Wir waren 3 Nächte im Residence Bologna. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war sehr schön, im alten Stil eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Frühstücksbuffet entsprach dem Standard, alles war reichlich vorhanden. Ein kleines Plus, Milch auch laktosefrei. Sehr geärgert hat uns die Aussage an der Rezeption, dass kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage frei sei, obwohl uns die Reservierung schriftlich zugesichert wurde. Haben unser Auto dann für 3 Tage im öffentlichen Parkhaus abstellen müssen. Der Spaß hat zusätzlich 108 € gekostet.

It was a huge, traditional and classic hotel with so many group visitors. That was the only downside - we felt it was too busy. But hotel itself was great in general and located at the center of everything - near the Charles bridge, restaurants, sovenir shops, and the landmark Prazsky Orioj (that plaza was the real center of Prague for the visitors). We had a rental car and reserved a parking spot. It is critical to reserve parking lot when you book (Parking was valet, easy, and 25 euro but the ground level parking is limited.). We needed to park at the National theater nearby (7 min easy walk, spacious, public parking) as we did not get a hotel parking spot for the first night. That parking may be the best for anyone who need to park in the Prague center. Hourly fare was not expensive. Our hotel room (family, 5) had 2 rooms and a small kitchen with total two king beds and one single bed. So it was spacious and comfortable. I recommend it for family. Breakfast was good and included.

Hotelzimmer war sehr groß, mit Schrank und Kommode für die Wäsche. Bad war auch schön groß und das Zimmer hatte sogar eine kleine Küche. Das Hotel war nah an der Moldau und auch zentral gelegen. Man war schnell in der Innenstadt. Ein schöner Aufenthalt, tolles Frühstück und das Auto wurde vom Personal ins Parkhaus gebracht und wieder rausgefahren bei Abreise.

Bra hotell på mycket centralt läge i Prag. Kommer du med bil finns möjlighet till garage vilket är toppen i en stor stad. Bilen parkeras och körs fram när du lämnar. Bra rum, inget att anmärka på och en helt ok frukost innan man kan ge sig ut till fots i centrala Prag.

This is a great property if you wish to be nearby to some main places but far enough away from the busy areas of Prague. It only takes a few minutes to walk to some of the main streets, which is great! A good breakfast selection was provided. I would say the cleanliness needs some work or some things need replacing as they don’t work properly (our fridge wasn’t cold at all and the room smelled a bit funny). Other than that, great staff and great location for anyone!

I did not buy the breakfast. The room was immaculate. The staff were very helpful and and even took a new suitcase from a delivery person and held it all afternoon while I was out, since the airport had broken my old suitcase. I was very comfortable here and will come back again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist man regt schnell in der Prager Innenstadt sowie an den Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es mehrere kleine Bars. Die Gegend ist allgemein sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich praktisch eingerichtet. Aber man sah es der Einrichtung an, dass es verlebt war. Wir hatten auch keine Zierleisten an den Steckdosen dran. Es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber die Luft stand im Zimmer. Es gab die Möglichkeit über das Fenster zu lüften, aber da war der Innenhof. Dort kam die Abluft des Restaurants her und es roch nach Essen. Eher unangenehm. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag in Ordnung gebracht. Handtuchwechsel und Betten machen. Das brauche wir nicht unbedingt. Aber der boden wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab zwei Speiseräume. Einer war sehr gemütlich. Einer dagegen eher trist und sehr zügig wegen der Klimaanlage. Das angebotene Essen war ok zur Frühstückszeit.

The first day our room was cleaned but the next two days we left the hotel by 8:30am and didn't return until 3:30pm and room was not cleaned at all. Housekeeping knocked on our door ten minutes after returning asking us if we wanted cleaning then which we didn't since wanted to take a nap at that point. They were on the floor cleaning when we left in the am and still when we returned on same floor so not sure why didn't clean our room. There was no sign saying they didn't clean for environmental reasons and they had cleaned the first day. The food at breakfast was a good variety but you needed to get to the breakfast area by 8am or would wait in a line to be seated. The hotel was quite busy for breakfast but a lot of food was available so that was good. The location was good for accessing all the sites and the rooms very spacious. The shower didn't drain well though. Overall was a good hotel that I would stay at again but I would make sure to specify room cleaning and check shower drain. Front desk staff very friendly as was all other staff.

I really wanted to love this hotel but it fell short. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location is prime and walkable to everything. It’s these last 2 things that saved the overall rating. While the hotel is historic and I loved that vibe, the bathrooms desperately need a remodel. The shower is TINY and the layout impractical. They’d do better to lose the bidet and expand the shower. The shower leaked water everywhere and made a mess of the bathroom. We were in a family suite and yet only one of us could be in the bathroom at the same time. There wasn’t even enough room for 2 to stand at the sink. The cleanliness was good except for the wood floors in our room which were plainly not cleaned well. So overall not a bad hotel if you don’t mind trading a nicer space for the convenience of location.

I went in December and the room gets way TOO HOT. I had to sleep with the windows open and actually just ended up keeping them cracked most of my stay. Even when i shut the heat off, the heat was pumped so intrusively from the hallways that i could not be comfortable sleeping without the window open. And of course out the window was nothing glorious to see. Decent breakfast but gets overcrowded with entitled tourists. Options arent that vast like i seen others state 🤔 but definitely american style hotel buffet Overall great location next to Old Town Square and nice staff but yeah the heat pretty much ruined most of my comfort. And i could hear conversations of the people next door way too clearly, no privacy for sound

We had one bedroom suite on top floor and it was a stunning space great views and spacious Only negative issue - and this is a serious complaint concerns the luggage storage on day of check out When we checked out we were just given the key to the luggage room to drop our bags and no member of staff supervised us On returning in the evening to collect our bags same process no one asked for proof we have stayed at the hotel and we were just given the key We could have taken as long as we like to rummage through other guests left baggage This complete lack of security was concerning

The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast was consistently delicious, and the room was perfect for our needs. The only suggestion would be to make sure both breakfast rooms had the same food offerings. Over easy eggs and heart waffles were only available in the restaurant side and since you were directed where to sit, you didn’t have the full options. But this is a small suggestion and we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for access to all the sights but slightly removed for quieter streets. We would stay here again!

Hotel was close to everything - the bridge, the river, Old Town, etc. Very walkable area but also easy to hop on the trams. Staff was very helpful, spoke great English. Breakfasts were fabulous! Hotel & room were well maintained. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel Bologna the breakfast options were amazing such a large variety on offer. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and those pillows were amazing didn’t want to get up in the morning. Great location so close to everything all in walking distance. Would go back for sure.
