Mamaison Hotel Riverside Prague

Bra läge med ca 20 min fin promenad till torget i gamla stan. Fint, nytt och fräscha rum. Fanns inte så mycket på hotellet utöver rummen och frukost. Fanns en liten bar inget mer. Lite märkliga städvanor tyckte vi, det är ju vanligt att inte byta lakan osv varje dag nuförtiden på hotell men här var man tvungen att påkalla städning genom att hänga en lapp på dörren.

The hotel was situated 20 minutes from the city centre by foot. The rooms are large clean and with lovely views if situated in the front of the building. Breakfast was enjoyable but I am unable to comment on other meals as we didn’t eat at any other time. The only bad experience was that we had no hot water for a 24 hour period due to a maintenance issue. This hasn’t put us off staying at this hotel again when we visit Prague. Good value for money.

Feuer-Alarm am 2. Dezember hat uns den Aufenthalt etwas verkompliziert. Ich möchte eine Rückerstattung 30,- Euro. Kein Frühstück # Evakuierung.

Very nice hotel, however lower rooms were too loud. Reserve parking upfront if traveling by car! Very little spots.

On a hot Day we arrived to the Hotel @ 12.30. We Got Parking just outside the hotel and our chilled rooms were ready. Very Nice and Big room with balcony and river view.

Cleaning lady didn’t speak English, Czech, German or French. The do not disturb sign was on the door, she didn’t even knock and just walked in when I was changing. She didn’t even apologize. There was construction noise present from early morning. The reception is mostly unattended so I had to wait 15 minutes at empty reception for check out. Also you will have to carry your bags up and down the stars to reach the elevator.

Det var 5 gang vi boede på hotellet og blev noget skuffet da alt service er sparet væk siden sidst. Desuden blev vi glemt mht værelses rengøring og der var konsekvent kun håndklæder, glas osv til 1 pers på vores dobbeltværelse. Hotellet er stadig fint og med god beliggenhed, men dyrt ifh til at der ikke længere er room- bagage og parkerings service.

No body offered to help. Bathtub drain hole was broken. Curtains (blinds) do not close completely which lead to sun rays inside the room in the early morning. Water noise from other rooms whenever they use. The location was a problem for all taxi drivers.

Schöne, große, ruhige Zimmer. Parkplatz war recht leicht um die Ecke zu finden. Nettes Personal 24h besetzt. Lediglich kostenloses Wasser hätte ich auf dem Zimmer erwartet.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well located if you don't mind a little walking. One thing we missed was a place to have a drink in a hotel bar for example, but otherwise can't fault it

The hotel is average. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were not upto standard. Housekeeping only does the bed everyday nothing else. Staff is disinterested and not bothered. The property has no vibe or feel to it. Maybe pick a place closer to old town.

Great location & very nice building … but the design of the rooms is antiquated and the cleaning service was practically non-existent. I let the front desk know that my rooms hadn’t been cleaned over the entire weekend of my stay, but it didn’t seem to be too much of a priority to them to remedy the situation.

Ducha estropeada, paredes con necesidad de pintura urgente, suciedad en las salidas de aire. La limpieza brilló por su ausencia sin cambio toallas para 5 días. Terrible. Puro postureo.

Beautiful hotel. Totally remodeled, clean, spacious room. Great stuff, very friendly and helpful. We loved Praque and will be back for sure. Walking distance to castle complex old town. This hotel will be our choice again. Highly recommend to check it out.

Perfect, hotel erg tevreden, fijn en gevarieerd ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, enige minpuntje was dat kamer niet was schoongemaakt/ bed nieuw as opgemaakt en handdoeken niet werden vervangen tijdens weekend. Verder top locatie op loopafstand van oude centrum etc. Zeker aanrader

Zimmer war gut(aber ob dies 25qm waren?),Bad etwas klein.Hotel war voll, merkte man leider beim Frühstück. War sehr voll, Kuschelkontakt inklusive. Leider hatten wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmerservice. Am 1. Abend hatte ich Kaffee auf die Bettwäsche verkippt. Als wir den nächsten Abend von unserem Pragtrip wieder in unser Zimmer kamen, sahen wir schon, dass das Bett nicht gerade ansehnlich hergerichtet wurde…, man sah auch, dass der Bezug kein frischer war und als wir die Decke umdrehten, huch, war doch da glatt immer noch der Kaffeefleck! Anscheinend dachte der Service, wir merken dies nicht! Desweiteren lag auf der Anrichte noch ein weiterer Bezug, ob jetzt dreckig oder sauber wollten wir nicht weiter erkunden. Der Dame an der Rezeption tat dies alles sehr leid, wir bekamen sofort eine neue Decke. Sie wollte den Manager informieren. Am nächsten Tag (Abreise) fragte man uns beim auschecken, ob alles in Ordnung war..Es wurde also nicht mal intern der Vopar vermerkt, auch als wir nochmals die Geschichte vortrugen, tat dem Rezeptionisten alles leid. Aber im nächsten Augenblick kam die Frage nach der Bezahlung des Frühstücks.. Da hätte ich mir doch etwas Sensibilität gewünscht, im Efall vielleicht die Halbierung des Frühstücksbetrags??

Stunning room and location

Have just got home after a 3 night stay for our first wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were given arrival drink and checked in within minutes. Our room was just as photos showed. Very clean and beds very comfortable (pillows not to my liking but not awful). Seen some negative comments regarding water temperature but ours was fine and could go really high - also very powerful. Lovely views over the river. All shared areas very well decorated and clean. On our wedding anniversary I bought a bottle of champagne for the room - when we arrived back after a day out it was in our room on ice as requested. Location is very good only a short walk (10/15 minutes) to Charles Bridge and further couple to old town. We also walked to Wenceslas square one day that has all the high street shops. Highly recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind a short walk to other locations. Would definitely go back

Lovely, spacious room and good facilities. Comfortable and mostly quiet. The air conditioning was erratic at times and did not fully work on one day, but it was better on other days. Helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Great room and really friendly staff. Room was large and had 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately our coffee machine didn’t work in the plug it was plugged into. We just kept moving it to the bedside plug instead. Not a massive problem for a couple of nights, I informed the housekeeper on check out :)

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It felt more like an apartment. The balcony view was lovely and staff were all helpful and friendly. We found it a great location for everything we wanted to do.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location on the west side of the river. We had a beautiful view over the river to the other side from our room, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the area was very quiet at night. Our only criticisms are that toilet roll was only replenished if requested, and that a member of staff opened the door into our room on our last morning before we had checked out, despite the 'Do not disturb' sign being on the handle and the door being locked. Although they immediately apologised and left, we felt slightly uncomfortable and confused as to why this happened. Aside from these two issues, we would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and don't mind walking 30 - 45 minutes to some of the main attractions.

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour au sein du Mamaison Riverside Prague et nous n'y retournerons pas, ni ne le recommanderons. Objectivement, l'hôtel est bien placé, de bon goût, propre et la chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel était agréable et souriant dans l'ensemble. Subjectivement, nous avions demandé un early check-in par téléphone qui avait été accepté pour 11h, une fois sur place celui-ci nous a été refusé et on nous a demandé de patienter jusque 13h. Nous sommes partis déjeuner et à notre retour, après 14h, nous avons encore dû attendre 30 minutes... Nous avons donc eu la chambre 3h30 après l'heure convenue. La chambre justement, numéro 210 (refusez-la), a une vue sur la cour et est coincée entre deux ascenseurs. Un pour les voyageurs qui parlent tout haut à toute heure en attendant légitimement que l'ascenseur arrive. L'autre pour le staff et ses chariots TRÈS bruyants qui vous réveillent le matin. Dès le premier soir le gel douche était terminé : il n'a pas été rechargé durant notre séjour, heureusement que nous avions notre savon. Nous ne pouvions pas changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a gentiment offert notre late check-out mais malheureusement cela n'a pas amélioré la qualité de nos nuits. En somme, nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel correct, mais pas pour l'ensemble des chambres, d'autant que compte tenu de la période des fêtes, nous avons payé le prix fort pour ces nuits.

Stayed at the hotel before Xmas from the 11th dec to 15th dec. This hotel is absolutely fantastic beautiful big room beautiful architecture and on the banks of the river, just on the opposite side of the river is the dancing house. Easy enough to walk to a lot of places and trams just round the corner so location is fantastic. Stayed at this hotel due to price as the hotel I normally stay at was quite expensive on the run up to Xmas and this was very responsibly priced at time of booking. After a few nights I was in a condry cos I visit Prague a lot and I was thinking wow I may have to stay here now because the rooms were lovely and roomy, bathroom with bath shower big toilet was lovely and the bed was comfy only issue with room was air con but I could have asked for help with it but I didn’t ask because I could open window slightly. My issue was after the 3rd night I had no house keeping so spoke to reception and they said I wouod get some the next day. Unfortunately came in after a day of drinking and by the 4th night still no housekeeping and the attitude I got of reception was what do you want me to do. When I checked out the attitude continued I wasn’t even given an apology was just told if you had an mini bar we sorted and goodbye, I asked to speak to a manager and was told again goodbye never felt like that in my life felt so belittled and just took for granted after I wanted to complain about not having house keeping for a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel but no custservice

Perfect hotel for a city break to Prague. Easy walking distance to the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Myself and my partner were upgraded to a suite when we arrived, and we were able to check in early. If I ever come back to Prague I will be coming back to this hotel aswell.

Room was excellent very good location quiet but easily accessible to all attractions. Whilst the staff on the reception were efficient was not very engaging. Nice breakfast hotel was lovely and clean

We were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members after a long travel day. We were a little early but Katerina put us in a beautiful room right away. The room was stunning and well appointed. My daughter and I thought we were in a dream! Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delivered with a smile. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Amazing hotel, friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. We stayed 3 nights and whilst it was outside the tourist area it is straightforward to walk or take the tram into old town. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Fantastic stay, location was perfect, all the sightseeing attractions were easily in walking distance. Hotel situated across the river from the Dancing House. Staff were very welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Across the river from the centre, so in a quieter area but easily walkable to the centre. Would stay here again.

It is close to Praha 1, possible to walk but Taxi is better. Hotel clean and modern. Perfect

Overall, it was a decent stay. The room was large and nicely decorated and had clearly been done up recently as it had USB sockets by the bed and a wide range of lighting options. Water pressure in the shower was good and the storage was convenient. The location was very walkable. But compared to other hotels I've stayed at I would say this was okay but not memorable. The breakfast was really disappointing - every variant of bread I tried was dry and they didn't have a toaster available. The buffet was very limited in terms of options. Thankfully they will make you an omelette included in the price as otherwise I'd have been very hungry! I also found it surprisimg that the hotel had no gym.

Bra läge , nära till de allra flesta sevärdheter. Rummet och övriga utrymmen välstädade. Men gäster som beställt mat från snabbmatställen , lät sina rester och skräp stå ute i korridoren, luktar inte fräscht. Frukosten kan man äta ute på stan för en billigare slant. Ej värt 30 euro per måltid.

I was asking a simple question and the front desk person was very unfriendly and did speak with her colleague in th local language about the issue.The breakfast room is very strange and cold with all this mirrors. Go out for breakfast! Rooms are great.

The hotel was nice and tidy. The staff very helpful and friendly. We liked to breakfast a lot, a bit tight though. The only thing we kind of wondered was the noice from the corridors which was surprisingly loud.
