Amazing hotel and facility. Great assistance. Super close to public transit and in the old town with thousands of restaurants. The pool and spa area was beautiful but the jacuzzi water was cold as it was not independent from the big pool. The gym was fully equipped. Highly recommended

Great hotel with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Really nice breakfast with live music - a lovely surprise. Spending the weekend afternoons in the bar was splendid with live piano music and fine cocktails. The lobby and bar room is a beautiful setting, and you expect to see Hercule Poirot entering at any time. The pool area was enjoyable, but they could use a real jacuzzi with a higher temperature than the pool. However, they do not seem to have room for it. The steam bath was great. Small observations: _The tram outside is audible if you have a room facing the street, but you do not get really disturbed by the occasional noise. _Our room on the top floor did not have normal windows but skylight windows. Unusual but acceptable. _The selection of TV channels is a bit limited, but I guess it is a regional thing. There are a lot of Italian and German channels but very few English options, and no BBC or CNN (though there is Sky News). _We never figured out the housekeeping schedule, and it was a bit random what they replaced in the room, especially regarding tea, coffee, new glasses, etc. But the ladies were very nice, and the room was clean and pleasant. _Nice touch with the porter opening the door for you at the elegant entrance.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here! The staff was attentive and welcoming. We used the spa and gym everyday. The location is convenient for walking to main attractions or getting around by tram. The tram and central station are across the street. A few of our favorite dining spots: pho 55, artic bakery, kuchyn, coffee & waffles and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

Hög service, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Fin livemusik med julsånger varje morgon till frukosten. Det enda minuset var en morgon då en kille soelade saxofon - alldeles för högt och ingen julmusik utan popsånger med för hetisgt tempo för frukost. Lite för kallt vatten i poolen. Frukosten var väldigt bra men det saknades några småsaker bara. Överlag ett väldigt bra hotell men bästa klassens service! Mycket trevlig personal!

We visit Prague several times a year, and this hotel was on our wish list. What a disappointment it was for us. We booked this hotel as a birthday surprise, mainly because of the luxurious-looking pool, but on the day of arrival, they informed us that the pool was closed. They didn't even bother to inform us in advance, and when we asked to cancel, they refused. This is not a five-star hotel, as they do not even accommodate common requests such as a quiet room on a higher floor, etc. This hotel disappointed us, but fortunately, there are many better hotels in Prague than this one. This one only looks luxurious, but the service is poor.

Es geht um ein recht gut gepflegtes 5 Sterne Hotel. Natürlich hat man dann auch gewisse Erwartungen. Ich persönlich habe im Hotel 2 Nächte verbracht und war nicht enttäuscht. Aber einige Dinge fand ich ein bisschen komisch: - Der Pool war meiner Meinung zu klein, vor allem für ganz viele Gäste. So musste die Besuchzeit telefonisch mitgeteilt werden! Naja, ok. - Frühstück war ganz gut, aber definitiv nicht 5 Sterne. Dafür war die Auswahl eher gering. Aber schlecht ist sie wiederum auch nicht. - Mein Zimmer war relativ klein, aber ok, für eine Person reicht's. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, für manche Gäste wäre es eher zu klein. - Parking fand ich persönlich zu teuer. Fun fact, drinne stehen kostet rund 40 Euro, aber direkt vor der Garagetür standen 3 Autos unter dem Halteverbot im Innenhof des Hotels. Aber gut, so ist es halt. Ich möchste auf jeden Fall hervorheben, dass das Personal im Hotel einfach extrem nett und professionell ist! Wie gesagt, auf jeden Fall kann ich trotz kleinen Macken dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Live music in the evening and even during breakfast. Spa facility was also very pleasant. There was a lot to choose from during breakfast including a special menu to order from. Rooms were average but perhaps the pricier rooms are nicer. Will definitely be back again next time in Prague.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr gut geschult. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet (mit musikalischer live Unterhaltung durch Musiker) ebenso die Hoteleigene Bar in der Lobby. Die Zimmeraustattung wirkt zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür dennoch sehr sauber und gepflegt.

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful throughout, staff extremely friendly and helpful and our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was aslo clean and a selection of toiletries was available. We made time to use the spa facilities which again was faultless. The only issue we experienced during our stay was the room temperature, the thermastat for cool air didn't work, and although the window would open, it closed itself when the curtains were drawn. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the room however only 3 coffee pods and 3 milks, and 1 english tea bag were provided, the others were flavoured tea. However, we would definitely stay again.

I booked this stay last minute. The hotel you can tell at one point was quite grand, however it is in need of a few updates (tv was older etc). The furniture in the room was nice, the bed was comfy, bathroom well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine and mini bar was nice. The carpets need’s a shampooing as they were a bit stained. I would stay here again, as the location was close to the train station and I didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities. Just note that this is not an accessible hotel. My parents would have struggled with the stairs, however I will note that the porters were fantastic with helping me with the luggage.

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Our room was lovely, very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more for us. Overall a fantastic break!

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind teils nicht ganz sauber (kleine Flecken in der Badewanne, Käfer im Zimmer, Diabetes-Nadel unter dem Bett. Der Spa-Bereich ist wirklich Mega, genau wie das Personal. Wir mussten das Zimmer upgraden, da das normale Doppelzimmer leider für mich und meine Begleitung viel zu klein war und nicht wie auf dem Bild aussah. Frühstück wirklich mehr als ausreichend und entspannte atmosphere. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, würde aber nicht unbedingt wieder kommen.

In general, the stay was excellent, the staff were helpful and polite and the room was clean tidy and well equipped. The location was also good, right on the edge of old town and many of the sites were within easy walking distance. I would stay there again. Two very minor points, 1) we stayed four nights, we had turn down service one of those for nights. I don’t mind if we have the service or not, I just thought it was strange to have it one night out of four. 2) The breakfast was great, huge choice, but the scrambled eggs were inconstant. The first morning, they were excellent, after that they were dried up and solid. Not sure if there was a difference chef on the Wednesday morning or if they had simply not been out as long. Again, these were minor points and I would recommend the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV as a great place to stay if visiting Prague.

Il personale non è all’altezza delle 5 stelle. La camera sono poco curate e il servizio dopo le pulizie non è il massimo. L’acqua dalla vasca non scendeva dopo la doccia, L’aria condizionata non funzionava all’altezza. Non veniva messa l’acqua dopo averla consumata ed se richiesta arrivava calda. Most anticipated for my stay at this I arrived around 15 oclock for check in start and got information from a rude receptionist that my room was not ready and that they would call me once it was ready. I went to the pool and no one called. I finally got my room after I asked again and the same receptionst told me even ruder that they WILL call me once the room is ready. I politely pointed out that my room are payed from 15 and finally a really nice trainee actually asked if my room was ready and I got it albeit late. At entering the room I was greeted by a fairly big spider crawling around who did not want to share his room with me.... Further, I had before emailed and asked for the AC to be shut off so that the room was not so cold. This was not done ofcrs and one hour before I left a nice cleaner finally gave me an electricity radiator to warm it up. The room was really cold comparing to the rest of the facility. The AC installation did not work at all. The spa and pool area is really nice but the sauna was set at whoppingly 95 degrees and since no one was there I asked if they could lower it to 80 so that I could sit there a whille. The spa receptionist just looked at me like I was from another planet and pointed out that this was the rule; to have 95C, I wonder who long she can stay in a 95degrees sauna and what their electricity bill is.. There are many hotels in Prague for a fraction of the price where you are treated with the so much better customer service than NH.

We stayed at the NH Collection for four nights and it was great! We had to change rooms as the lower floor room we’d booked was noisy with trams going past and I’m a light sleeper, but the hotel - and Jan on reception - was very accommodating and helpful, sorting us a temporary room before moving us to a bigger suite! Staff were so friendly, decor is amazing, great breakfast and great location - this is a must stay hotel!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Die Mitarbeiter nett. Das Zimmer war schön aber für ein superior Zimmer bzw grand Deluxe Zimmer etwas altmodisch. Es gab keinen Spiegel außer im Badezimmer, was sehr schade ist. Was ich auch sehr schade finde ist, dass der Portier bzw Doorman (waren 1-2 Kollegen) am Handy waren und meiner Begleitung und mir nicht die Tür aufgemacht haben. Beim rausgehen oder wiederkommen.

Staff were extremely courteous. The staff operating the front door - carrying luggage etc. it was very much appreciated. Our room was not ready until 3:30pm. We were offered free drinks whilst we waited and we had also been updated to a deluxe room. The room was lovely - comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Mini bar had a good selection although we didn’t use it. The spa was also amazing. Really relaxing and again staff went above and beyond. Would not hesitate to book here and come again. We were gutted that of our 4 night stay in Prague, only 2 nights were spent here.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Many thanks to the NH Team to make our stay so special! Special thanks to the employee, who works the dayshift as a doorman, he always greets everyone with a smile and is carrying for everyone the luggage and always opens the doors all very kindly! Check in was early and was told we would receive a call when rooms were ready. Calls never came and checked in to find rooms intolerably loud do to confluence of public transportation being outside windows. Room changes were made graciously but definitely a bad first impression.

The stay was average, but I believe your staff does need some training in serving guests. A simple example was when I asked one of your front desk staff members, what was in the welcome drink, the response was “I don’t know” and walked away.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Pavlina on the front desk: nothing was too much trouble. Maria in Guest Services also excellent. The hotel is clean, breakfast is everything you could possibly want and there’s a beautiful swimming pool. It’s a short walk to the old town which is spectacular.

Stunning ‘kerb appeal’ situated just a few minutes walk from the station where the AirPort Express bus is located. A tram stop is across the road where multiple routes can be accessed. Wenceslas Square is a 15 minute walk away which leads down to the Old Town Square. The hotel’s interior is also impressive and boasts a beautiful pool and spa. Breakfast was superb, with a huge range of choice to satisfy all tastes. The rooms are comfortable and are adorned with luxury fittings including marble bathrooms and fabric covered walls! There are restaurants, bars and mini markets around the immediate area of the hotel.

Breakfast was a treat especially with the lady playing the Harp during breakfast. Spa was also excellent. Sadly the bar area is now in the foyer area.

We spent 4 nights here and it was a fantastic stay. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was clean in all areas we visited. Breakfast was just spoilt for choice. So many options from cold meats/cheese, sweet/savoury pastries, traditional cooked breakfast, open sandwiches, breads, preserves/coulis etc, dried fruits/nuts plus a few menu items cooked to order if required like crepes, eggs etc, live harpist performing during breakfast and a very good atmosphere. Spa usage is included in our stay and we visited everyday to use the Sauna/Steam Rooms and Pool for around an hour in the morning. We did not have any treatments due to busy schedules but if we had time we wish we could have. You do have to 'reserve' a time slot but it was no hassle. The bar had a good range of drinks and cocktails. Wine menu was not the largest amount of choice but was priced reasonably and covered most of the ranges/wine regions for a 5 star hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic with some great choices and seasonal items. The Porcini Ravioli and Rhubarb Crumble/Clotted Cream were simply divine. Getting to the hotel was easy as it is 5 mins from Main Train Station and ordering Bolt/Uber from the front door of hotel is really easy and pickup times were less than 1 min in this area. They also have a E Scooter parking zone outside and two tram stops either side of the main entrance. We did not struggle to get anywhere in the city from the hotel.

Great hotel with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Really nice breakfast with live music - a lovely surprise. Spending the weekend afternoons in the bar was splendid with live piano music and fine cocktails. The lobby and bar room is a beautiful setting, and you expect to see Hercule Poirot entering at any time. The pool area was enjoyable, but they could use a real jacuzzi with a higher temperature than the pool. However, they do not seem to have room for it. The steam bath was great. Small observations: _The tram outside is audible if you have a room facing the street, but you do not get really disturbed by the occasional noise. _Our room on the top floor did not have normal windows but skylight windows. Unusual but acceptable. _The selection of TV channels is a bit limited, but I guess it is a regional thing. There are a lot of Italian and German channels but very few English options, and no BBC or CNN (though there is Sky News). _We never figured out the housekeeping schedule, and it was a bit random what they replaced in the room, especially regarding tea, coffee, new glasses, etc. But the ladies were very nice, and the room was clean and pleasant. _Nice touch with the porter opening the door for you at the elegant entrance.

I think the hotel is amazing as a whole. Very beautiful inside and out with very clean facilities with very helpful staff. The only thing we noticed that there were not many options for a full english breakfast which left us feeling a little underwhelmed.

We stayed for 3 nights, on recommendation from friends who have stayed several times before. And boy we were not disappointed - starting with the grand-looking reception with friendly and courteous staff. Polina at the check-in desk deserves special mention for upgrading us from a superior to superior XL room, and providing plenty of details on what to see and do in the city, including a number of places we didn't already know. The room was amazing - clean with a huge bed, and ornate finishing in the high ceiling. The swimming pool is exactly like the pictures show - combined with a jacuzzi and temperature controlled, so was very nice and relaxing to use in early February whilst it was freezing cold outside! We used the sauna for a bit as well, which was nice too. We dined at the 1890 Restaurant, the menu seemed a bit small but we both found something we wanted, I enjoyed the Carlo IV burger. The old bank vault that's part of the bar seating area is really cool. The hotel is located close to the main tourist sites, places like Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Church of Our Lady before Týn etc are all walkable. It is also a short walk from the central train station, from which there is a direct Airport Express (AE on Google maps) bust to the airport every half hour - so can easily get there cheaply rather than use a taxi or other shuttle. As this trip was a 40th birthday present for my partner, sufficed to say she was impressed! We will gladly visit again.

So, its around the corner of the train station Walkable to the astronomic clock (8-10mins) flat Downside: huuuge stairs at the entrance! No ramp!! Also some stairs for some rooms! So if you have mobility issues i do not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is DIVINE Fyi food is not good.. breakfast has a lot of different choices but simple things like eggs (undercooked) or hotcakes (very chewy) were not ideally to eat... other than that the hotel is gorgeous :) Also if you have medicine that needa refrigeration, as in most of europe their minibars arent ideal so always ask for ice if needed
