Den Parkplatz muss man extra bezahlen. 32€ pro Nacht. Das wurde uns nicht gesagt. Vor dem Hotel und auch in der Umgebung gibt sehr sehr wenig Parkplätze. Die sind sehr eng und wenn man ein normales Auto hat steht man auf der Straße.

Fantastic hotel. Clean room and on a quiet street. Close walk to everything. Fitness room has no treadmills and I would suggest to get one. That is my only complaint and other than that this hotel is very nice.

The location for the city is great but surrounded by strip clubs. It’s very worn with stains on the floors and desk. I had a bath and the water was brown then they could not get the plug out so I moved rooms. The newer room I was moved to was nice, bigger and with a coffee machine. The staff are very nice, breakfast was just ok and the gym which was one of the reasons I booked was just a bench with weights.

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt. Die Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die nächste Metro Station nicht weit weg. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war top! Groß, hell und gepflegt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Nur mit der Tiefgarage muss man Glück haben, da keine Reservierungen angeboten werden. Mit einem normalen Auto ist die Chance höher als mit einem SUV, da für diese die Plätze begrenzt sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Auswahl groß.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice enough hotel but we did have some issues that impacted our stay. We paid extra for a balcony room and for the first two days the door could not be opened, maintenance finally arrived on the third day to fix it. The smart tv is not connected to the WiFi so we were unable to stream. Be aware that the street that the hotel is on is the main 'red light' area of Prague - there is a strip club next door and a sauna club across the road.

Clean, comfortable and quiet with fridge and kettle in the room. Staff were all polite and cheerful. The location is terrific for walking throughout the city centre, just 10 minutes from the train station where you can also get the Airport express bus. Would stay again!

Been for a 5-night stay early September 2023. This is my second time at the hotel. This time the expereince was not that good. The hotel is aging, water pressure at shower is not strong and the floor is ragged. The window curtains were dirty, and sometimes there was a mild trace of mold in the room. On the better side - location is great and the breakfast worth its price.

Lovely room, it was immaculate and quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Lovely little bar area in the hotel lobby. Probably enjoyed the mulled wine on offer at the reception a bit too much - a nice touch when you're there visiting the Christmas markets :)

The hotel was clean all the staff were friendly. The location is excellent in the centre of the new town and old town a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Rooms and hotel had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel with comfortable room and bed. Our room 303 was very quiet and nice. There was a fridge, safe and kettle, coffee/tea supplies in the room. Every day we got 2 bottle's of water to enjoy. Special thanks to great service minded personnel at the hotel. We asked for additional blanket (there was only one double blanket in the room that didn't work out for us) and the blanket was there just short time after. The location is very nice, short walk to everything also public transport and the National museum (highly recommend to visit). The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel situated just near the center. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Unfortunately my room was very close to the night club and music was until 5 o’clock. It was difficult to sleep in such condition. As a GOLD Hotels.com member I would expect slightly different approach for assigning the room. Anyway we had nice weekend in Prague.

Conveniently located to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square, Main Train Station, and a main boulevard with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The only issue was the half glass shower wall did not seal with the tub so the bathroom floor got very wet after a shower.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the main street in the new town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful (shout out to Wella who went out of her way to assist us several times throughout our stay - she was awesome). The hotel room was modern and clean and the breakfast selection was decent and good value. We highly recommend!

Room and bathroom were very dated. Property is in need of a refresh. The night staff on duty during our stay was terrible! He sighed loudly over the phone when I called to ask for extra body soap (they set up 2x shampoo instead of body soap in my room). One night we forgot our keycard, the night staff didn't even verify our names in their system before giving us access to our room. How secure is that? Of course, whilst leading us to our room, he kept nagging at how we should not forget our card.

Perfect hotel for exploring Prague. Just down a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. A 5-10 minute walk to the centre and old town of Prague. Beautiful room, clean, spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a wide variety to cater for all needs (I’m gluten free and there were a few different options). Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel! ADVICE: use the app ‘Bolt’ to get to and from the airport/and around Prague if needed. This is much cheaper than using the hotels taxi service and is so easy to use and reliable.

The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again.

I was unsure of what to expect on my first visit to Prague, however I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff were consistently polite and always helpful. But the beds, oh my goodness, SO COMFORTABLE. I’ve travelled the world and this was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I highly recommend a stay here.

Très déçu par l'absence de restauration en dehors du pdj alors que sur le site hôtel.com il est précisé l'existence d'un restaurant. Conséquence à pied obligations de se restaurer en fast-food. Sinon service conforme à un quatre étoiles. Pdj plus que satisfaisant. Parking intégré à l'hôtel ce qui une nécessité à Prague si vous y venez en automobile.

Et utmerket hotell, sentralt i Praha. Vennlig betjening, rent og ryddig rom og utmerket frokost - vi savnet ingen ting. Det eneste måtte være at det ikke var ekte juice, men en dispenser med det jeg vil kalle manipulert vann. Et hotell av denne standarden bør tilby ekte juice.
