Wellnessbereich war sehr einladend er ist gegenüber vom Pool was ich selbst als Störfaktor empfand . Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern da es einige Aktivitäten für Kinder geboten wird. Dir Zimmer sind ok sind schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice variety of foods available on the buffet breakfast. Nice pool, complete with swim up bar. A separate kids pool with slide, and water park. Room was comfortable, with nice size balcony looking out over the pool area, with the ocean in the distance. Close enough to two different beaches and town, for walking.

Hotel is under construction. Be aware of no elevator until the construction is complete. we had to walk up 84 stairs to get to our room, View of the room was excellent, breakfast buffet was great. Staff were great.

The property is set up nicely for families. The Family Rooms are cute and engaging for kids, there are two kids' clubs, and there's a separate kids' pool and splash pad. The staff are fantastic, and the location is convenient for shopping and the beaches. Unfortunately, the property needs a refresh. The buildings are tired and have worn poorly. The rooms have hollow-core doors with no insulation or weatherstripping. You'll have perpetual moisture and ambient noise in your room. The splash pad must be resurfaced as it's buckling, cracked, and generally dangerous for young kids. The WIFI was atrocious - incapable of handling any videoconferencing (so don't plan to do any work while you're there). This property has a lot of potential, but doesn't live up to the Novotel brand name.

The hotel is under construction, this was not mentioned on the website, it is located up the hill, our room was on the top floor, we had to take 85 stairs to get to the room. We had to take taxi to get to the top of the hill to get to the hotel if we went out for sightseeing or back from the beach. If it was mentioned that the hotel doesn’t have elevator, I would not reserve this hotel. Also to mention that the neighbourhood hotel is also under construction, we heard the noise at midnight, we brought it up to the manager we were told it’s coming from the other hotel. We also found lizard on the table in the room. Long story short, if we ever decide to travel back to Phuket, I would not book this hotel.

This hotels is good for those staying in Kata area. The beach is nice and clean and it’s within reasonable walking distance but the hotel does provide free shuttle to the beach and night market. It would be nice if the shuttle comes every 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes. Guests are on vacation and who has time to wait. They only have one shuttle. It’s not like the drive is busy all the time. Breakfast is good and passed the test. Good value for the stay. Parking is limited. Would we be back again ? Only if they provide free shuttle every 15 minutes during peak hours.

The Novotel is a fantastic property. Wonderful staff, awesome pools…my kids loved the vr room, pool and fuse ball tables and trying the in pool submersible. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It’s very close to the night markets for dinner and the beach. There’s a shuttle bus every 30 minutes but the hill although steep is manageable. Kids loved feeding the koi fish and everything was just easy. We got the extra day bed and the room easily accommodated 3 of us comfortably. We stayed here after our resort stay to use as a home base while we were out adventuring all day. Incredible value, great location and amazing staff.

Food was okay, rain comes into the hallways outside our door and stayed wet every time it rained. They need to block the openings by the room so no one slips and falls. They did block the rainfall by the elevators in another area. It’s an open concept so it needs slip and fall protection. Everything else was good. Beautiful hotel, I would stay again. Deepest Pool is 3 to 4 feet.

We had a nice stay at Novotel. Very friendly staff. The check-in experience was great, we especially appreciated the little gift for our daughter. The room was spacious but rather dated with constant humidity, which is due of course to climate. The hotel is very clean, but there was some mold in the bathroom or a strong humidity smell in the wardrobe. The dateness of the room was compensated by the common facilities which were very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel has a modern kids play room with many interesting toys and very clean. Food was good, both the breakfast and the halfboard option. Breakfast had a wide selection of eggs, fruits, bread, pancakes, many veggies. We liked the concept of a la carte with 2 courses for dinner, there was enough choice in the menu. The canopy bar serves very tasty cocktails which are around 10 euros. The location is close to the beach but it is uphill, which with a small child is not optimal. The hotel offers a shuttle every 30 min to the beach, but the downside was that with the kid we were dependent on the shuttle, which made us leave the hotel less.

The hotel was old, but well maintained and very clean. The lobby and bar look nice, so they updated some parts. The pool was smaller than expected and appeared to be a bit outdated. My biggest problem was the pool filter machine(?) was so noisy that I couldn't nap at all. And the air conditioner was so incredibly loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The elevator also broke down once and the poor valet guy had to carry my big suitcase down two staircases! The staff are very friendly, but for some of them their English pronunciation was often difficult to understand. The valet guy was so nice, but utterly useless. He kept asking for the license plate of the Grab taxi we were waiting for, but kept forgetting the number. When I asked him to help by speaking with the taxi driver by phone, he just paused. But then he eventually helped. The breakfast buffet is good, but didn't really change from day to day. So I would not stay here for more than a couple of days. The hotel is on a short, but incredibly steep hill. Fortunately, they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the nearby Kata Beach which is a 5 minute ride away. There are many shops, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. I had a good experience, but I don't think I'd return. If I had to, it would be alright though.

The family room is just a large standard sized hotel rm. My room had a mildew smell my entire stay and the blankets felt damp from the moisture in the room. There was a consistent sewerage smell coming from the toilet. We asked for washed cloths 5 times in our 3 day stay and kept receiving hand towels. I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend it.

I really loved our stay, the staff was really nice and caring. The buffet was really awesome. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, but rooms need to be not remodeled but improved. The bathroom curtain was ragged in some places, the clothing string didn't work. The balcony glass door didn't have a lock, etc. Just small details need to be taken care of.

Great location, pool and dining area. Good sized room and bathrooms. Garden view rooms have small balcony’s not quite big enough for the furniture in them. The lifts were being renovated which meant using two lifts and some stairs. Not great if you have a stroller or mobility issues. Our garden view room wa of a pile of construction waste… I request and room changed and was moved to a more pleasant outlook. Otherwise great value for a nice property.

The shuttle service to Kata beach was nice since the hotel is on a steep hill. The deluxe room with sea view was spacious with plenty of closet space. We were on the fourth floor and the trees obscured some of the sea view.The staff service was excellent. The restaurant menu was good and the buffet breakfast was great. I didn't know all the pools would be over run with children although it's a family oriented hotel. We had a difficult time securing two seats by the upper pool mid-day.

The staff are friendly and the food is decent. However, overall the hotel is not 5 stars. The TV is old and has a very poor choice of channels. The room also was inconvenient to arrive to with two separate lifts (one of which wasn’t working). There is also a large hill to climb if walking back to the hotel. Overall decent but not great.

The rooms were spacious, clean and cool. Only slight issue was the beds were a bit firm. The staff were absolutely amazing! Nadear and Jayden on the front desk were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good. Apple and the other restaurant and bar staff were so so good, amazing with the kids and really made the stay pleasurable. We will be back

The hotel was old, but well maintained and very clean. The lobby and bar look nice, so they updated some parts. The pool was smaller than expected and appeared to be a bit outdated. My biggest problem was the pool filter machine(?) was so noisy that I couldn't nap at all. And the air conditioner was so incredibly loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The elevator also broke down once and the poor valet guy had to carry my big suitcase down two staircases! The staff are very friendly, but for some of them their English pronunciation was often difficult to understand. The valet guy was so nice, but utterly useless. He kept asking for the license plate of the Grab taxi we were waiting for, but kept forgetting the number. When I asked him to help by speaking with the taxi driver by phone, he just paused. But then he eventually helped. The breakfast buffet is good, but didn't really change from day to day. So I would not stay here for more than a couple of days. The hotel is on a short, but incredibly steep hill. Fortunately, they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the nearby Kata Beach which is a 5 minute ride away. There are many shops, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. I had a good experience, but I don't think I'd return. If I had to, it would be alright though.

The customer service was top notch. I had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. The staff tended to us speedily, made sure we were comfortable and were very courteous. The standout staff member was May. She was amazing and my daughter loved her. We would stay at this resort again. The location was great, the food was DELICIOUS and the environment was peaceful.

Everything about this property was amazing, including the staff. The service was straight from the heart. From the moment we checked in, Yok was very informative of all the benefits and facilities we could use. She also gave us an early check in which saved the day ❤️ When we got into the room, there was the Happy Birthday set up on the bed which really made my husband very happy as he was not expecting it, I requested for it but didn’t think it would be ready especially for the time as it was far from check in time. All the staff were amazing! During the duration of our stay and check out, Tubtab was very nice and professional giving us ideas on where we can go next. He also solved every mishap. Lai and Pom from the Zing Pool Bar has already recognized my daughter and helper within a short period of time! They were very friendly and I had a great time chatting with them. This trip has been so amazing that my daughter can’t wait to be back.

We went as a family with a 5 year old. Pros - friendly staff, clean, pool open long hours (7am-9pm) and loungers always available. Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. Good AC in the rooms but if you feel warm at night there's only thick duvets, no option of thin covers. Kids club is really relevant for maybe up to 3 year olds. The shuttle is every hour and takes less than 2 minutes to get to the beach area - it may be more useful if it goes towards Kata road and can pick people up from bottom of the hill more frequently. Maybe hotel could have themed dinner nights to vary the menu as there's only 1 restaurant on site with a la carter menu Things to note: - No decaf options on tea or coffee. - Some breakfast items you have to ask behind the cooking station e.g bacon and paratha. -The hill is steep and in the heat you'll want to jump in the pool at the end - Beach is lovely and sandy but watch out for the jellyfish - Exchange rates are better in Thailand. Carry enough funds for first day you arrive maybe. The hotel is in a great position to walk into town- though it is on a hill, so people with strollers or elderly would find it more difficult to walk. Our room was very comfortable but the hotel is in definite need of maintenance. We had a pleasant stay. We were there in monsoon season so it was very good value for money . Not sure if we would stay again if it were not on a special.

Stayed here for 4 nights with two teens two adults. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is good. Pool is big and beach is walkable or can hop on the hotel van service that runs every 30 mins. Laundry service, convenient store, night market, restaurants is down the hill. We would stay here again. While the hill to and from the hotel is quite steep, it is walkable. Great proximity to Kata Beach, a free shuttle option as well. Incredible staff, attentive and courteous. A few minutes walk to the main dining & nightlife streets, and to the Kata night market as well. Overall, we would recommend this property and stay again!

Housekeeping was not up to the mark and had to remind them of the few items, which they have taken the feedback and helped with service next day. But for such a renowned hotel, the service should be proactively done. Water bottles were requested. Hotel Room was not given on time and the hotel team compensated it with a late checkout on demand. Overall stay was good. But hope the team takes the feedback on checkin process and housekeeping and become much more better.

Nice variety of foods available on the buffet breakfast. Nice pool, complete with swim up bar. A separate kids pool with slide, and water park. Room was comfortable, with nice size balcony looking out over the pool area, with the ocean in the distance. Close enough to two different beaches and town, for walking.

They are very generous with the bottled water. The dining area was always hot. I knew it was a family resort but I didn't think kids would be in all pools. The shuttle service to Kata Beach is convenient. The room was very nice with a lot of closet space.

We had food poisoning after eating dinner at the En Vogue restaurant. We had massaman curry for dinner on 14th Nov’25 at the restaurant and fell sick. We filled out an allegation form that was handed over by the restaurant to complete and submit. We submitted the form at the hotel reception but haven’t heard back anything since. We had food poisoning after eating dinner at the En Vogue restaurant. We had massaman curry for dinner on 14th Nov’25 at the restaurant and fell sick. We filled out an allegation form that was handed over by the restaurant to complete and submit. We submitted the form at the hotel reception but haven’t heard back anything since. Otherwise, we had a good experience overall. Thank you

The rooms were spacious, clean and cool. Only slight issue was the beds were a bit firm. The staff were absolutely amazing! Nadear and Jayden on the front desk were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good. Apple and the other restaurant and bar staff were so so good, amazing with the kids and really made the stay pleasurable. We will be back

The hotel was old, but well maintained and very clean. The lobby and bar look nice, so they updated some parts. The pool was smaller than expected and appeared to be a bit outdated. My biggest problem was the pool filter machine(?) was so noisy that I couldn't nap at all. And the air conditioner was so incredibly loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The elevator also broke down once and the poor valet guy had to carry my big suitcase down two staircases! The staff are very friendly, but for some of them their English pronunciation was often difficult to understand. The valet guy was so nice, but utterly useless. He kept asking for the license plate of the Grab taxi we were waiting for, but kept forgetting the number. When I asked him to help by speaking with the taxi driver by phone, he just paused. But then he eventually helped. The breakfast buffet is good, but didn't really change from day to day. So I would not stay here for more than a couple of days. The hotel is on a short, but incredibly steep hill. Fortunately, they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the nearby Kata Beach which is a 5 minute ride away. There are many shops, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. I had a good experience, but I don't think I'd return. If I had to, it would be alright though.

It would be great if there could be greater variety in the breakfast menu - didn't see many standard items such as bacon, burgers, nuggets, hash browns, soup noodles, sushi etc. Also, the bathroom door design could be improved to ensure water from the shower doesn't seep out onto the bathroom floor making the whole area wet. Swimming pool water also a bit murky, could do with better filtration.

We spent 5 days here as a family - good location, walking distance to the nearby markets and the beach. The hotel is well maintained and very family friendly with a kids pool and a kids club. Our room was spacious and family friendly and overall in good condition. The hotel staff are great - very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast offers a sold spread with plenty of hot food options and a dedicated egg station. Only downside is, as much as everything is walking distance, the hotel is on a steep hill so can be quite a workout going up and down but taking a taxi/tuk-tuk is very easy and doable.

Room was always dirty. Even they made cleaning it was dirty. There is a Bed Bug problems. One day was solved, second day again. Other day flies problem. Room designed with many wooden. İnside of the woodens were like a house of the bed bugs and flies. All our bodies bited and we have been itching.

Not on the beach as expected, the beach was a ahort shuttle ride or a 7 minute walk (with a steep hill that’ll warm up your calves real quick!). Property was great and lots of kids activities ( some free, some you had to pay for) My 5 year old loved it!
