Check-in was genuinely unpleasant. The receptionist spoke very broken English, and when we didn’t understand him the first two times, he raised his voice and got visibly annoyed with us — for asking him to repeat himself. Apart from that, the hotel itself was OK. But starting your stay by being yelled at by staff completely ruined the experience. It’s hard to enjoy a place when that’s your welcome.
