I would go back, but perhaps not as refined as first hoped. Lack of restaurant impacted the overall score as I checked in late and didn’t really want to go back out. However, plenty to see and do right outside the door, so no big issue.

Great location for this hotel. Its within walking distance of all the major attractions and sites. The tram station is right next to it. Lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff are nice the rooms are well equipped with everything needed. Its an old hotel though and the elevator is only available till the 3rd floor. We had our room on the 4th floor and carrying two big luggages was not an easy task. I would stay again but ask for a room on the 3rd floor max.

Et dejligt og hjertevarmt hotel midt i seværdigheder. Vi bliver modtaget af personale der er imøde kommende og hjælpsomme. Al personale der har med kunder er fler sproget så der er altid hjælp at hente på hotellet. Der er mulighed for morgenmad i hotellets charmerende kælder.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. Parking was not available inside perimeters as suggested by hotel description but on the street which worked out well. Location is great - lots of restaurants and small shops around, 2 min from 's Charles' Bridge, about 10 min walk from the castle and 15 min from old town. Hotel is located inside older building, hence, it might not be as modern as expected. It has a lot of charm though. Only negative was lots of noises during the night of what we assume was a generator that kept revving up. We could still sleep. It just took some time to get used to them. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Great location that is close to trams, food and attractions. Bed mattress felt a little slanty but it was alright. Breakfast was great with many choices. They let us know a week prior to check in that one day water would be out and they gave us huge water bottles and a comped day to ise in future.

This was our second time here, the hotel is spotless, the staff are more than helpful. The choice for breakfast is really good. The receptionist upgraded us to an amazing room, because we have been before and it was my birthday . Perfect place to stay, close to everything walking distance. We will return again .

Hotel is nice and kept very clean, however it is an older property and the finish wasn’t to the standard you would expect in a more modern building so this is a place for people who appreciate a bit of character where they stay. Was noisy sometimes at night as the old doors and windows do little to muffle the sound of other guests and people outside. Breakfast was a good selection and the location super convenient with tram and bus stops only a minute away. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot.

Det bedste man kan finde i det centrale Prag. Gjort rent hver dag , skiftet håndklæder hver dag. Morgenmad var perfekt , der var alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Venligt personale der var til hjælp hele døgnet. Abselut et der kan varmt anbefales.

Værelset var meget stort personalet venlige og dejligt pres på vandet. Morgenmaden havde alt det man kunne drømme om og mere til Og så blev der gjort mega fint rent HVER DAG uden man skulle spørge Sengen havde store hotelpriser og en hovedpude og var dejlige at ligge i og så var der varmt på værelser

Great location, very good guest bedrooms, comfortable, clean, well maintained, good breakfasts, helpful and friendly staff. Let down by ridiculously small bathroom (room 102) - could only open/close shower door by squeezing oneself between the toilet and the wall, shower door didn't close properly so always leaking onto minute bathroom floor, shower riser rail bracket faulty so shower head/spray wouldn't stay in place. Bathroom toiletries (though good) were not replenished during our stay. Would stay again but definitely not in room 102.

Breakfast was amazing, location was terrific a short 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge, room (308) was on the smaller side but worked well, comfortable bed, my only gripe was the shower, it has a tub shower and the water taps come out of the side wall not the end of tub, kept hitting tap with my knees changing the temperature. Overall I’d recommend the Charles Hotel.

Das Hotel wirbt mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Das war nicht übertrieben. Das Frühstück ist ungwöhnlich, variantenreich und detailverliebt. Die Umgebung ist unruhig, das muss man einkalkulieren. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Excellent hotel, very large, quiet rooms in 200-yr-old building, super friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast array. Just half-a-block from tram stop with numerous lines in all directions across Prague. Great location for walking across Charles Bridge to Old Town or exploring the Mala Strana district. Highly recommended.

Værelset er lidt uhyggeligt, gammelt med højt til loftet. I receptionen var personalet ikke specielt venligt. Samtidigt prøvede de at overtale mig til bestemte restauranter med mere uden jeg spurgte. Kender Prag godt, så det var ikke restauranter jeg ville anbefale. Lidt for meget

Very polite & courteous staff. Manager & Gabriel were very helpful and always looking out for a nice and comfortable stay for us. Hotel is walking distance to most area, tram station and metro. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Prague. I will recommend to my friends as well.

Great location for this hotel. Its within walking distance of all the major attractions and sites. The tram station is right next to it. Lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff are nice the rooms are well equipped with everything needed. Its an old hotel though and the elevator is only available till the 3rd floor. We had our room on the 4th floor and carrying two big luggages was not an easy task. I would stay again but ask for a room on the 3rd floor max.

Just half-a-block from tram stop with numerous lines in all directions across Prague. Great location for walking across Charles Bridge to Old Town or exploring the Mala Strana district. This was our second time here, the hotel is spotless, the staff are more than helpful. The choice for breakfast is really good. The receptionist upgraded us to an amazing room, because we have been before and it was my birthday . Perfect place to stay, close to everything walking distance. We will return again .

Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and kept very clean, however it is an older property and the finish wasn’t to the standard you would expect in a more modern building so this is a place for people who appreciate a bit of character where they stay. Was noisy sometimes at night as the old doors and windows do little to muffle the sound of other guests and people outside. Breakfast was a good selection and the location super convenient with tram and bus stops only a minute away. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot.

Beliggenheten er perfekt, ca 1 minutt til Karlsbroen. Bra med restauranter og puber rett rundt hjørnet fra hotellet. Relativt enkel standard, men rent og ordentlig. Frokostsalen var litt trang, og utvalget av frokost, var midt på treet. Renhold på rommet hver dag.

This is a charming old hotel in the heart of Old Town. It is an excellent location right next to the Charles Bridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Veronica. The breakfast buffet was beyond delicious with a wonderful selection of local cuisine.
