We loved the location- behind Chateau Frontenac, on a small park. The room was very clean. The room felt a little tight but we expected it from others’ reviews and didn’t have much luggage so it worked fine. The free tea and coffee service provided in the lobby was very appreciated. On Hotels.com it was advertised that the room included breakfast but this is not the case. Breakfast is $15/person.

This hotel was very nice, clean & convenient to restaurants, shopping & the beautiful St Lawrence River. Our room was roomy & comfortable. The front desk clerks were bilingual, friendly & helpful. The valet was great. We always got our vehicle in a matter of minutes. The coffee & juices were complimentary with a variety of coffees. My only issue was the $200 damage fee. There was no mention of this till we checked in. Since no damages were incurred we were told we would get our damage fee credit within 7-10 days. This was our second visit to this hotel.

Excellent that puts out real effort to serve their clients. The 24 hour fresh grind coffee, and often pastry put out are great as well. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Efforts are made at revycling. Parking on site is a plus.

Earns stars for location, self wine pouring station and flavoured water machine. Loses points for putting us in a shady basement in the loudest room. Directly under entrance and lounge area. If they offer you room 21 run. Be careful turning on the shower-it leaks at the bottom of the hose and will soak the room if you aren’t careful. Also if the toilet runs just add water to the tank with the ice bucket. Breakfast was mediocre…but not bad.
