We stayed one night. Location is perfect. Room 2 queen bed was very comfortable. We had a little issue with our bed and it was solved right away. Bathroom was very big and clean. You have shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hand wash ( no cream) . Many towels and hair dryer. Receptionist was very friendly, helpful and professional . There is room in the lobby where you can relax. Our room was on 4 floor, there is no elevator, it was okay for my 85 year old mother. We pre booked hotel parking for 28$ which was great! I will be back to this hotel and I recommend to everyone who can walk the stairs.

Quaint hotel with welcoming front staff. Very clean with daily supply of towels. Quiet and walkable to all old Quebec. Parking lot entry/exit was narrow and there is no elevator. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was nicely appointed, but not too large. Parking was down a very tight alley but close to the hotel. The staff was terrific, especially Remy. He recommended great restaurants and helped us on several occasions. Very accommodating. There was no breakfast available but a coffee machine available 24 hours You won’t regret staying there!

Comfortable , quiet hotel in a great area to walk and enjoy the beauty and richness of the area. You should note that parking is available for a fee. The lot is extremely small and tight. So tight, I scraped the wall upon exit:( Not hotel fault but just warning those with midsize and beyond cars..

Great location for exploring Vieux Quebec! Young man who checked us in was very charming and helpful. We are from the states and were concerned there could be a language barrier...not an issue. Everyone was super friendly. There are a couple issues that come with historic properties (no elevator, uneven stairs, tight parking), but they are to be expected and the property is worth the effort. Lovely!

Hotel was nicely renovated. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor which provided good light and view but not suitable for many people as there is no elevator. Parking for a fee is provided in an area behind the hotel but the entrance is a very narrow old carriage tunnel. My suv barely went thru.

The property is very new and in a quaint building. Very attentive front desk. Plenty of hot water and individual AC/heat units. Daily room cleaning/tidying was lacking. Coffee (Nespresso) avail 24/7. Very good location, easy access to all of old city.

Room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Extremely friendly staff. Nespresso coffee in room and lobby. Very comfortable bed. Heat pump, so air wasn’t too dry in the room. Walkable to all sites in the old city and to the national museum. Great breakfast and dining nearby. We will stay again!

Five of us stayed in a family suite for four nights and it couldn’t have been better! There are no photos of the suite on the hotel’s website so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was really spacious with two bedrooms, a lounge area with a pullout couch, table and counter area and TWO bathrooms, which was a godsend for five women. Very reasonably priced as well. Beautiful decor, spotless, great location. Can’t fault it!

Very walkable location and nice room. We were on the first floor right next to the stairs so there was a bit of noise with people coming in and out but it was overall good experience. There was also a smart TV with all apps which was nice when we had a rainy day break from touring around.

The staff was very friendly, location was great , and the room was clean. The rooms are small which was not a problem for me - I only point it out for those who want a spacious floorplan. Also, I stayed by myself in the room - wasn’t sharing it which might have made a difference. It did have one design flaw in the bathroom — the position of the shelf over the sink was too low to properly use the sink after brushing my teeth — it mandated a spittoon type situation (LOL). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Very capable and friendly desk staff. The floor of the shower was a little slippery, and we asked the front desk where we could find a rubber non-skid mat. A new one was waiting in our room when we returned. The front desk was very helpful in recommending and securing a dinner reservation for us at a very nice restaurant, and were helpful with two additional dinner reservations. There w were several other instances of their help during our stay, which made the entire experience very nice. We would readily stay there again.

It’s a lovely hotel but, no elevator, so if you’re luggage laden be advised. Rooms are very nice. Staff super helpful but, again, there was no front desk attendant after 10:45 and the room key failed to allow us and eventually two other couples to enter the hotel upon our return. There’s no emergency number and even the police or 911 nor Expedia had any advice. Fortunately and collectively we managed to wake up a fellow visitor staying the hotel to come down from their room, half asleep, to let us in. Wow, not a good look for technology or the venue. Check that your hotel has a backup plan other than street crooning and tapping stones off the room windows….otherwise, it was a great time.

Great walkable location to upper and lower Quebec and also nice longer walks to various neighborhoods and museums. Loved being near a large park. Staff were very helpful when there was a minor problem with the TV. Enjoyed our chats with them. Easy to park our rented car for a few days and easy to get out of Quebec from our location.

From this hotel, you can walk everywhere. It is so well situated, AND it offers parking! Newly renovated, it is gorgeous and modern on the inside, while being picturesque with an 'old-world' European style on the outside. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Had the best stay.

Not far from the main square, the hotel was a good place to enjoy the traditional atmosphere of Quebec City. It was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not available during our stay, but having paid parking on site was definitely a plus.

This hotel was excellent, very quaint and personal. We loved the European feel! The staff was so nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean and well cared for! We were so close to all the shops and restaurants (just a few blocks walk to get on 2 of the main streets) - we loved going to coffee every morning at La Maison Smith and found so many great places to eat, explore, walk, shop and discover. Absolutely would stay here again!

Check in went well and attendant helped get our luggage upstairs. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very walkable to sites and restaurants without being on a busy street. Would stay here again.
