The room was clean and sauna service was good too

Breakfast buffet has lots of variety. Like the ginger shot. Front desk gentleman wearing a bow tie very helpful, explained me how I can take public transport to airport. He also explain my free sauna. I do get a big bottle of sparkling wine for free during my stay too.(I stayed 5 nights) The only I comment is the thermostat in my room. It was set up 20 when outside is about 15 but cool air comes out instead of heat. Temperature in the thermostat cannot be adjust , it set up at 20. You can only either on of off and adjust fan speed. Other than that I am happy during my stay and would recommend to friends for this hotel. Location is good, short walk to most tram stations.

Stayed for a week and had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, it’s central but not right in the very busy city center. Very easy to locate as well! The street outside is very cute and calm, lots of cafés and the beautiful Prague tram passes by. My hotel window faced the street but I could not hear a single sound coming from the outside! Air condition worked great as well! The staff are top class, super friendly and when I arrived early and asked if I could leave my bag, they offered to check me in early - for free! There’s also a sauna you can book and it’s 10/10 (I say this as a swede). Highly recommend this place!

Kapalı otopark günlük 30 Euro, 24:00-08:00 arası sokak Park yerleri bedava, easypark uygulaması ile çok kolay Park edebiliyorsunuz, hemen otelin önünde saati 60 chk, biraz ileride 40 chk, tüm gün Park edecek iseniz otelin otoparkını kullanın, şehir içinde herhangi bir yere çekmeyin, bazı yerlerde o mahallede oturanlara ayrılmış yerler oluyor hemen şikayet ediyorlar ve 25 Euro ceza yiyorsunuz, ( sanırım otoparktan daha ucuza gelmiş olabilir)

Awesome breakfast, parking in parking garage for additional 30 Euros (very narrow to get inside of garage), we booked the antique rooms which were nice, walk to old town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Das Hotel hat uns, 2 Erwachsene 10 jähriges Kind, sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Direkt am Hotel ist auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Parken ist mit 30€ pro Nacht ziemlich teuer aber in Prag leider normal.

Trevligt hotell lagom från absoluta centrum. Den enda lilla klagomål var att baren var stängd 3 av 5 kvällar. Synd för det var en mycket charmant bar. Kommer gärna igen .

We picked Hotel Caesar Prague due to its convenience of location and amenities, however we found the staff somewhat lacking at times, which I will detail here. Free Airport Shuttle: The driver accidentally took a wrong exit, almost crashed us into the median slowing down, then backed up onto the freeway and proceeded to the hotel. Suffice to say, my fiance and I were quite on edge for the rest of the ride. Despite being a free service, our safety shouldn't have been compromised. Free Weekend Tour: The first half of the tour went well until 12:00, when the tour guide did not stop for lunch and instead continued on across the bridge and towards St. Vitus. When we pointed this out to him (despite lunch time being included) he issued us an ultimatum, saying that those of us who wanted to leave the tour to have lunch could. Again, this is a free service, however we didn't deserve to be treated this way, especially considering the elderly in our group. If we had continued we would have been walking for 4 hours straight. Sauna: There's more to it than I have space to detail here, but both times I requested the sauna I found it to be locked. The first time was a simple walk to the desk to let them know, however the second time there was a slight translation issue that resulted in them cutting me off multiple times while I tried to detail the issue, rudely laughing in my face, ripping my key card out of my hand, and rudely showing me to the sauna as if I had never seen it before.

Personale alla Reception gentilissimo e pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta, camera 214 stupenda, molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort, macchinetta caffè, tazze ecc, servizio impeccabile. Bagno enorme, doccia comoda, è presente anche il bidet, tutto pulitissimo e sanificato alla perfezione. Hotel Caesar Praga è una piacevole certezza. Se potessi darei 500 stelle.

Todo estaba increíblemente Limpio tanto la Habitación como los espacios comunes, los desayunos espectaculares y abundante y Variado y el Personal Muy muy atentos

"The hotel was too noisy, with constant knocking sounds coming from the pipes. The room wasn’t properly cleaned — pillows were randomly stacked on the bed, and the bed itself was extremely uncomfortable."

Buen hotel, de los que aún ofrecen zapatillas y botecitos de jabón y crema, un detalle que se agradece. Excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando del centro, pero lo suficientemente alejado como para no tener el bullicio de la gente en la calle. El desayuno correcto, aunque por 15€ quizá esperaba algo más, y la limpieza mejorable, había pelusas por el suelo cuando llegamos y el baño olía un poco a pis.

Lovely hotel walkable to all attractions fantastic breakfast lovely and fresh and plenty to choose from. Spacious rooms large comfy bed room cleaned everyday with fresh towels nice touch you got 2 free bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. Would definitely stay here again

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで勤勉。安心して滞在することができました。 部屋はとても広く清掃が行き届いていて過ごしやすかったです。 朝食がとても美味しく、朝が来るのが楽しみでした。 観光名所に歩いていけるし、トラムや地下鉄駅にも近く、周りにスーパーも複数あるので長い滞在にも最適です。 またプラハを旅行する時はこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Everyone is friendly, room is clean and is in good state. Breakfasts were reasonably tasty. There is a laundary in the same building. The hotel is not far from the river, great walking opportunities. I can also recommend a place with Japanese food: cross the street, turn left, at the corner PokeHaus Myslikova.

Local confortável, limpo e muito bem localizado.

Great base for exploring Prague, overall great value stay. Everything was easy to reach by walking. Lots of shops and places to eat close by. Very friendly staff 😊Only downside from our stay was the shower. They are quite loud when in use, drainage wasn't great so water was sitting & taking a while to drain. A little more TLC was needed when cleaning the tiles in the shower cubicle.

Eneste å utsette var at det var noe lytt til naborim. Hørte godt stoler som ble dratt rundt og at tv var på. Vet ikke om det kun var rommet vi hadde...

Odamız geniş, yüksek tavanlı ve temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Hava -10 derecelere kadar düşmesine rağmen oda sıcacıktı. Tüm resepsiyonistler güler yüzlüydü ve sorularımıza cevap verdiler. Otelin konumu harikaydı. Konakladığımız 5 gece 6 gün boyunca havalimanı hariç toplu taşıma kullanmamıza gerek kalmadı. Her yere yürüyerek gittik. Otelin çevresinde çok çeşitli restoran ve kafeler mevcuttu. Hemen yanında bir mini market vardı. Bir daha Prag'a gidersem konaklama için ilk bakacağım yer yine burası olur.

Clean room, spacious. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Only negative was that because the building is old, not always sound proof.

Alles was heel erg goed, behalve dat je alles kon horen van de kamers naast ons. Winkels zijn op loopafstand en het hotel zit in rustige wijk, wat heel fijn is.

Didn’t receive any vip upgrade as promised. Given keys for wrong room, had to go back to reception, no apology. Hotel extremely noisy due to tiled floors throughout and exceedingly thin walls!

Large room, comfortable bed, good location

While the rooms, and especially the beds, are a bit outdated and could do with an update, the hotel is really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast is fantastic! Loads of options to choose from, always freshly topped up, from fried breakfast meats and eggs, over continental breakfast options, to salads, devilled eggs, fruit and veg selections, yogurts, cereals, and even a big choice of baked goods, definitely a brilliant start to the day. I asked for a room with a bathtub, and was accommodated! I love relaxing in a tub after a long day out exploring. My room was quite close to the lifts, so if that kind of noise is a problem for you, perhaps as for one further from the lifts. For me, I just popped the aircon on all night and it kept me nice and cool as well as functioning as a white noise machine to help me sleep. Overall, a great hotel for the price and I'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location within 10 minutes walk of all the main tourist spots, with a great range of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English. Thank you for a great stay in Prague!

The Staff was excellent, and the Breakfast buffet was top-level. The hotel room was huge and very well-maintained. If or when I ever return to Prague, I will most definitely stay in the same hotel, as it has a great location as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a wide range of items available including Lactulose free milk and Gluten free bread. Good communication and was picked up from the Airport on the last minute as we missed our connecting Flight because of delays. Tickets and tours are available, and Patrick,Simone and John were very helpful. The location of the Hotel is excellent for tourism.

Absolutely EXCELLENT from the beginning. The staff on reception when we checked in were delightful. So welcoming and friendly and it’s the first time a property has ever recognised my hotels.com platinum status. I don’t ever expect it as I don’t really care, but the fact they made an effort and gave me a bottle of Prosecco and free access to their health spa was just such a lovely touch. It made me feel really special. The room was huge and so traditional for the area. It had everything I needed, nice cool AC, a huge bed and a lovely big bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. The rooms and public areas are absolutely spotless. Immaculately bright and clean and the windows are triple glazed which offers peace and quiet at night. The hotel is perfectly situated for everything the city has to offer and is a short walk from the main station. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for years and was such a wonderful experience.

We gave a bad review on the check-in because it took 30 minutes. The staff reacted promptly and explained that they had a new staff member. They compensated with a bottle of wine at check-out.

Good location near the river, no. 5 tram accessible outside hotel, walkable to many tourist sites, yummy selection of breakfast, comfy beds & room, staff members helpful & friendly.

Close to the river, easy access to the hop on hop off buses. Loved the neighborhood.

Trevligt äldre hotel, som ligger nära till det mesta. Bra frukost, spårvagnen går utanför, man hör dem men vi stördes inte av det.

Excellent location within walking distance to the city center. Clean. Excellent breakfast and dining right across the street.

A bit far walking from the main attractions

Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Her beslenme türüne hitap ediyordu. Güne enerjik başlamak için güzeldi. Hergün oda temizliği için geliyorlardı. Fakat çarşafları hiç değiştirmediler. Kahve - çay yenileniyordu. İlk gün su ikramı vardı. Genel görüntü, çarşaflar temiz. Oda kış mevsimine göre sıcacıktı. Yataklar döndükçe ses yapıyordu. Tuvalet banyo temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fakat çocukla geldiyseniz gezilecek yerlere ortalama 18 dak yürümek gerekiyor. Günün belli bölümü gezip otele geri dönmek ve tekrar çıkmak yorucu olabiliyor. Prag yürüyerek gezilmesi gereken bir yer fakat otel gezilecek yerlere yakın olsaydı daha az yorucu olurdu. Bu fiyata çok farklı seçenekler var. Önünden tramvay geçiyor. Fakat durak 350 m. kadar yürüme mesafesinde. Bir anlamı kalmıyor.

Near shipping stores and only 12 minutes from Charles bridge!

Bra läge. Rymligt rum. Frukost avsevärt bättre än vid tidigare vistelse där.

Città stupenda, tutto perfetto tranne il fatto che, dal loro sito, non da Expedia, ci era stata assicurata colazione a buffet. Arrivati abbiamo saputo che ci sarebbe venuta a costare 15€/dì a persona.... Molto meglio la pasticceria lì di fronte! La cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio è che hanno scaricato tutto sull'organizzazione, mentre io ho lo screenshot dove si vede benissimo che mi sono rivolta direttamente all' hotel. A parte questo lo consiglio! P. S. Non parlano italiano!!!

We found the hotel in a very convenient location where major attractions were easily accessible. The staff were very obliging and room was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast which was good value and very nice. We would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in an area close to everything we wanted to see. The only disappointment was when we booked on Expedia and it said free breakfast for this hotel but it wasn’t. Expedia need to update this information on their website.
