Buen hotel, pero creo que las 4 estrellas le vienen grandes. El estacionamiento es de pago y en la zona azul de la calle circundante. Alejado del centro histórico pero muy próximo a parada de tranvía. Buenos y baratos sitios para comer próximos.

This was our second visit to this hotel which was a very pleasant stay.The staff were all very nice and the room was very clean with high ceilings.The room had a useful safe.The tram stop is only at the end of the road (100 yards)and runs to the town centre every few minutes and also to the metro line which goes out to the airport. Will stay here when we visit Prague again next year.

Fint hotel - jeg fik meget for pengene, udemærket morgenmad og super service i receptionen:-) Det er lidt svært med parkering, men det er det vidst i hele Prag. Ligesom det var lidt ærgerligt, at jeg havde fået indtrykket af på hotels.com’s beskrivelse, ar der var fri adgang til sauna og dampbad, men det var ikke tilfældet, da den skal bookes og lejes af hver enkelt gæst.

Frühstück war ok. aber die Sauberkeit war nicht sehr gut.

Very nice hotel, I would not say 4 stars, but nice nonetheless. Positive points: - Nice location: close to public transport but the walk to the city center is very nice, passing through parks and pretty streets - Clean and cozy room with everything that is needed - Generous and variated breakfast Negative points: - A bit old: furniture shows signs of heavy use - No air conditioning: when I visited the hotel it was 30 degrees outside, so it was very warm in the room - Fridge could use some cleaning

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal ist freundlich, aber hatte zu Beginn ein ziemlich schlechtes Zimmer ausgesucht. Deshalb wurde ein anderes in höherer Etage gewünscht und auch bekommen. Wände sind hellhörig und Bad im keinen besonderen Zustand. Frühstück war vielseitig und Lage nicht besonders Ansprechend dort. Eine 8,6 als Bewertung im Internet zu lesen ist völlig übertrieben und kann auf keinen Fall vergeben werden...max. eine 7 und das ist schon geschmeichelt.

10時半に到着したのですが、快く空いている部屋を探してアーリーチェクインをしてくれました。レセプションのスタッフは皆さん親切ですし、部屋のお掃除も行き届いていました。トラムの駅も近いし便利でした。

Vacker gammal byggnad, utmärkt belägen på höjderna i hjärtat av Zizkov. Från våra rum på fjärde våningen hade vi delvis utsikt över staden och spårvagnarna går ofta bara 100 meter från hotellet. Rummen var fina och lagom stora och sängarna sköna. Toaletten var separerad från badrummet, något som verkar vara vanligt i Tjeckien. Det var helt okej men det kändes ofräscht att det inte var handfat på toaletten. Något annat som var lite ofräscht var att det låg två frallor insvepta i toapapper i en garderob på en av rummen. Det ska inte städare få missa. Mitt sängbord var felkonstruerat och det stod därför en stor glasskiva på golvet, vilket också kändes slarvigt och oproffsigt. Frukosten intogs i den vackra gamla teatern på bottenvåningen. En klart godkänd start på dagen med stort utbud. Receptionisten som tog emot oss vid incheckning var mycket trevlig och han tipsade om sin favoritpub som låg i närheten. Hans kvinnliga kollega som "hjälpte" oss vid utcheckning var däremot otrevlig och sarkastisk, vilket helt tog oss på sängen. Det fick vi oss ett gott skratt av efteråt. Vissa borde nog inte jobba i servicebranschen. Rummen var lyhörda, speciellt ut mot korridoren men även ut mot gatan. Som tur är hade vi inga grannar som störde men man hörde minsta lilla ljud utifrån. Som helhet en klart godkänd vistelse på ett fint hotell med ett jättefint läge. Små skavanker här och där men inga deal breakers.

Stort udvalg af morgenmad. Personalet er dygtige og hurtige. Værelserne er altid tip top rengjorte. Vi er tilfredse med alt.

I had a fantastic 2 day stay. The reception staff were very helpful and obliging. My room was clean and spacious. All the staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of the centre but you just hop on the tram and you are in either the old or new town in 10mins. I will definitely stay again when in Prague.

Close to the center, you can go anywhere by tram departs from just next street. Reception is fine especially a girl name Mary was so nice to us and very helpful. Breakfast is also nice. Shower room drain is clogged.

Hôtel situé non loin de la ville, possible de s'y rendre à pied en 30-40min mais également en transports en commun (ville très bien desservie). Personnel très sympa, chambre assez grande avec un lit confortable, salle de bain et toilettes séparés. Pas de clim dans la chambre mais un petit ventilo à disposition. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié qui se fait dans une belle salle au pied de la scène de théâtre. Je recommande.

Staff here are very good and welcoming- unfortunately the rooms don’t have aircon which is a real challenge though!

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Es ist zwar ein 4 Sterne Hotel, entspricht in Wirklichkeit aber einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Von den gebuchten 7 Zimmern hatte nur 1 Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Der Föhn/Haartrockner funktionierte 30 Sekunden. Die Lage zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig, die zur Straße sehr laut. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es waren ausreichend Kissen und Handtücher vorhanden.

Hotel carino, stanza grande, letto comodo, zona silenziosa. Il bagno con vasca forse necessita di qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione ma nel complesso a noi è piaciuta molto l'atmosfera. Autobus 9 sotto l'hotel per il centro. Staff cortese e preparato. Colazione buona.

Very good breakfast, with a wide choice of savoury and sweet food. Small room for 3 people. Cleanliness average. Cleaning lady and receptionist very friendly. Good currency exchange. Good location. Hotel a few tram stops from the center; various restaurants, fast food, bakeries and mini market nearby. 5-10 minutes walk to TV tower.

The service is excellent, but the rooms are very worn out, but this is not critical.

Zimmer sauber und Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ok. Tolles, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Würde ich wieder buchen

J’ai voyagé seul en été (mois d’août). J’ai réservé une chambre single. La communication avec l’équipe avant mon arrivée s’est très bien passée. Je suis très bien accueilli à l’hôtel. La chambre correspond à la description sur le site. L’hôtel est à 2 minutes de la station de plusieurs lignes de tramway.

Overall I liked Front desk some were not very good at informing about public transportation That was a big mistake They sold us tickets that they Should not

It was quite an affordable option in a convenient location for me. I needed some help from the receptionist and he wasn't particularly helpful. The room was spacious, you could tell some of the equipment needed replacing. Overall a good experience, nothing extraordinary.

I stayed at this hotel from January 11th to 24th in 2023. Because of vicinity to the center of Prague (If you take the tram at the Lipanska station, it usually takes 10 minutes), the most reliable service from reception desk and reasonable accommodation fee (I got 60% discount from the rack rate when I made a reservation), It was very comfortable for me to stay this hotel. But in the case of breakfast, because the composition of menu was relatively typical, therefore I will be appreciate if the related hotel staff will make an effort to improve this point. I will stay at your hotel once again if I pay a visit to Prague in the nearest future. Thanks a lot.

This is a nice, clean, classic old hotel with modern rooms. Staff was very helpful, and breakfast is quite good, served in a classic old "beer hall" theater. The only drawback of this place is that the area around it is drab and uninteresting, but there is a tram that takes you down to the center of town within a few minutes.

Sehr charmantes Hotel (ehemaliges Theater). Der Frühstücksraum mit Bühne und Emporen belassen. Freundliche & kompetente Mitarbeiter*innen. Tramhaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. 2 Stationen zum Bahnhof. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Besuche der Altstadt, Spaziergang zum jüdischen Friedhof etc. Nettes Viertel - günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants (Bistros)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, besonders fasziniert hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet in diesem tollen Ambiente. Außerdem liegt das Hotel verkehrsmäßig sehr günstig was die Straßenbahnanbindung betrifft, es sind nur zwei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof.

Hotel is near tram station. Even though it is not located at the heart of Prague, it is still convenient. Hotel breakfast is nice, I love the breads. Hotel staffs are nice. Room is not small and clean. Overall it is good.

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer bei 34° ist schrecklich, im ebenerdige Zimmer mussten ständig die Vorhänge zu sein weil jeder vorbeigehende hineinsieht. Die Einrichtung im Bad ist altmodisch unpraktisch, unschön. das Hotel ist weit vom Zentrum entfernt und ja auch nicht unbedingt preiswert. Einziges Plus ist das Frühstück in dem kleinen Theatersaal, schlecht ist aber der Kaffee.

Muy bonito hotel, vale cada centavo de su tarifa. En algún momento la propiedad fue un tetaro y es muy bonito, adaptado con una onda vintage. El cuarto con tina de baño y azulejos bonitos. El mejor desayuno que he probado en mucho tiempo, sin duda al volver a Praga volvería a este hotel
