Proximité de la rue Cartier et en face du Musée national des Beaux-Arts du Québec. Emplacement parfait, par contre si vous arrivez en auto appelez d'avance car les places de stationnement sont limités et un ajout de 20$.

Lovely spot! You do have to reserve parking way I’m advance at an additional fee if it’s something you want.

This is a great place. Close to old down town, pet friendly with a cool rood top fire pit. Loads of really neat art all over the place that if your in love with, there's a price tag on it so you can take it home. Great breakfast and probably the the most friendly staff I've ever dealt with. My only beef was with the parking which I though was included. There is none and so you need to unload and then go park elsewhere. Not crazy far away but far enough and an extra $. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay. Arrived during summer music festival which was an easy 1 km walk away. Limited to only 5 or so parking spaces, so had to pay $30 for the night to private lot a few blocks away which was lucky to have a space available otherwise would have to walk 1km away to another parking lot. Not the best situation for parking. The lobby looks poorly decorated at first site and gives poor impression of the place but the rooms are fine and the breakfast room was great as well as the breakfast. Had to move the car before 8 am to the street parking and once we figured out the parking app for Old Quebec the rest of the trip and parking was great. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Hotel was unique and beautiful inside. Our room (queen, 1st floor) was tiny. The shower leaked around the door and the TV did not work properly. We informed the front desk. Breakfast was continental with options like boiled eggs, instant oatmeal with a variety of dried fruit and nut/seeds, toast, croissants, cheese, and pate, coffee and tea, juice, and yogurt. Hotel is very convenient and close to Old Quebec (about 2km to the walled entrance). Parking is limited and we didn’t book our parking space early enough so we had to park across the street in public parking ($22 for approx 16 hours) at the church. A crosswalk is nearby to cross the street to the parking lot and during down times it’s easy to cross right in front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an option for roasting marshmallows on the rooftop patio but the outside open stairs freaked me out so I couldn’t go up (fear of heights - maybe it was just me).

I enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast was great, the patio on the roof was lovely and staff were friendly.

The property looks good from outside, and transit to Old Quebec is as easy. Lots of food options on nearby rue Cartier. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was very attentive. Parking was not available on site. Our room was damp and smelled like used hockey gear. When reported I was offered a hair dryer as a solution. Apparently the hotel was sold out, so we could not be moved. The room was nice sized but needed deeper cleaning.

Very disappointed by the state of the room we were in. It does not look anything like the photos on the website at all. The walls look dirty, carpets look dirty and the bathroom shower looks full of mould. We didn’t stay the night

L’hôtel est vraiment propre et très bien entretenu. La propriétaire est super sympathique, on voit qu’elle aime son hôtel et qu’elle s’y investit à fond. Je recommande sans hésiter !

It was a very nice place to stay at. Walkable to downtown Old Quebec. The staff were lovely and the building itself was beautiful with all the art and very clean.

Overall this is a boutique hotel - almost a bed and breakfast - Positives - Staff are wonderful - very responsive and helpful - Breakfast is good - it is continental so you are not getting fresh cooked eggs but there lots of options - food is fresh and plentiful - Bed and pillows were comfortable - bathroom was updated and had a great shower - about a 25 minute easy walk to Old Quebec Negatives - our room was very small even though it was considered a superior room - there was a strange smell in our room which I couldn’t identify and it activated my allergies - there was carpet on the floor in the bedroom which felt damp - could be the reason for the smell - elevator is an adventure Overall it was a good stay - would I recommend - for a one or 2 night stay - yes - more than that - no

Basement room was cramped, floors didn’t feel clean and got very dirty with winter boots and suitcases - no where to clean or put these wet items to dry off

The shower in the room 207 has mold and should be looked at to avoid any suit for those who are mold sensitive. Overall, I loved the stay, the staff were exceptionally nice and accomodating. Love the ambiance, the location, the art and the morning breakfast service!

It’s extremely clean, the bed is the most comfortable and it’s very quiet. It’s perfect for a get away

Nous avions la chambre 208. Matelas très inconfortable coté gauche. Pour aller à la salle de bain on doit enjamber une marche qui est particulièrement haute. Un peu dangereux, surtout la nuit. :)

NET POSITIVES - Very VERY friendly and accommodating staff - So kind. Quirky and eclectic style throughout the hotel, artwork on most walls. Dining room was particularly aesthetically pleasing. MAJOR positive, a make-it-yourself waffle station - FABULOUS! And the BEST yogurt parfait I have ever had, absolutely delicious with the combination of items they offer. It was mid snow storm period so we took Uber and Lyft everywhere, even though the hotel is nicely located to Old Quebec City. If you do travel with your furry companion, there is a lovely park very close by to take incredible walks. VERY open friendly, owner has five of the cutest dogs imaginable. I felt that my dog was most welcome and he had the time of his life. DETRACTIONS, or items in the hotels features list that either didn't exist, or were not as listed: (BEWARE!) as these items made my stay much less comfortable than I would have hoped. No Blackout drapes No Down comforter This is a stretch: Egyptian cotton sheets MAJOR PLASTIC covering over Hypo-allergenic bedding and Pillow top mattress, VERY uncomfortable and caused me to have three almost sleepless nights. This is a stretch - Premium bedding Room is absolutely not soundproofed - I could hear full conversations from the two joining rooms. No fridge in room, which was important for me. Eco friendly cleaning product weren't in use on our visit. Sadly the disinfectant was bothersome, so I stayed with having dirty floors in my room all week.

Bien aimé mon séjour, très belle hôtel, très bien situé. La seul chose que je n’ai pas aimé, est le matelas. J’avais l’impression de coucher sur un lit d’eau.

I liked that the hotel is good situated, close to the oldtown (20 min walk) I didn’t like that I’ve got a room in the basement with a small window. The view was to the wheels of parked cars. The way to the room was tru a narrow stairway.

Beautiful building room was great all was good until breakfast when we were told we could not eat in the dining room with my service dog. They offered us to sit upstairs on the terrace but we could not go in the dining room to make my own plate, in case someone was allergic. But they have two dogs behind the counter at check in. They need to learn the law for service animals

This was our favorite hotel during our stay. The art inspired decor was fun. We walked several times to the old city, and also enjoyed walking on Cartier st.. The furnished breakfast was outstanding and the staff were all great. Merci to Chantal, Sylvia, Vince and others. We would love to come back!

Our stay at the C3 hotel was decent and the staff were amazing throughout the whole trip. However, we noticed a few flaws at the property. For one, there was a day we left a tag on our door to have our room cleaned and came back to the room in the same state. The continental breakfast was very boring and the only cereal options were plain cheerios, plain cornflakes, and no stirring sticks for hot beverages. The location was pretty good, about a 15-20 minute walk to arrive in Old Quebec.

Great location and good breakfast however let down by poor service. We had an issue with our bathroom on the first night, the toilet wouldn't flush, so informed the staff. Sadly this wasnt rectified during our stay of two days.would otherwise had got a better review

Le personnel est extraordinaire. On voit que l'hôtel est détenu par des gens passionnés qui désirent offrir une expérience unique.

We were on a family trip and we stayed here for 3 nights, it's a well maintained property in a close proximity of all Quebec city attractions, this is opposite to Plains of Abraham park so you can visit there during your morning walk too. Just a block away is the Cartier Ave which is treat for some amazing food including excellent coffees.

This is a beautiful old-worldish hotel in a great location. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, and the walk-out-your-door convenience to shopping, the arts district, and the Plains of Abraham park make all activities convenient and easy. It is also walk-able to the old city. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with great cheeses, breads, coffee. So much nicer than the more contemporary hotels. The rooms are small, and being placed on the 3rd floor with our old border collie was a little tough. We were also charged $30/day for him, rather than the $30 total (we stayed for 4 days). I didn't argue about it, but it would have been nice if they had split the difference given I was told he would be $30. We also paid for parking ($20/day) which I would recommend, since parking is tight in this amazing neighborhood.

This hotel is definitely for people looking for something funky and interesting. As others have remarked, the buffet breakfast is excellent. It is in a quiet part of town, but that means you have to Uber to the old town or make a 30 minute walk just to get there. There are shops and lots of restaurants around the corner. That was great.

We had a very nice stay at a charming family hotel located right in the heart of Quebec City, close to all the main attractions such as Old Quebec, Château Frontenac, and the Saint Lawrence riverfront, which made it very easy to get around on foot. The rooms were not large but cozy, and there was a rooftop that could be used. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

We loved our stay here! Breakfast could add more hot items, and shower is just a little to small, but overall our stay was great, staff were super nice and friendly and we loved the location!

Unique hotel with the most AMAZING breakfast and huge beautiful rooms! Great location- walkability on point!

Very cool place, clean, quiet, close to the center, very friendly staff, on the roof there is a great observation deck which will be very relevant in the summer. The only thing I didn't understand was why one day there was a very cool buffet for breakfast, and on the second day there was a very poor breakfast choice.

Wonderful artsy little hotel in a super location to visit Quebec city. Wonderful staff, they really want to make you feel like a guest. Mimosa for mother's day breakfast was a nice touch, and eggs cooked to your liking... we return regularly now to this place.
