The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10

Nice hotel very close to Kata beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are a little dated but big and pretty comfy. There are two pools and plenty of sunbeds at both. The bar staff were all fantastic, really friendly and fun! The hotel offers airport pick up if you request it 2 days in advance but I did this and they still did not manage to actually help me with a pick up so I would recommend organising your own transport

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms which were clean and modern. Very nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had many options and the two pools were great. The beach was like a two minute walk, there’s a 7-eleven across the hotel, and a bunch of shops and restaurants on the street. Also the best smoothies we had were right next to the hotel!! Very convenient!

This Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the Beach and a Seven Eleven store is just across the road. The rooms are nice and we had a great view of the Beach too. The Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options. The hotel has two pools, both of which are very nice. If you have mobility problems, this hotel might not be for you as there are many steps to climb. The staff are as usual very kind and friendy.

Honestly a bit disappointed about this property. Arrived and it took staff ages to find our booking (booked on Expedia and I thought they didn’t have it). Hotel room was fine not dirty but not spotless like you expect. Toilet was blocked and didn’t work - luckily cleaning did sort this. They didn’t clean our room until 5:30pm the second day - bit of a joke in my opinion. Pool was nice with the swim up bar - location of the hotel was good and very good gym facilities. Hotel bar was nice and found most of the staff to be pleasant - the main concierge guy made me feel on edge though.

Great resort to stay in Kata. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying. There are 2 pools are opens until 8/10pm which is awesome on those hot nights and there is a walk way down to the beach just across the road. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The room was good enough; however could have been cleaner. The room had a really strong musty smell. The bed was hard. Areas of the hotel smelled of sewer. The pool was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Convenient location.

Vom ersten Blick an macht die Einrichtung einen guten Blick. Sie ist sehr schön gestaltet und auch beim einchecken bekommt man ein Willkommensgetränk und Eis. Doch auf den zweiten Blick ist die Anlage sehr veraltet. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und auch in den Ecken und Kanten nicht sauber. Im Bad bei der Dusche rosten die Armaturen und auch die Klimaanlage stinkt. Allgemein im ganzen Gebäude riecht es nach Feuchte und Vermodert. Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln weil die Wand in unserem Zimmer komplett voller Wasser war. Das Hotel hat sich zwar bemüht allerdings waren die Alternativen nur begrenzt. Die Handtücher und auch die Bettbezüge hatten sehr oft Flecken drauf und waren trotz Waschen nicht sauber. Meine kleine Tochter durfte (18 Monate alte) durfte kostenlos frühstücken das hat auch immer gut geklappt die Tage bis auf den Tag der Abreise dort gab es auf einmal Probleme und der Service war nicht gut. Fand es unverständlich schließlich dürfen Kinder unter 5 Jahre frei essen und am Abreisetag so einen Stress zu machen.. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und bin froh das wir auch nur 4 Tage dort waren.

Sea view rooms are very good thou you are looking over the hotel pool and you will have to carry your suitcases down 2 staircases if you don't ask for assistance when checking out due to lack of lifts.

The room was nice, great balcony with sea view. The noise from other rooms was loud. It was too hard to get to room, stairs, walking down various halls, two separate elevators… my air conditioner broke and leaked all over the floor. Front desk couldn’t communicate to me what was going on. Men came to fix it. Still leaked all night and I hear the dripping and all of the floor and counter and my belongings were wet. No solution or apologies were made. The hotel is in a good location, quick walk to beach and shops and restaurants.

The customer service by the front desk staff is the worst I've experienced in 15 years of international traveling. A saftey issue was raised with the front desk after my oldest child slipped and fell due to the tub leaking. The front desk person we spoke to was very nonchalant about the issue. The front desk staff also gave conflicting information about their laundry service. One staff member told us that if we dropped off laundry bedore 10:00am it would be returned the same day. We based our decision to do laundry the day before leaving on that information. We go to drop the laundry off at 08:00am and was told that it would t be ready until the afternoon of the following day...well after we departed. Again when I pointed out the conflicting information the front desk staff could have cared less. The service by the rest of the hotel staff was admittedly pretty good but the front desk staff were just horrible.

Ideally located at the bottom of Kata beach just a few minutes walk either on the street/narrow paths or along the beach to where the majority of Kata restaurants and shops start. Our room was well-appointed and with a bed that was big and comfortable. The view from our room was glorious, overlooking the pool and out to the ocean just what we had hoped for. More than anything though, it was the staff who made our stay so memorable. We found all the Chanalai staff courteous, respectful and willing to assist whenever needed. Nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to poolside staff especially Bank.

Staff were unhelpful and rude. Door to balcony came completely off its hinges. Breakfast gave me food poisoning and staff didn’t even let me increase the checkout time an hour because of it. The receptionist also accused me of taking a laundry bag and they kept asking me every day “ you check out today”? When they knew I was checking out a few days later. How condescending. I left the hotel and booked one for half the price 500m down the road and it is much better.

We enjoyed Chanalai Gardens. The staff are simply amazing! Very attentive and kind. Banks, the pool bar bartender was great...polite and fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. They changed dishes up daily. Great walk to other restaurants and shopping. Super convenient place to stay.

There was an issue on the first day of check-in, but it was solved the next day. And thank to the management team and the front staff. They are very friendly, caring and giving me a warm hospitality. The room is clean, excellent choices of breakfast, Location of hotel is great, near many good restaurants, pharmacy stores, clinic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und hat uns bei der Abreise nicht einmal richtig verabschiedet. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig die Zimmer wurden nicht gründlich gereinigt, und die Badetücher wurden nicht täglich gewechselt. Insgesamt hätten wir uns einen besseren Service und mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Schade!

Rommene var rene, men gjerne behov for litt renovering. Ellers veldig sentralt i forhold til kata beach og bare 10 min å gå til Kata noi som var veldig flott! Hadde superior rom ved basseng beskyttet for støy fra veien. Ville valgt samme hotel og rom neste gang og kan anbefales uten å ha noe sammenligningsgrunnlag for Phuket.

This was not my first stay in this hotel. Every time I am in Phuket I spend couple of days in this hotel. Friendly staff, nothing is any problem, great location close to the Southern part of Kata beach, shops, restaurants, everything you need is nearby. I will come back again.

Great service and view. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was over priced and not very good, so just eat locally at night. Biggest drawback was their is a lot of walking ( including stairs) to get to the room. They need a shuttle/cart to give option to bring you near room. Otherswise request room close to lobby. Pools are nice.we enjoyed our stay.
