Not really a hotel, more like a rooming house. There is no one there, you enter and exit with a key code and there is no one around to help deal with problems. Maintenance seems to be poor, my room had a broken window blind and coat hook hanging askew from one remaining screw. Empty flower boxes with a few long-dead plants in front of the windows. The location was nice and the building has a lot of character, but it feels abandoned. Also note the second floor rooms are up a very long and steep staircase that could be very difficult to navigate for many people, especially with much luggage. There’s a breakfast nook downstairs with a microwave and toaster, but no cutlery or plates. Rooms have a small bar fridge and kuerig-style coffee maker.

We used the parking garage across the street because we thought it was more secure and it cost less. The room was clean on our arrival, and someone came to check shortly after our arrival.

It's an efficient place to stay if you're leaving for the airport in the morning, but there are no staff anywhere remotely close to the site, so if you need anything you're out of luck. Also, there is no place to store your luggage so if you plan on sightseeing and leaving the property later, the instructions are to just leave your bags in the open reception area where no staff ever are and hope that all the other guests are honorable.
