Tolles zentral gelegenes Hotel - Frühstück TOP. Trotz der Lage am zentralen Platz sehr ruhig gelegen, auch innerhalb des Hotels keine störenden Geräusche. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Kaffeekapseln auf dem Zimmer waren leider kostenpflichtig - für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eigentlich ein Witz :-)

The hotel and staff where excellent and so to was the food which was available for breakfast in the attached restaurant- the Fat Cat. The room was spacious. It would have been good if we had access to more than one English speaking channel on the TV other than Sky News. Very happy with the hotel and the Cold War Museum in its basement is a must see visit

Great staffs helpful and kind as soon as you step in. Very professional. We had a very comfortable stay! The bed the bath and products were great! I wished there was a proper coffee machine. And more plugs / usb in the room. Don’t miss the bunker museum underneath! A Must and free for guests of the hotel. Special THANK YOU to the 3 fantastic staffs at the reception and amazing Guide hosting us at the bunker

Everything was perfect I stayed at this hotel for 3 times during Christmas seasons in the past but 1 thing disappointed me that “ no free water in the room “ it’s very important for all guests travelling from everywhere in the world to stay at 5 stars hotel and expect to have fresh water after check in this point really disappointed me and makes me feel like I should be treated better at another 5 stars hotel

DO NOT USE THE CHANGE PLACE NEXT DOOR (ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL) THEY TOOK 8€ ON 20€. I GOT 12€ WORTH OF MONEY AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THE HOTEL SAID "OH YOU SHOULD'VE SAID YOU WERE STAYING HERE" but when i asked them to tell the guy, they refused. ALSO PARKING IS A PAIN IN THE REAR (litteraly have to park in the rear of the block and walk a lot)

Dining area big and charming with big windows. Room mostly quiet except for guests on their balconies at two in morning! I had problems with an unpleasant woman on reception but her colleague when I left was polite, charming and helpful. In the Czech republic you have to tolerate rude people. Fact of Life. I slept well and breakfast was good. Hotel therefore was fine at the end of the day. Not the most gracious but acceptable as a tolerable 4 star. How they got 5 is a mystery to me! Could be the facade!

The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and must see sites. Breakfast was amazing. Quite possibly the best buffet my wife and I have ever enjoyed in our extensive travels. Attending staff kept it fresh , plentiful and attentive. The decor of the restaurant/ bar area was outstanding. The hotel museum tour conducted by Victor was splendid. He was great. Simply put, this hotel has been our favorite in our month long trip in Europe. Well done Jalta. Thanks

Met EVERY expectation and then some! Will absolutely stay here in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Prague. The room accommodations (rainfall showerhead, available grounded outlets, and quiet rooms/halls) are exactly what we wanted. The staff was great as well. We especially enjoyed the Cold War Museum underneath the hotel (really great tour guides).

Easy walking to Old Town and main tourist attractions. Comfortable. clean, airy bedroom and bathroom. Buffet breakfast included, excellent value, more than adequate hot and cold selection. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Special mention to Manager and Viktor at reception, who were particularly helpful with onwards travel arrangements. Our first meeting was with a warm and positive gentleman who facilitated us getting the key before the scheduled time. The hotel is located centrally and allowed us to easily walk around the city center. The size of the room was sufficient for our needs, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s location, the restaurant on the ground floor, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly attitude of the staff were all excellent. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Hotel befindet sich mitten am Wenzlerplatz in Prag, und somit mitten im Stadtkern. Leider stimmen die Bilder mit den Zimmern die im Internet angegeben sind nicht mit der Realität überein. Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel aber auch sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Hotel befindet sich mitten am Wenzlerplatz in Prag, und somit mitten im Stadtkern. Upon entering the room, I realized they didn’t have a bathtub, which was something I was looking for no big deal. The man at the front desk helped us immediately to make that accommodation providing excellent service, clean room, and a stunning view from the balcony.

Hotel room is nice with balcony overseeing city. Cleaning service is good. The design of the room does not keep outside movie out however. If ok with that and big crowds with average size room this is a good hotel for central location of city and walkable to many things.

The staff were all super friendly & helpful. The room with a balcony (no chairs provided) was at the noisy front of the hotel so barely got any sleep during the nights. The room I was allocated was dated, dusty and smelt musty when I arrived. The room was cold even it got chilly overnight, and was warm when it got hot outdoors. It’s my second stay at the hotel and I’m afraid will be my last. The first time the room was light & fresh, and had a bigger bathroom, but for the pricey amount I paid per night - I’d have expected better standard of accommodation.

Excellent location, right in the middle of tourist areas. The room I booked was not for me personally, spoken to reception, manager immediately gave me options to choose from two room which were available with little extra charge. Room size, bathroom and the passage were excellent. Enjoyed my stay in the room and in hotel. Only one negative there was lack of breakfast for vegetarian.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly! We had been inter-railing in Europe and arrived very early in the day at the hotel so we could drop our bags off to explore Prague. Our room was ready so they let us use the room early which was such a bonus! We have been travelling for two weeks and I would say this was our favourite hotel on our travels! The rooms are lovely, beds are very comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was of an excellent standard with lots of choice and once again very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely return to Prague and stay at the Jalta Boutique Hotel!

The staff were amazing in this hotel, they allowed us to check in before 12pm on the day we arrived rather than the normal check in time at 2pm. The room was nice and bathroom facilities were good. Great water pressure in the shower. Would have liked plugs closer to the mirror or add a mirror above the table next to plugs for a hairdryer. Very comfy beds and had a good sleep throughout my stay. Great location near all the shops and restaurants. 2 min walk from the metro with great connections around Prague. 2 min walk to tram stops including historical tram 42. Luggage storage available all day as we had a late flight.

First class welcome and enthusiasm by hotel staff, nothing seemed too much trouble including arranging booking of airport transfers and Medieval night. Amazing breakfast, great location and lovely bar with a great vibe. I would highly recommend this hotel, staff are a an absolute credit to the hotel 10/10, customer service at its best.

The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and must see sites. Breakfast was amazing. Quite possibly the best buffet my wife and I have ever enjoyed in our extensive travels. Attending staff kept it fresh , plentiful and attentive. The decor of the restaurant/ bar area was outstanding. The hotel museum tour conducted by Victor was splendid. He was great. Simply put, this hotel has been our favorite in our month long trip in Europe. Well done Jalta. Thanks

Excellent location, right in the middle of tourist areas. The room I booked was not for me personally, spoken to reception, manager immediately gave me options to choose from two room which were available with little extra charge. Room size, bathroom and the passage were excellent. Enjoyed my stay in the room and in hotel. Only one negative there was lack of breakfast for vegetarian.

The location of the property is good, the manager allowed us to change room the following day to a bigger one. The rest of the team in reception were very unwelcoming, did not acknowledge us when getting in or out the hotel. Breakfast was very average, and they do not know how to make a fried egg, all lookes dry, the front of house of the restaurant were very rude and unprofessional, looks like if your breakfast is included in the hotel you are ignored by them, oky attention is for outside customers. The breakfast room is a clubthat makes it weird to eat. The manager in the restaurant might need some customer service training, she was very dismissive and unwelcoming. The room needs some attention but was very quiet. We would not choose this hotel again.

I booked this last minute after I checked into a different hotel in Prague that was absolutely horrible but luckily this one saved the day. The bed is very comfy and the room is nice and spacious, there’s a minibar and kettle with tea and coffee. One thing, it’s in a not totally ideal area, very touristy and it gets loud outside at night. I am an incredibly deep sleeper and I use earplugs when I sleep but I was woken up at 4am by drunken tourists shouting outside. Other than the location, it is a great hotel.

Fantastic location for exploring Prague, close to the railway station and AirPort Express. Good choice for breakfast and staff were excellent, very friendly and more than happy to help with sorting a taxi. Rooms very comfortable, bathrooms clean and air conditioning was great. Only real downside was the garden view, which was not really a garden and overlooked by an office. But just a minor issue as we used the hotel as a base to explore

We booked and paied in advance. Bed super confy and we sleept good with Open Windows to the backyard no view at all. The breakfast was like a 3 star Hotel and it was at the restaurant FatCat a Beer bar / restaurant with Grease god that smell in the backyard. The was a blackout for 1 hour in the evening. The Street outside is called red light District and lots of drunk people. So if you are in to that kinde of feeling you game to the right street and Hotel. I Will not recommend or stay here again.

Fabulous location. Within 30 minutes or less walking distance to a large majority of the scenic locations in the city. Truly the perfect location to stay. We opted for the free breakfast which was wonderful. So many options. The restaurant stayed busy all day and into the night. We enjoyed sitting in their sidewalk seating. Truly enjoyable.

5 star hotel without bar, breakfast in a nearby restaurant and isolation between rooms like the houses in Shogun. The staff was good, cleaning superb and location is excellent. It's an ok hotel but if you want something luxurious choose something else. The breakfast is served in The Fat Cat. That place is a great restaurant.
