The property is truly a gem! It is located at the bottom of Old Québec, so there is a bit of an uphill walk to get back to the heart of Old Québec, but it is well worth it. The hotel itself is wonderful. Our room had every amenity we could have needed, and each morning there was a delicious surprise waiting just outside our door. We received two different pastries each morning, along with fresh orange juice, jams, butter, and other treats such as yogurt and cheese. It was such a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our stay feel extra special. The front desk staff were always friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. They even managed to get us a reservation at the Michelin-starred restaurant next door, which was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely recommend this property. While the location is a little removed from the main area of Old Québec and requires a short uphill walk, the beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and thoughtful touches more than make up for it.

Clean, neat, and with a welcoming "home" atmosphere. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It is probably the most relaxed and comfortable we have felt at any hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we enjoyed quite a few casual conversations with them. The location provides easy walking access to the Lower Town and, with a short uphill walk, the Upper Town. We took pictures of the outside of the hotel and have shared that and contact information with friends and family.
