Hotel needs some upkeep, owners are letting it get run down. Broken drawer in my room, pool is a mess with broken tiles, tired mattress in the room. All the staff are on their phones all the time! So much so that when I used the ATM I immediately went over to reception to have a bill changed and she was looking at her phone. The next people found the card and though I was sitting near the woman waiting for a taxi, she didn't know it was mine because she had been on her phone not paying attention. Unfortunately I was at the airport before she realised and had to cut it up. Cleaning staff in the halls, reception, everyone on their phones! Staff were very nice and attentive if you needed them. Breakfast was so mediocre and repetitive. (Funny, the pub affiliated with the restaurant also was mediocre and I feel probably the same staff). Don't pay extra, there are lots cafes and restaurants to go nearby. Smoking all over the place which was ick. Also thought it was 'beachside' as stated as I've not been to Karon. Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach so I didn't go as much as I had hoped. No chairs made available for my "beachside" hotel either, we have to pay. Chair covers were dirty and wet by the pool and the area wasn't tidied up regularly. I'f I go back I won't stay here, so I'm not recommending.

A warm welcome and spacious room with nice balcony, excellent pool area plus the bar inside; staffs are very nice and friendly! Just a few minutes walk to the Karon beach and night food market, if you’re looking for a relaxing and leisure retreat in Phuket, highly recommended to all!

The place is fantastic! Pool access room was wonderful. The pool bar staff Samuel, Harry and Daniel were outstanding surg their service and conversation. We loved the room and the location. Having the restaurant's at the fronts of the hotel was so convenient. The Indian food was outstanding.

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 숙소 바로앞 카론해변은 물 색도 너무 예쁘고 선셋도 정말 완벽했습니다. 이 숙소에는 물놀이를 위한 비치 백, 비치 타월, 발 씻기 구역 등이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 리조트 수영장도 예뻐서 사진이 잘 나옵니다. 유아풀 있습니다. 조식도 과일, 커피 등 꽤 괜찮고 주문하면 즉시 만들어주는 오믈렛이 맛있어요. 샤워기 필터는 4일동안 사용했을때 회색빛 정도로 변했습니다. 화장실 변기 수압이 약하나 프론트에 이야기하면 친절히 도와주십니다.. 직원들이 친절합니다. 로비에 앉아서 투어 픽업 기다리기도 아주 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 마사지샵 매일 갔습니다. 5분~10분 거리에 상권 및 맛집 거리가 있습니다.

Awesome staff, perfect location , a smaller type accomm where the owners really care about your experience and support for whatever you need - I was unfortunate enough to have a fall on uneven path and the assistance and support I received when unable to contact my husband was second to none, including staff driving me to two hospitals and waiting for me and providing assistance with language barrier - above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. May not be the newest or most luxurious but the pool is big there are lots of sun loungers breakfast has many great options including egg station opposite the beach and right next to great massage, restaurants (our fave was Chet thai food about 200 metres away from the roundabout) coffee shops and mini marts and 7-11. Already dreaming about coming back next year. Loved it and the staff makes it so wonderful - Thankyou to Karon sea sands for a perfect experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

I was upgraded to a room that connected directly to the swimming pool from the balcony, which was very cool and because of this, I ended up using the pool twice. Very limited vegetarian options in breakfast beyond the fruit the TV was almost unusable and really could only play one or two channels, but great location, easy walking distance to everything and a beautiful place beautiful place to hang out

I liked the location. Hotel is well kept. When I booked through Expedia there was no statement or indication saying the pool was closed & being renovated. Very disappointing!!!

Property was great. The only disappointment was the fact that they didn’t have chairs on the beach even though it was advertised. The place is older but staff are superb.

We had a pool access room, good room for the money. The ladder down to the pool was a bit hard and slippery, you would not want to use it if you are old or infirm. Breakfast was good, fairly small area but they change it slightly each day. The area around the hotel is also very good, beautiful beach across the road and restaurants and other shops close by. Also they have a twice daily shuttle to Patong if you want to go there. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Very large rooms. Nicely set up and very comfortable. Location a breakfast buffet was excellent. Good dining choices with discounts for those staying at the property. Most of all, staff was great.

This property was very nice and clean, and in a good location across the road from the beach. Mostly Russians seem to be here at the moment. Not much nightlife in this area, so good if you want things a bit quieter.

Alojamiento muy limpio y buen ubicado solo habia que cruzar la carretera y estas en la playa, facil para coger tuk tuk o taxis, teniamos una habitacion deluxe y nos dieron una con acceso a la piscina, personal de recepcion muy atento, lo unico malo es que en el desayuno una camarera mayor muy desagradable no me dejo coger ingredientes para el pan porque decia que solo era para las tortillas lo que mas me molesto fueron sus formas, el resto del personal muy amable y atento

The stay in this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the tour desk lady. Breakfast buffet was excellent and opens at 6:30 which helped with early morning tours. All the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool is very clean, the room was big and very comfortable with plenty of hot water and the internet worked great. The area is safe, walkeable and with many dining and shopping options. Our only complain was the beach. It had a lot if garbage on the sand and ocean. This is not the hotel's fault, but hopefully the local government and businesses could help keep the beach clean so people keep coming pack to Phuket.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Min, Nune, Jane, and every one else were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was great every day. Our room was very spacious and clean. Wifi was great, water pressure was great bed was great. The best thing is the location, it is close to everything. I definitely recommend going to this hotel. I will miss it! I hope I can come back again one day. Thank you Sea Sand Resort for the best experience! We really had a blast!!!

It’s a best value for money. Big room size and big bath room with bath tub and separate shower area. Excellent location, just across beach and enough shops for food, massage and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay again. They were kind enough to allow me late check out until 1 pm. Bit of more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast will make it more vegan friendly

We had an amazing stay at Karon sea sands, highly recommend the pool access rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, was stoked to have a bath in the room also. We will definitely be back next trip. Many thanks to the fabulous staff and their generous hospitality :)

I was upgraded to a room that connected directly to the swimming pool from the balcony, which was very cool and because of this, I ended up using the pool twice. Very limited vegetarian options in breakfast beyond the fruit the TV was almost unusable and really could only play one or two channels, but great location, easy walking distance to everything and a beautiful place beautiful place to hang out

Really good location and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast is OK and Nextdoor - I was upgraded to pool room with direct access which was lovely. Only comment is to add bed side lighting as there are no reading lights. Would highly recommend!

We had a pool access room, good room for the money. The ladder down to the pool was a bit hard and slippery, you would not want to use it if you are old or infirm. Breakfast was good, fairly small area but they change it slightly each day. The area around the hotel is also very good, beautiful beach across the road and restaurants and other shops close by. Also they have a twice daily shuttle to Patong if you want to go there. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel needs some upkeep, owners are letting it get run down. Broken drawer in my room, pool is a mess with broken tiles, tired mattress in the room. All the staff are on their phones all the time! So much so that when I used the ATM I immediately went over to reception to have a bill changed and she was looking at her phone. The next people found the card and though I was sitting near the woman waiting for a taxi, she didn't know it was mine because she had been on her phone not paying attention. Unfortunately I was at the airport before she realised and had to cut it up. Cleaning staff in the halls, reception, everyone on their phones! Staff were very nice and attentive if you needed them. Breakfast was so mediocre and repetitive. (Funny, the pub affiliated with the restaurant also was mediocre and I feel probably the same staff). Don't pay extra, there are lots cafes and restaurants to go nearby. Smoking all over the place which was ick. Also thought it was 'beachside' as stated as I've not been to Karon. Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach so I didn't go as much as I had hoped. No chairs made available for my "beachside" hotel either, we have to pay. The stay in this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the tour desk lady. Breakfast buffet was excellent and opens at 6:30 which helped with early morning tours. All the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool is very clean, the room was big and very comfortable with plenty of hot water and the internet worked great. The area is safe, walkeable and with many dining and shopping options. Our only complain was the beach. It had a lot if garbage on the sand and ocean. This is not the hotel's fault, but hopefully the local government and businesses could help keep the beach clean so people keep coming pack to Phuket.

The place is fantastic! Pool access room was wonderful. The pool bar staff Samuel, Harry and Daniel were outstanding surg their service and conversation. We loved the room and the location. Having the restaurant's at the fronts of the hotel was so convenient. The Indian food was outstanding.

Awesome staff, perfect location , a smaller type accomm where the owners really care about your experience and support for whatever you need - I was unfortunate enough to have a fall on uneven path and the assistance and support I received when unable to contact my husband was second to none, including staff driving me to two hospitals and waiting for me and providing assistance with language barrier - above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. May not be the newest or most luxurious but the pool is big there are lots of sun loungers breakfast has many great options including egg station opposite the beach and right next to great massage, restaurants (our fave was Chet thai food about 200 metres away from the roundabout) coffee shops and mini marts and 7-11. Already dreaming about coming back next year. Loved it and the staff makes it so wonderful - Thankyou to Karon sea sands for a perfect experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Overall very good only one gripe is pool towels. In most other hotels we’ve stayed in there are stations where you can pick up and return pool towels unfortunately the towels were changed in your room during cleaning if you were out prior to room cleaning your pool towels were not changed

This property was very nice and clean, and in a good location across the road from the beach. Mostly Russians seem to be here at the moment. Not much nightlife in this area, so good if you want things a bit quieter.

I like this resort very much. It was quiet, well-equipped and accessible, the swimming pool was clean and reasonably sized, and the neat breakfast was a simple breakfast. The staff are all friendly and the cocktail of irish bar run by the same company was also great. I extended my stay because I wanted to stay here. I want to visit again. And I'm not Chinese.

Breakfast was good, fairly small area but they change it slightly each day. The area around the hotel is also very good, beautiful beach across the road and restaurants and other shops close by. Also they have a twice daily shuttle to Patong if you want to go there. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Perfect location opposite beach. Close to shops, restaurants, 7/11 and market plaza for fab cheap food. Rooms large plenty of storage good shower. Tea/coffee, kettle in room. 4 free bottles of water daily, bath robes. Towels changed daily 2 beach/pool towels in room and beach bag to use. Staff very friendly. Great choice of breakfast, staff work very hard and kept all areas very clean. Pool area quiet, always sun beds free, pool water warm. Top floor room had fab view of sea. Would stay again

The place is fantastic! Pool access room was wonderful. The pool bar staff Samuel, Harry and Daniel were outstanding surg their service and conversation. We loved the room and the location. Having the restaurant's at the fronts of the hotel was so convenient. The Indian food was outstanding.
