We were in town for a show at the Videotron centre and chose this hotel for its easy access to the venue (less than a five minute drive). Front desk staffer that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and modern. This is the only place I've ever stayed at that provides you with cleaning supplies in your room so you can disinfect any areas you may be concerned about. Lots of free parking and there were even a few electric car charging spaces. The room was very quiet even though we were directly beside the elevator. One awkward thing I will mention is there is a (curtained) window in the shower stall that faces the main room. It was a little different and may be something to keep in mind if you plan to have guests in your room. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Not bad but not great. Friendly staff. Toilet ran like a faucet. No breakfast or even coffee except the little 1 cup maker in the room. Parking lot not adequate.

Very clean and quiet! The rooms are nicely done. I love that they are not carpeted and the drinking glasses and cups in the room are glass and not plastic or paper. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets. The Normandin restaurant is just a short walk across the parking area.

The first thing I noticed about the hotel was that it smelled good. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and smells good. In the room should the guest feel inclined to clean further. The lobby the hallways and the room were clean and smells good.

I was very pleased with the modern clean rooms and large beds. The bathroom was small but manageable for a couple of nights. When we first arrived and looked at the hotel, it seemed more of a motel. But the interiors were very good - up to date and well maintained. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly too. There is a lot of traffic with its proximity to highways, gas station etc. It was more expensive than one would expect given its location.

Booked a family suite for five. Only one person available at front desk to check guests in so there was a long lineup of several people. Bedding was not put on the bunk beds. When I asked the front staff to make the beds, they said the blankets were provided and the “intent was for children to make their bed like they do at home!” I asked the front desk to put the sheets on and they did (no complaints!). The room was overall really clean and new/well maintained. The soap dispenser was completely empty in the shower. I normally stay at Marriot, it’s unfortunate the courtyard beside this hotel was sold out :(

On m’a vendu un forfait avec déjeuner continental inclus et à la réception on me la confirmé à l’inscription et le lendemain on m’a dit que je n’avais pas de déjeuner inclus. Sans compter que la jeune femme a la réception avais un ton très hautain et avec un extrême manque de respect envers la clientèle. Je ne recommande certainement pas pour le service à la clientèle. Un client très très déçu. Je ne recommande à personne de vivre une telle expérience.

Nous avons eu un petit problème dans notre chambre après une nuit (séjour de 3 nuits) et on nous a offert une autre chambre sans hésitation - avec surclassement sans frais pour les inconvénients. Très apprécié. Par contre, nous avons eu un sommeil perturbé causé par les bruits de boom boom du bar voisin et à la fermeture de celui-ci, les gens étaient vraiment très bruyants dehors. Svp, pensez à ceux qui dorment. Merci. Je comprend que l’hôtel n’est pas responsable des fêtards voisins mais je comprend maintenant pourquoi il y avait des bouchons d’oreilles offerts gracieusement par l’hôtel dans notre salle de bain. Goodies pour contribuer à un meilleur sommeil 😉

On a adorée notre séjour. Très bien situé à 5 min des Galerie des Capitales. 10-15 min du centre ville de Québec. L’hôtel est super propre. Nous avions une suite chambre 234 avec un vélo stationnaire. Un ballon à exercice pour ceux qui veulent garder la forme. Beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs. Excellent choix pour un séjour à Québec. Le personnel est très gentils aussi.
