Excellent location opposite tram and buses. Hotel is clean, great range of food or breakfast and has a bar. Gym was good. I booked sauna and it's private hire for 1 hour. Lots of food and convenient stoves nearby. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Great location. Public transportation was steps away. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is on the quieter side of town which we liked very much. I think we were supposed to get some VIP benefits (like wine) but we didn’t. Also supposed to get free spa service but only service available was a sauna which we weren’t too interested in. Breakfast was very nice though. Would stay here again.

Good location for seeing Prague. Charles bridge is walkable. Close to trains for city travel. Uber was best option for travel to train station. Petrin park was a highlight, plus the Czech restaurant on the corner. The gym facility was a nice option including,shower

Stort och fint rum men det låg på första våningen ut mot gatan där det var mycket öjud från spårvagnar. De4 står felaktigt i beskrivningen av hotellet stt det finns spa men det stämmer inte. Det fanns en bastu att boka. Bra gym. Frukosten var väldigt bra! Läget på hotellet är fantastiskt!

The hotel is in a great location. The staff on the front desk were pleasant. Twice I went to the bar and no one was there to serve, which was odd. Don’t use their recommended taxi service as it’s over double the price of Uber or Bolt. The main issue I had was the lack of sound proofing and how much noise the cleaning team made very early. Every morning I was woken up to the sound of chairs/furniture scraping - as early as 6am. I ended up buying ear plugs but they didn’t help. The cleaning team need to be more mindful of the time they’re cleaning the rooms and the level of noise they’re making.

Hotel Roma Prague is located a 10 minute walk from the Carl's Bridge which is easy to do and from there on everything is walking distance. We parked the car in the hotel's own garage which is very nice. Take the elevator down to the garage and away one goes. Nice staff and the rooms are clean. No complaints.

Gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen, direkter Tramanschluss gegenüber dem Hotel, fußläufig ca. 600 m von der Karlsbrücke entfernt. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Zimmertemperatur leider übermäßig warm, Regulierung brachte keine Reduzierung der Temperatur. Nett: In unserer Buchung war eine Flasche Wein und der Spabesuch includiert. Weniger gut: Der Saunabereich ist verbesserungsfähig, da sehr klein und kein richtiger Ruhebereich vorhanden ist, Zwei Liegen stehen im Fitness Bereich zwischen den Geräten Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr in der Garage vorhanden

Herşey süperdi, önceden içerisinde mutfak bulunan oda rica etmiştim. Çölyak annesi olarak yemeklerimizi yapabilmek çok güzeldi. Hergün ücretsiz temizlik yapılıyor. Çalışanlar ilgili. Oda çok temiz rahat düzenli ve sıcacıktı. Konum da süperdi . Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burada tekrar kalacağım.

Bäst var läget och kändes välstädat. På minussidan att det ena av våra två rum luktade mögel och hade synliga gamla vattenskador. Vi sov därför med ett fönster öppet. Det gorde å andra sidan att den ljudliga trafiken utanför hördes ändå mer. Vi blev även av med en handduk vid städningen och fick inget shampo trots att vi bad om det. Plus för kaffemaskinen på rummet - snyggt!

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia compreso mio figlio di 2 anni e siamo stati benissimo. La stanza era molto grande e luminosa e il letto comodissimo. Ottima la colazione. Unica pecca il pavimento non pulitissimo (mio figlio camminava scalzo quindi l’abbiamo notato!). Per il resto niente da dire!

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The hotel is central and in a quiet area. Just a 10 minute park walk to Charles bridge. My bedroom was spacious with a king size bed, large bathroom with toiletries. Very good housekeeping each day. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Just outside the hotel were about 8 restaurants plus mini markets for essentials.

Tom was the most amazing front desk person ever. He was on all weekend, help with local tips and hints and just about anything we asked. Just amazing, he made us feel like he was our personal host, but I saw him helping everyone the same way. You can really tell he loves his job..would highly recommend this property to any visiting Prague

Great welcome from Tomas at reception. Most of the staff were good and efficient, except for the lady who worked the reception on the Thursday evening, who told us we could not sit in the main lounge because the bar did not open that evening.

The hotel stated i will be picked up on the date of arrival at the airport i provided at the website. I stayed waiting for an hour, tired, and unfamiliar of the place. The shuttle did not show up. Customer service was poor. I asked for a wake up call as my trip will be early in the morning.The desk staff just told me, just set your alarm on your phone. You dont need me to call. I asked again, he gave me an attitude , called me 15 mins before the taxi showed up in AM. The best was VeroniKa Slavikova, the best tour guide. Kind, open to ideas, she loves Prague. Bathtub is very slippery, high fall risk when standing. Housekeeper- the best!

Vriendelijk personeel. Toen ik aangaf in onze kamer van het hotel last te hebben van geluidsoverlast van het verkeer kreeg ik diezelfde dag nog een andere kamer. Top service. Heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles op loopafstand te bereiken en de tram recht voor de deur.

We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel Roma is in a brilliant position, easy access to Prague 1 Old Town and Charles bridge and the castle. The tram stops opposite the hotel, making journeys to and from the airport very easy as well as accessing the surrounding district. Nice bar and reception area, we loved it and will use again if when we return

Great breakfast. All you can eat buffet style with quite a variety. Sets you up for the day. Great location, can walk easily to most places. Also, very convenient tram stops nearby. Rooms a good and clean. Noisy though, I needed earplugs for a good nights sleep. Stayed here before. Will stay here again.

Great hotel for a city break. My only issue was construction noise coming from the building behind the hotel that my window looked onto, lots of power tool noise from builders that went on until 9pm some days, I prefer to have the window open but I had to shut it which blocked a lot of the volume. My double room was quite spacious and well equipped, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet had a lot of options and tasty and well laid out. Location is brilliant, right by the Ujezd tram stop, but also very walkable for Lesser Town and even Old Town if you like to walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, I didn't find a supermarket but there is a very expensive mini-grocery around the corner towards the bridge. I would stay here again. I also took advantage of the hotel private transfer since I was arriving late evening, friendly English speaking driver brought be straight from the airport to the hotel.

At breakfast every morning the staff worked very hard and were super efficient in clearing tables, cleaning and re-setting for the next people. The breakfast selection of food was by far the most impressive we’ve had in all of our travels.
