Stayed here for a wedding for 4 nights as part of a large group. Had a great experience, rooms were comfy, clean and generous and the pool area was very good but very busy. Staff were friendly and the buffets were all that you could want for a family. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra one night and going to the upstairs Asian restaurant. Found the all inclusive drinks package at the bar pretty poor as spirits/mixers etc were all lesser quality substitutes for the well known brands. If you care about the quality you will probably end up paying for drinks. Had a massage at the spa and it was very good. Not overly keen on all of the activities and shouting/promotion by the pool but it is a family hotel and is to be expected.

A very mixed bag! The good: the children’s entertainment in the evenings was great with a mini-disco, mini-games and then the show. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pools were great with three water slides, a toddler pool and two good size pools. The beach was also lovely - it is pebbly but that didn’t bother us as the water was so clear and the beach was very clean. The chef in the main restaurant was very helpful with allergens. The not so good: the rooms in the main part of the hotel are no-frills. The curtains were very worn and didn’t fully cover the terrace doors so we were woken up with the sun streaming in by 5am most days. There was nowhere to hang wet swimwear on the terrace. The hotel provides soft drinks and bottled water in the mini fridge but it’s only restocked every two days - we ran out of water most days, which meant we had to buy bottles of water. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t have water fountains where you can refill. The food in the buffet was very hit and miss - the pizza is amazing but most other food isn’t great. It would have been lovely to have much more Greek food and fresh fish. The alcoholic drinks are very poor quality and watered down, and the water in the restaurant is awful, taste likes chemicals. The bad: the food provision for late arrivals! The hotel has the restaurant open 10-12pm for late arrivals but the food is basically lukewarm leftovers from dinner and was inedible. Not a good first impression!

We had the most wonderful stay here last week as a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The facilities for the children were fantastic and the food was faultless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pools are great and the baby pool was the perfect depth for our two. The beach is also great a 2 minute walk from the pool with showers and plenty of sunbeds. The shop in the hotel had a wide range of snacks & holiday treats which we visited a few times and this meant that we didn’t have to leave the hotel. There’s a few shops/ bars a 5 minute walk away if you want to get out and about though. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for such a lovely holiday!

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit eigenem Strandabschnitt mit Strandbar und Bistro, inklusiven Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. (Viele defekte Liegen - Neuanschaffungen sinnvoll.) Kiesstrand mit Felsen, der strandnah tolle Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln bietet. Unser Familienzimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Poolzugang und Meerblick war sehr schön und sauber. Verpflegung im Hauptrestaurant, im Asia-Restaurant und am Burger-Abend sehr vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig und für jeden was dabei. Gespart wird dagegen an den Getränken. Keine echten Säfte beim Frühstück, Cocktails zum Teil vorgefertigte Mischungen. Da mussten wir schon ein bisschen ausprobieren, bis jeder was passendes gefunden hat. Sportangebot mit Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Minigolfplatz, Beachvolleyballfeld, Fitnessraum etc. vielfältig. Abend Kinderdisco und Showprogramm. Animation und Kidsclub haben wir nicht genutzt. Spielplatz, Schachspiel, Kinderpools vorhanden. Alle Pools sind recht kalt, das Meer war im Oktober noch deutlich wärmer. Mit kleinen Abstrichen ist das Hotel für Familien empfehlenswert.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches durch Anpassung von ein paar Punkten deutlich besser wäre. Die Handtuchreservierungen sind leider außer Kontrolle und nach dem Frühstück um 8 Uhr (!) muss man Glück haben noch 4 liegen nebeneinander zu finden. Der angebliche Mitarbeiter, welcher die Handtücher einsammeln sollte, ist sogar so „nett“, dass er die Handtücher hochhebt und weiche Unterlagen darunterlegt und das Handtuch wieder richtet. WC Anlagen müssten öfter gereinigt werden, weil die Gäste teilweise wirklich keine Rücksicht auf die Sauberkeit nehmen. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist wirklich super und es findet jeder etwas. Auch die Qualität ist sehr gut! Der Strand ist ein Highlight! Mitarbeiter sind fast alle wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Ausnahmen gibt es leider immer. Kompliment an unsere Kellner im Hauptrestaurant Vagellis!

The resort had everything we needed! Our rooms and all the common areas were very clean and well maintained. There are ample food options through out the resort with availability all day and evening (even upon our arrival at 11 p.m.) Although the pool and beach chairs were saved fairly early, there was plenty of room to enjoy both all day. There are quite a few little shops and a grocery store within walking distance. The bus stops directly in front of the resort. Rental cars were available at the resort and were easy to use if you do not want to take a longer bus ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Auswahl am Frühstück/Abendessen war gut, qualitativ auch sehr gut. A la carte Restaurants fanden wir top (ausser das BBQ. Das fanden wir eher mässig und den Aufpreis von EUR 15 nicht wert). Das Hotel ist teils schon etwas älter, zb die Rutsche am Kinderpool. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind (ausser jene an der Reception) alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und dies kurz vor Saisonende. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Balkon wurde aber nicht täglich gereinigt, was wir etwas schade fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Buffetrestaurant ist viel zu klein konzipiert für die Anzahl Gäste. Teils mussten wir warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Am Buffet selber ein riesen Gewusel. Zudem Brot in der einen, Konfitüre in der anderen Ecke. Ebenso mit Müsli & Joghurt. Milch ist beim Müsli, die Gläser aber wieder in einer anderen Ecke. Das trägt noch mehr zum Gewusel bei. Massage war Top! Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Alles in Allem, toller Aufenthalt!

There are ample food options through out the resort with availability all day and evening (even upon our arrival at 11 p.m.) Although the pool and beach chairs were saved fairly early, there was plenty of room to enjoy both all day. There are quite a few little shops and a grocery store within walking distance. The bus stops directly in front of the resort. Rental cars were available at the resort and were easy to use if you do not want to take a longer bus ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Chambre très propre. Les femmes qui l'entretenaient étaient géniales. Chambre 3212 du 01/08 au 18/08. Personnel tres sympathique, sauf 1 personne au bar. Equipe d'animation dynamique avec des spectacles de qualité. La femme qui accueille les clients au restaurant est toujours souriante. A la réception, la femme qui parle français est adorable. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour et peut-être à l'année prochaine... Le seul bémol ce sont les italiens en grand nombre et très bruyants.

Der Spielplatz davor wurde aber gerne genutzt. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut! Das Abendessen im Asiarestaurant hat sich für uns nicht gelohnt. Dort war das Ambiente besser als das Essen. Die Sauberkeit an den Pools könnte etwas besser sein. Die Becher an der Sammelstelle standen teilweise den ganzen Tag dort. Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort und haben jeden Tat genossen, ob am Pool oder am Strand.

The hotel was definitely a great experience and stay for me and my family. We are already planning our trip next year. From the friendly staff to the great hospitality the trip was worth the £££. Great food, the room we stayed in with the sea view has a lovely interior design with minimal touches. We had very few complaints. The only one was probably the queue for breakfast/dinner was quite long 09. Other than this I would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here for a wedding for 4 nights as part of a large group. Had a great experience, rooms were comfy, clean and generous and the pool area was very good but very busy. Staff were friendly and the buffets were all that you could want for a family. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra one night and going to the upstairs Asian restaurant. Found the all inclusive drinks package at the bar pretty poor as spirits/mixers etc were all lesser quality substitutes for the well known brands. If you care about the quality you will probably end up paying for drinks. Had a massage at the spa and it was very good. Not overly keen on all of the activities and shouting/promotion by the pool but it is a family hotel and is to be expected.

We had a great stay in a modern Hotel. Super friendly staff, helpful und big variety of food options. The executive suite was very spacious with a large balcony. Book the menu restaurants upon arrival, since they fill quickly. As a detail I recommend to offer deserts that are not so extremely sweet and better quality of Ice cream. In total a very nice stay!

A very mixed bag! The good: the children’s entertainment in the evenings was great with a mini-disco, mini-games and then the show. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pools were great with three water slides, a toddler pool and two good size pools. The beach was also lovely - it is pebbly but that didn’t bother us as the water was so clear and the beach was very clean. The chef in the main restaurant was very helpful with allergens. The not so good: the rooms in the main part of the hotel are no-frills. The curtains were very worn and didn’t fully cover the terrace doors so we were woken up with the sun streaming in by 5am most days. There was nowhere to hang wet swimwear on the terrace. The hotel provides soft drinks and bottled water in the mini fridge but it’s only restocked every two days - we ran out of water most days, which meant we had to buy bottles of water. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t have water fountains where you can refill. The food in the buffet was very hit and miss - the pizza is amazing but most other food isn’t great. It would have been lovely to have much more Greek food and fresh fish. The alcoholic drinks are very poor quality and watered down, and the water in the restaurant is awful, taste likes chemicals. The bad: the food provision for late arrivals! The hotel has the restaurant open 10-12pm for late arrivals but the food is basically lukewarm leftovers from dinner and was inedible. Not a good first impression!

Die Animation war super, nicht aufdringlich und sehr kinderlieb, hier ein großes Lob. Im Juni ist schon sehr viel los und 3/4 der Liegen sind schon morgen um 8 reserviert…. Der Strand ist wunderschön, der Weg mit dem Kinderwagen zum Meer bei 36 Grad sehr mühsam. Massage (130€ für 75min) und Latecheckout für 4 stunden (110€) unverschämt teuer. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub aber kommen nicht wieder hier her.

It’s a fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room which I would highly recommend. Lots of excellent places to eat and drink (although don’t bother to pay for the beach bar bbq). Lovely clean, spacious room with really good air con.

Such a great place for our family holiday. Staff were great especially the chefs from the main restaurant as our daughters nut allergy is always an issue when eating out but they helped put her mind at rest each meal time and even picked a few desserts out for her. Pool was lovely and the pool bar service was great,considering they are serving drinks from 10 am till 01am they were great. Really no complaints for our 8 day stay at all. We loved it.

This is one of the best hotels/resorts my wife and I have stayed. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Beach was across the road with bar and restaurant as part of the package. Views were amazing, staff were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d recommend to those wanting a nice chilled break where they’re looked after.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches durch Anpassung von ein paar Punkten deutlich besser wäre. Die Handtuchreservierungen sind leider außer Kontrolle und nach dem Frühstück um 8 Uhr (!) muss man Glück haben noch 4 liegen nebeneinander zu finden. Der angebliche Mitarbeiter, welcher die Handtücher einsammeln sollte, ist sogar so „nett“, dass er die Handtücher hochhebt und weiche Unterlagen darunterlegt und das Handtuch wieder richtet. WC Anlagen müssten öfter gereinigt werden, weil die Gäste teilweise wirklich keine Rücksicht auf die Sauberkeit nehmen. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist wirklich super und es findet jeder etwas. Auch die Qualität ist sehr gut! Der Strand ist ein Highlight! Mitarbeiter sind fast alle wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Ausnahmen gibt es leider immer. Kompliment an unsere Kellner im Hauptrestaurant Vagellis!

Had a great visit this half term. The room was great, very comfortable, lovely beach attached to the hotel. Front of house staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you. Food was great, although the layout of the buffet with a few tweaks could just work so much better. Definitely would be happy to return

Everything was amazing. Food wise many options, you have to walk a bit to the beach but that’s fine for me. Animation was good and hotel stuff very nice and always trying their best to satisfy the clients. Everything was amazing until the fires reach us.

Fantastic modern accommodation with good access to the beach and pool scene. The Animation team kept the guests entertained throughout the day with their high energy music, games and fun. Inget hotell för pensionärer som vill bada i havet. Lång trappa ner och svårt att ta sig i och ur vattnet. Lösa småstenar som man sjönk långt ner i och svårt att hålla balansen. Toppen att ha en restaurang nere vid havet så man slapp gå upp till hotellet. Personalen jättetrevliga, sköna sängar och stort och fint rum.

The resort had everything we needed! Our rooms and all the common areas were very clean and well maintained. There are ample food options through out the resort with availability all day and evening (even upon our arrival at 11 p.m.) Although the pool and beach chairs were saved fairly early, there was plenty of room to enjoy both all day. There are quite a few little shops and a grocery store within walking distance. The bus stops directly in front of the resort. Rental cars were available at the resort and were easy to use if you do not want to take a longer bus ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a wedding for 4 nights as part of a large group. Had a great experience, rooms were comfy, clean and generous and the pool area was very good but very busy. Staff were friendly and the buffets were all that you could want for a family. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra one night and going to the upstairs Asian restaurant. Found the all inclusive drinks package at the bar pretty poor as spirits/mixers etc were all lesser quality substitutes for the well known brands. If you care about the quality you will probably end up paying for drinks. Had a massage at the spa and it was very good. Not overly keen on all of the activities and shouting/promotion by the pool but it is a family hotel and is to be expected.

We had a great stay in a modern Hotel. Super friendly staff, helpful und big variety of food options. The executive suite was very spacious with a large balcony. Book the menu restaurants upon arrival, since they fill quickly. As a detail I recommend to offer deserts that are not so extremely sweet and better quality of Ice cream. In total a very nice stay!

A very mixed bag! The good: the children’s entertainment in the evenings was great with a mini-disco, mini-games and then the show. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pools were great with three water slides, a toddler pool and two good size pools. The beach was also lovely - it is pebbly but that didn’t bother us as the water was so clear and the beach was very clean. The chef in the main restaurant was very helpful with allergens. The not so good: the rooms in the main part of the hotel are no-frills. The curtains were very worn and didn’t fully cover the terrace doors so we were woken up with the sun streaming in by 5am most days. There was nowhere to hang wet swimwear on the terrace. The hotel provides soft drinks and bottled water in the mini fridge but it’s only restocked every two days - we ran out of water most days, which meant we had to buy bottles of water. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t have water fountains where you can refill. The food in the buffet was very hit and miss - the pizza is amazing but most other food isn’t great. It would have been lovely to have much more Greek food and fresh fish. The alcoholic drinks are very poor quality and watered down, and the water in the restaurant is awful, taste likes chemicals. The bad: the food provision for late arrivals! The hotel has the restaurant open 10-12pm for late arrivals but the food is basically lukewarm leftovers from dinner and was inedible. Not a good first impression!

However overall the hotel was decent in terms of maintenance/in other restaurants it was better. Food choice is good but not amazing and it didn’t change much day to day, also limited sea food options / limited Greek food on menu at times. Alcoholic drinks choice included in package was as standard/expected however the quality of beer and wines offered was poor. The hotel offers great entertainment options but to our surprise Baby Disco was super loud, way to loud due to sound system settings for small kids that were there and for whom it is for, also way louder then necessary given size of arena. We had a two bedroom apartment with three adults and a baby, however upon arrival it only had towels/toilet accessories for two people/only in one of the two bathrooms. Bath robes upon arrival were on the luggage table which is inappropriate.

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit eigenem Strandabschnitt mit Strandbar und Bistro, inklusiven Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. (Viele defekte Liegen - Neuanschaffungen sinnvoll.) Kiesstrand mit Felsen, der strandnah tolle Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln bietet. Unser Familienzimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Poolzugang und Meerblick war sehr schön und sauber. Verpflegung im Hauptrestaurant, im Asia-Restaurant und am Burger-Abend sehr vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig und für jeden was dabei. Gespart wird dagegen an den Getränken. Keine echten Säfte beim Frühstück, Cocktails zum Teil vorgefertigte Mischungen. Da mussten wir schon ein bisschen ausprobieren, bis jeder was passendes gefunden hat. Sportangebot mit Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Minigolfplatz, Beachvolleyballfeld, Fitnessraum etc. vielfältig. Abend Kinderdisco und Showprogramm. Animation und Kidsclub haben wir nicht genutzt. Spielplatz, Schachspiel, Kinderpools vorhanden. Alle Pools sind recht kalt, das Meer war im Oktober noch deutlich wärmer. Mit kleinen Abstrichen ist das Hotel für Familien empfehlenswert.

Auswahl am Frühstück/Abendessen war gut, qualitativ auch sehr gut. A la carte Restaurants fanden wir top (ausser das BBQ. Das fanden wir eher mässig und den Aufpreis von EUR 15 nicht wert). Das Hotel ist teils schon etwas älter, zb die Rutsche am Kinderpool. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind (ausser jene an der Reception) alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und dies kurz vor Saisonende. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Balkon wurde aber nicht täglich gereinigt, was wir etwas schade fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Buffetrestaurant ist viel zu klein konzipiert für die Anzahl Gäste. Teils mussten wir warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Am Buffet selber ein riesen Gewusel. Zudem Brot in der einen, Konfitüre in der anderen Ecke. Ebenso mit Müsli & Joghurt. Milch ist beim Müsli, die Gläser aber wieder in einer anderen Ecke. Das trägt noch mehr zum Gewusel bei. Massage war Top! Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Alles in Allem, toller Aufenthalt!

It’s a fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room which I would highly recommend. Lots of excellent places to eat and drink (although don’t bother to pay for the beach bar bbq). Lovely clean, spacious room with really good air con.

Had a great visit this half term. The room was great, very comfortable, lovely beach attached to the hotel. Front of house staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you. Food was great, although the layout of the buffet with a few tweaks could just work so much better. Definitely would be happy to return
