Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht; es war wirklich ein Traum. Das Hotel ist ein architektonisches Prunkstück wie viele Häuser in Prag. Wir wollen uns vor allem dem Personal danken; sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Die grossen Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und leise. Wir haben den kleinen Wellness-Bereich mit Whirlpool, Sauna, Dampfbad, Abkühlbecken und Liegen jeden Tag genossen. Das reichhaltige und Frühstücks-Buffet hat uns auch sehr geschmeckt. Nur frischgepressten Orangensaft fehlte noch, dafür war der Kaffee sehr fein. Wir können dieses Hotel Paris nur empfehlen!

ホテル立地とサウナ等のスパ施設付きで宿泊費も手頃だったので予約しました。なんと地球の歩き方に特集として「一生に一度は泊まりたい! ヒストリカルな最高級なホテル」に載っていたのには、ビックリ。最高のコスパのホテルです。サウナ、ジャグジーバス、スチームサウナ、深くチラーで冷やした水風呂も毎日貸切状態で利用できたのも大変よかったです。王の道のスタート地点である火薬塔もすぐ横にあり、旧市街広場まで歩いて５分ほど。最高のホテルです。

Eine echte Empfehlung in Prag. Sehr gut gelegen, dabei sehr ruhig. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Unser Zimmer im 1. OG war nicht übermäßig groß. Der Wellnessbereich ist nett (Dampfbad, finnische Sauna, Whirlpool). Leider gibt es nur 4 Sitz-/Liegeplätze, es wird also schnell voll. Der Service war immer zuvorkommend, die Bar auch nett.

To sum it up, don’t be fooled it’s not 5 star property but rather maybe 3… Staff at the reception, upon our arrival, wasn’t friendly, when we asked to recommend place to eat we were given a list of local places with no explanation. Room was small, noisy from the outside construction, which nobody told us about. Bathroom was probably the worse, tiny, not clean, with sink, toilet being plastic, never seen anything like it. Shower had one shower head that you need to hold while showering, the door was leaking so as you exit the shower you step into a puddle of water. Towels were grey not white. Hair dryer was from last century. One positive thing was location, close walking distance to all the major attractions and landmarks.

ホテルの立地はとってもよく、スタッフは皆親切です。石畳みの道は大変でしたが、スーツケースをひきながら、駅から歩いて行くことができます。部屋は鍵のタイプになっていて、どちらかな1回転半まわさないと開かないタイプでした。初めは、少し戸惑いました。また、オートロックでもありません。床に前の宿泊者の方のものと思われるゴミが残っていたのが、少し残念でした。

私は欧州各地を旅行していますが、このホテルは最も素晴らしい印象を残したホテルです。3泊しましたが部屋は常に清潔で充分に広く、内装もリノベーションしたようで水回りもピカピカでした。建物内外とも豪華（アール・ヌーボー）、エレベーターが何ともクラシック（但し機械は新しい）で雰囲気を壊しません。入口には最近の都心部のホテルで少なくなってきたドアマン達が立っていて親切に対応してくれます。朝食も十分な種類が揃っていてゆっくり寛げます。ホテルから徒歩2分で市民会館や火薬塔などの観光名所、パラディアムというプラハで一番大きい？ショッピングモールもあります。また訪れたいホテルです。

This is a beautiful hotel from the early 1900s—our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent—plenty of options. The staff was so helpful with anything we needed. Best of all, it is just a few minutes walk to the main square in Old Town, and about 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge.

Beautiful hotel in a great location of old town Prague. Old world charm, comfortable bed, cozy linens and beautiful decor. There was a delicious breakfast and lovely cafe for a nice snack or dessert. I would highly recommend this spot to most people, the only challenge I could see is stepping in and out of the tub which was was pretty high, if you have any concern I would call the hotel to see about a more accessible option. Overall this hotel is exceptional!

Historic old hotel that is well run and super quiet despite being in the middle of a city. They could use some upgrades to the electrical systems (usb plugs, etc) and the furnishings are getting a bit worn, but the architectural details and solid wood doors and thick walls are amazing.

Beautiful building, nicely decorated, great breakfast, great location. Excellent service. Only thing we had an issue was the WIFI was not very reliable. And the door to the room did not close properly had to push on it to open it and to close it.

The hotel is beautiful and very nice. The decor and style of the hotel is early 1900s Paris vibe. It is extremely well maintained and everything has the old charm but fully functional and beautifully working. The only negative was that the rooms that we had were very small. With a queen bed in the room (or was it two twin beds attached), there was barely enough room to walk around the bed and basically the room size was VERY TIGHT. But the location is fantastic and beautiful in every other way. The breakfast was fantastic too. Overall I recommend this hotel but be advised that the rooms were small.

This hotel is advetised as a spa hotel which was total BS when they dont open the spa until 2pm and its not advetised on the website. The keys are the most ridiculous thing ever! The cleaning ladies are opening doors at 9am to clean when people are sleeping. A lot of the staff didnt speak english. The door men just kinda stood around all day. Find something for them to do. No netflix on the samsung tv...only youtube which made no sense! No night staff knew anything about the area. This is at most a 3 star hotel. And the location is prime. Breakfeast was descent.The rooms are spacious but the noise outside is ridiculous! I was definitely unimpressed with this hotel for the price!
