Wir waren in dem Hotel um uns Prag anzuschauen es liegt super im Zentrum, alles ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption/ beim Frühstück ist super nett, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bad ist riesig. Die Schlüssel soll man bei jedem verlassen an der Rezeption abgeben. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, war das Frühstück. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, das Frühstücks-Buffet hatte zu unserem Zeitpunkt nicht viel Auswahl, aber am Ende sind wir auch satt geworden. Plus Punkt der gesicherte Parkplatz für 25 Euro im Innenhof war es uns wert. Mein Fazit: für einen weiteren Aufenthalt würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Seemed to be near everything, checked in late….called before to ensure there was parking…all good. Parking for 8(9?) cars. Room was just what I needed for one night. Nothing elegant, sturdy, shower was excellent, bed….not plush, but definitely sleepable. Biggest plus to me we were damn near in old town, bars and restaurants all around. Walked to the famous bridge before checking out and saw the sights.

Great quick smooth check-in, young lady was great. Parking was safe and very secure(Locked). Great central location to walk to all the Prague sites. Very clean room. Decent size room. Elevator. Very quiet room considering you are in the middle of the city center. Great WiFi. Good Heat. Nice cold refrigerator. The check out woman was wonderful and let me out of the secured parking timely. GREAT STAY!!

The Cloister Inn hotel was exactly what I wanted, and even exceeded my expectations. It is located right in the middle of the old town, and it has two rare features in this price segment: private parking and safe in the room. Just do not forget to call the hotel in advance and to reserve a parking spot. They have just 8, or 10 of them. All scary tales from other reviews did not materialize in our case. The room was clean and spacious. The ceilings in the rooms are at least 4 meters high. Looking out of the window I saw the quiet backyard with our car parked in it. I did not hear any noises from the street, or from other rooms. The air conditioner worked just fine. The breakfast was very good. The safe and refrigerator also worked as expected. My extra thanks to Ahmat at the reception desk. He was very polite and helpful.

Hotel is very clean. The room for 2 we staid in had decent size. From facilitues there are a little fridge, tv, safe box. It was no tea/coffe/water in the room however there is free tea and coffee by reception. The bed was not comfortable for me and just one small pillow. Also, the bathroom had no toiletries just very week solution on dispencer for washing/shower. There is radiator in the room as well as air conditioner which is good as yiu can easly control thr temperature. Continental breakfast cost €10, not bad but if to be honest there are lots of cafeterias around which offer much better things for the same price. The location is brilliant, everithing is in walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street in the old town. For us the 24 hr reception was a necessity as I was travelling with my daughter and the flight arrived late. It felt like a safe neighbourhood. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was 32 degrees outside and the mini fridge a lovely addition to keep water cold. I would stay there again.

The cloister inn was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the price of the room parking and breakfast was very reasonable. Located walking distance from all things Prague. Highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and don’t need fancy. We will stay again

We are tourists travelling in Prague for the first time for 5 days. MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER AND I CHECKED IN AT THE CLOISTER INN AT KONVIKTSKA 296/14, PRAGUE ON JULY 1, 2024. WHEN I TOOK A SHOWER AT 11 PM. I FOUND SOME BAD SMELL AND STAINS ON THE SHOWER HEAD, THERE WERE SOME HUMAN FAECES STICKED TO THE SHOWERHEAD！ Because I felt very disgusting and bare at that time, I did not take pictures of the evidence immediately. I hurriedly cleaned the shower head and flush clean body. Then we informed the hotel that they changed rooms for us. The next day, my husband and I decided to check out because we had no confidence in the hygiene of the hotel. We asked the hotel to check out and refund the room fee for the remaining 3 nights, but the hotel refused. We are very angry about this, because we paid money but didn't get reasonable service. Could you please imagine how you will feel when you take a bath with water stained with faeces? I have reported to Hotel.com customer service hotline, they can’t help because of the refund policy. This was a very bad experience for us in Prague!

My stay at the Cloister Inn did the job, and they stored my luggage for me after I checked out, which I greatly appreciated. I found stray hairs in the shower and on the bed, and the room was just okay. The TV was so tiny, I didn’t even bother to use it. The location was fantastic, so it was an overall good experience.

Das Zimmer war das Schlechteste vom gesamten Hotel! Wir hausten sozusagen neben der Besenkammer im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem war es sehr laut zur Straßenseite und zum Haupteingang. Die Ausstattung war sehr alt! Die Badetücher ausgefranzt! Fenster konnte wegen Straßenlärm nicht geöffnet werden! Das Frühstück war nicht Abwechslungsreich! Es gab jeden Morgen das Gleiche!

Es gab leider viele Spinnweben im Haus, vom Geländer über das Treppenhaus, Zimmerfenster mit vielen Fingertatschern von den Vorgängern. Die Zuständgen sollten mit offenen Augen durch das Hotel gehen.

The staff were very nice and knew pretty good English. They were unique in the fact that you could leave your room key at the front desk so you didn’t lose it. Our room, however had a leaky shower head, the towel warmer didn’t work, and the windows weren’t safe as you could open them all the way with no screen to catch you.

I give five stars only for professionalism of Anastasia, the manager of the hotel. According to the criteria 2025-2030 of hotelstars.eu three star’s hotel must have n.102 additional accessible power socket next to the bed-but in reality is not accessible ( room 318), n152washable bathmat-there was not,n167 shampoo - the was not,n182 beverage in the room- the was not, not a cafe-maker, not a kettle. P.S. bedside light and ventilation in the bath did not work. By the way, last time that I saw such type of the furniture was in the Stasi museum in Berlin

Location was very good and the reason we chose this. Room was a good size, clean, beds comfortable, good shower. The "air conditioning" was a loud fan high on the wall that did basically nothing but make noise. They should not advertise it as "air conditioning" imo. But watch for what they say vs what they do. I paid extra for a reservation that was "80% refundable" but when I tried to cancel it an hour later, none of it was refundable. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to have 7 items laundered because we needed them the next day. There were supposed to be done that evening. But then it was 9am the next day. When I went to pick it up at 10, they claimed they never said that and it would be at noon.

The "air conditioning" was a loud fan high on the wall that did basically nothing but make noise. They should not advertise it as "air conditioning" imo. But watch for what they say vs what they do. I paid extra for a reservation that was "80% refundable" but when I tried to cancel it an hour later, none of it was refundable. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to have 7 items laundered because we needed them the next day. There were supposed to be done that evening. But then it was 9am the next day. When I went to pick it up at 10, they claimed they never said that and it would be at noon.

From checking in onwards it was a superb experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms, OMG! The rooms were superb! We had 5 triple rooms and they were huge!

I asked the front desk about breakfast, I think $20 each person is pretty expensive so I didn't choose the option. But they charged my credit card anyway. The next day I found out and I told them to cancel the transaction. They promised they would return the charge but they never did. Dishonest business. Great location, that's all the good part I can think of this hotel.

Great quick smooth check-in, young lady was great. Parking was safe and very secure(Locked). Great central location to walk to all the Prague sites. Very clean room. Decent size room. Elevator. Very quiet room considering you are in the middle of the city center. Great WiFi. Good Heat. Nice cold refrigerator. The check out woman was wonderful and let me out of the secured parking timely. GREAT STAY!!

My stay at the Cloister Inn did the job, and they stored my luggage for me after I checked out, which I greatly appreciated. I found stray hairs in the shower and on the bed, and the room was just okay. The TV was so tiny, I didn’t even bother to use it. The location was fantastic, so it was an overall good experience.

Round the corner from a shopping centre complete with Tesco and lots more. Also directly over the road was a gods basement bar serving local drinks and very good burgers. Open until 5am! The hotel was ideally located on the edge of the old town and a 5 minute walk to the subway. Room was just right for me and the reception staff were polite and helpful.

Siendo justa, no fue lo que esperaba, independiente de que la cama era incómoda, el personal muy grosero. Al hacer check in nos dijeron que podíamos pagar el desayuno al momento de hacer check out (no lo teníamos incluido), subimos 2 días a desayunar esperando que lo cargaran a la habitación (como nos dijeron al inicio), hasta subió la recepcionista a decirnos que debíamos pagar, sentimos como si estuviéramos robando algo por cómo nos reclamó por desayunar ahí. No fueron claros y a pesar de que expresamos entendimiento su trato fue descortés. Tanto de la persona que recibe en el comedor como de la recepcionista rubia. Los demás fueron amables.

Seemed to be near everything, checked in late….called before to ensure there was parking…all good. Parking for 8(9?) cars. Room was just what I needed for one night. Nothing elegant, sturdy, shower was excellent, bed….not plush, but definitely sleepable. Biggest plus to me we were damn near in old town, bars and restaurants all around. Walked to the famous bridge before checking out and saw the sights.

Das einzige was nicht so toll war, war das Frühstück. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, das Frühstücks-Buffet hatte zu unserem Zeitpunkt nicht viel Auswahl, aber am Ende sind wir auch satt geworden. Plus Punkt der gesicherte Parkplatz für 25 Euro im Innenhof war es uns wert. Mein Fazit: für einen weiteren Aufenthalt würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Accomodatie was netjes en de mensen vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen het ontbijt stamde nog uit de DDR tijd. Onze standaard is niet zo hoog maar zelfs wij zijn uiteindelijk maar elders gaan ontbijten.

Das Zimmer war das Schlechteste vom gesamten Hotel! Wir hausten sozusagen neben der Besenkammer im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem war es sehr laut zur Straßenseite und zum Haupteingang. Die Ausstattung war sehr alt! Die Badetücher ausgefranzt! Fenster konnte wegen Straßenlärm nicht geöffnet werden! Das Frühstück war nicht Abwechslungsreich! Es gab jeden Morgen das Gleiche!
