An amazing hotel in a fantastic location in Kata. Welcoming, hardworking and helpful staff. The hotel caters for Families with a fabulous kids club, it also caters for couples, friends and business travellers. The hotel is so pretty and very aesthetically pleasing. It was a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff make the hotel even more likeable. Our room was large and very clean and the pool view balcony was of a high standard. The hotel grounds have carp, and lovely restaurants and amenities. 5 stars cannot fault this hotel and we stayed for 3 weeks. Well done Novotel 👏

NOVOTEL Kata is a lovely place. Pools, restaurant, kids clubs, etc. BUT, dont expect a five star vibe, it s slightly run down, lobby full of mozzies the staff tries it best but doesnt cut it. NOT once my request has been processed without chasing (porter, order, more water in room, turndown service...) . It s a good place if you are travelling with kids (avoid it if you dont have kids!)

If youre looking for a decent, family friendly, great location, tastefully curated food, and with great selection of tours, this hotel has ticked all the boxes! Highly recommended!

Property needs renovation. Rust at balcony that not good for baby’s. Hard to get to pool with babyroller, Hotel is great placed during sunami. But crazy to get there normal walking. The hill is not normal climbing if your not a sportsman.
