到隔離房露台因為連接的，私隱度不久。

The hotel is located close to Kata's main street, although on a very steep short stretch of hill. The hill is walkable as long as you're reasonably healthy and not wearing flip flops. Alternatively the hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a luxurious reception area to welcome you. The outside areas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, especially around the triple pool area.The beach vista with stunning views over Kata beach is very beautiful and a major reason to choose this hotel. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which had a large balcony area with an outside jacuzzi. The upgrade was the icing on the cake for us. It truly enhanced our amazing experience at this stylish hotel.

At first, they had given my room away and upgraded me to the villa. The villa was nice but felt a little outdated. I asked if I could switch and they gave me the honey moon suite at no extra cost which was amazing! The staff are very kind and sweet and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I think they were just getting back into the swing of things post-covid, but overall the experience was great! The view is awesome and the pools are nice! Theres a small hiking path that takes you to the beach or you can use the truck. I called reception from the beach and they came immediately to pick me up. To improve, I think they could use a few more staff members at the reception and on the grounds. The key cards also stopped working so maybe making sure they are working. The massage was also great! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Especially in the seaview suites!

I wouldn’t consider this resort 4 stars, it’s 3 stars at best. It starts off poorly with the lack of customer service at the front desk during check in and never improves during our 5 day visit. Concerige can barely be bothered list his eyes off the phone to greet you while coming/going. The breakfast buffet leaves A LOT to be desired, we ate there once on a day we had an early excursion and everything was lukewarm. Food that should be hot and foods that should be cold, all lukewarm. It’s likely due to the fact that the entire hotel lobby and restaurant is open air, with no air conditioning. It makes for a very poor dining experience, especially buffets! Yuck. The hotel grounds were in need of repair, the pool beds and sparse chairs could all use an update. There were fallen leaves everywhere, and we never saw a groundsman during the stay. The honeymoon suite room was very nice aside from the shower that didn’t drain (not at all- bathroom flooded even after we removed the drain cover to help) and the water pressure was so unpredictable from high to low that it actually caused the shower head to jolt up right and spray out of the shower. We couldn’t use the rainfall feature because the knob was broken. Bed was very hard, but that was our experience thru all of Thailand. Final note, my husband & I are in good shape and that hill from the shops/beach/dining areas to hotel is so steep, with the heat and humidity, you’re downright miserable when you arrive. I won’t stay here again

The hotel was laid out beautifully with a great view of Kata beach. The pools were nice. Rooms spacious. Staff were generally helpful and accommodating.

We stayed at Canadian for a week. In the Junior Suite, a lovely spacious room with great views. Overall our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

I requested half an hour more to check out and the staff urged me to rush out then I had to wait 20 minutes to get my luggage and the room checked before I could go Leaving at 12:30 would’ve been convenient and would have left enough time for them to do the room so I think staff training could be optimized by a large amount Otherwise, very nice room

Terrible experience staying at Andaman property Not sure why the property calls itself 5 star when it is barely 3 star at best Staff is rude and doesn’t respond to requests at all, We were kept waiting to checkin for 90 mins after we were assured of check in The bed is absolutely horrible and of absolutely poor quality The bathtub poses safety risk as there is no step or anti slip arrangement and bathtub is the only shower arrangement available Amenities are very poor with poor quality toiletries Food is expensive and is of the worst quality imaginable, passable breakfast and such poor quality of beverages Absolutely unsatisfactory experience, rather embarrassing as my partner was with me, Avoid at all costs, unreasonably priced, incorrect star rating and extremely poor customer experience

Overall a great stay and exceptional staff. Treatment of me and my family was outstanding, true hospitality. Special mention to Chilean who helped me track down my lost laundry after I had left the hotel, truly went beyond the call of duty. Only recommendation I would give is to get a good chef in the restaurant. It’s not easy to go elsewhere without a taxi for dinner so it would have been nice to eat in the hotel more but the food wasn’t really as good as it could be. A new chef and this place is near perfect :)

Property is good value for what you get. Has all the facilities and food/drink you’d want in Thailand. Location is good, however, short walks to and from the hotel aren’t the safest so you need transport even for a 1 minute ride. Staff were attentive during the first part of my stay but service dropped as the hotel filled up (I asked for fresh towels for 2 days and eventually had to go and grab some from the laundry cupboard myself).

The property itself was great but accessibility via foot was tough. It's on a hill and getting a taxi to go up the hill was expensive.

Petit resort très sympathique situé sur une colline. Très belle vu sur la plage de kata beach. En retrait de la ville.

Lækkert hotel med fed udsigt og en dejlig pool. Eneste ulempe er bakken som du skal og og ned af hvis du gerne vil gå til stranden. Stranden er virkelig god.

Frukosten var sådär. Maten överlag. 2/10 pizzan tog 50 minuter att få in. Det var färdig-pizza som de lagt på extra topping på. Kocken bör nog tänka om.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!! Great location, super close to the beach. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we stayed here longer! Go to Kata Noi beach. The staff was super friendly, we loved them. Food at the resort is great! 10/10 recommend

Chambres très vétustes, abimées, tâches de vin au plafond, très sale, personnel mal aimable et ne souriant jamais. On a mangé une fois au restaurant, on a été servis au bout d'une heure et addition et on a jamais eu les desserts, on est resté 2h30 à table pour un plat , une honte

Det er bestemt ikke et 5 * hotel, nok nemmere et 3*. Vores værelser var ikke klar til tiden og ikke med de bestilte senge. Værelser var ok men et slidt hotel. rengøring glemte at fylde op med kaffe og drikkevand flere gange i løbet af de 6 overnatninger vi havde. Solsenge var der få af og alle i skyggen. Morgenbuffet var sparsomt, men tilgengæld var der masser af fluer. Vores hjemrejse var tidligt morgen og vi fik en morgenmadspakke med som nærmest var uspiselige. Vores ophold på hotellet forgik nærmest kun på stranden. Vi vil helt sikkert ikke vende tilbage.

Very nice hotel with amazing view of the Kata beach. Nice pool with jacuzzi, and food at restaurant of high quality.

The pros: friendly staff and great views, nice pool The cons: floors need proper clean in units, no shampoo or conditioner for guests, restaurant food not up to standard of hotel, had one breakfast and one dinner over a week, both poor Would possibly stay again.
