Princess Andriana Resort & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive

Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone.

Der Rutschenpark ist super!

I am giving this resort 5 stars as it is indeed a great place. Great food, facilities and entertainment crew. However A couple of things to mention: the pool is 1.5m deep throughout, which makes it for less then enjoyable experience for those of shorter stature. The tile around the pool is super slippery and our kid fell twice, both times hitting his head on day one, after which he was terrified to walk around and wanted to be carried. Bottles/cups/trash around the pool area accumulate and should be picked up more frequently. Despite these couple concerns, we would definitely come back again as the other positives outweigh the few items of concern.

Really lovely stay, hotel is lovely and clean, swim up room was stunning, waterpark opening date got pushed back 4 times whilst we were there and now delayed until after we leave which wasn’t ideal.

The resort is fantastic the rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms with the pool were definitely worth booking as the main pool does get busy. The kids pool is decent and covered to protect the kods from sirect sunlight. Dining was limited as the resort did notnhave all the restuarants that they advertise in operat on as two are still under constrcution. The Italian restaurant which is the all day dining during the say was average pizza were no better than frozen ones to be honest i was expecting something far superior to what they served being a sepcialist 'Italian' option. The moonlight restaurant (their posh 'fine dining') option was a huge let down the service was terrible and being a vegetarian the option were linited and the taste of the dishes were all the same. The buffet restuarant catered well and Chef Stav and Chef Stefan deserve huge credit for catering for us! The Tex-Mex was good the menu only shows burger options but they put a Mexican buffet. The spa although treatment prices were reasonable the spa condition was poor. The sauna had litter, wooden benches were broken. The tropical showers were not working. In additin the steam room smelt really bad with almost a sweage whiff! The gym was good but limited in terms of equipment. They also had a jacuzzi and indoor pool within the spa. But only available to over 16s. Other facilites include kids club, mini golf (9 holes), paddle court, tennis court, archery, outdoor theatre for evening entertainment.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Zimmer (nicht zum Pool) ruhig, geräumig und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und nett. Auswahl der Speisen ist groß und abwechslungsreich. Zu empfehlen ist das BBQ am Strand (nur Do und Sa, reservieren!). Wir (Vater & Tochter 10) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using. Great facilities, good edible food at all meal times across all restaurants. Top shelf spirits from friendly bar staff. We will be back in a few weeks for another break.

An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again. Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again.

This was an immaculate hotel with great facilities and very efficient, friendly staff. The grounds were all well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive meals were good with plenty of choice for all tastes. I would definitely return.

Overall this is a nice hotel but struggles to keep up with newer 5 star hotels in Greece. Sadly the price doesn’t match the quality. It has a fantastic new water park which is fun for all ages. We could not fault the kids club - our children were asking to go which is a novelty for us. It’s a beautiful bright coloured building with aircon and full of structured activities. Our room was average - apparently their highest class of room but it was tired, noisy, four poster bed was very dusty and lacked the luxe. There is no turn down service which is useful for kids. The food is fine if you eat at the a la carte - the main dining hall is loud and chaotic. Drinks are below average - a lot of pre mixed flat cocktails and soft drinks

Clean hotel with good customer service. Pool was great, but grouded. Room was okey, but beds are hard as rock. Did not get much sleep. Food was average and not that much variety during the week.

Servizio eccellente a tutte le ore e personale gentilissimo e disponibile (anche se non abbiamo partecipato a nessuna attività). Cibo eccellente e vario. Ottimo anche il servizio snack in spiaggia e bordo piscina. Unico neo: le camere vista piscina sono rumorose, anche quando non ci sono intrattenimenti, impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte.

Really enjoyed our stay, the quality of the rooms and housekeeping etc was fantastic, rooms were spotless and turned down twice a day. The food was cooked well and a good range of choices, although often stayed on the safe side. The staff we all pleasant and friendly but with the exception of the spa staff it wasn't knock your socks off service. A slight hiccup with the WiFi when we arrive was dealt with very swiftly and they were always on hand to help with any issues or questions. When we visited it was extremely hot (high 30s-40) and so sitting outside in the evening wasn't always the most pleasant and there wasn't a great deal of choice for chilling out late at night. It feels very well suited for families and perhaps slightly less so for couples. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend the private pool option.

Die Unterkunft ist schön & gut besucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist groß genug gewesen, nur fanden wir die Aufteilung bzw. die Einrichtung nicht ganz passend. Fangen wir im Bad an, hier gibt es zwei Waschbecken, wo man den einen nicht wirklich nutzen kann, da die Toilette sofort hinter einem ist. Die Badewanne fanden wir zum Duschen unpassend & eng. Die Scheibe war leider auch nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, da daneben trotzdem alles nass wurde. Empfehlung ein großes Waschbecken & eine Dusche. Das Zimmer war soweit schön, nur die zwei kleinen Fernseher fanden wir unnötig & sobald man den einen Fernseher ausschalten wollten, ging manchmal der andere an. Das Bett war sehr bequem, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Couch war auch gut, nur haben wir diese gar nicht genutzt, da wir immer draußen waren. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt, aber nur alle zwei Tage. Empfehlung: ein großer Fernseher gegenüber dem Bett. Und tägliche Minibar Auffüllung. Wasserflaschen zu Verfügung stellen. Wir sind jeden Tag zum Supermarkt um die Ecke & haben uns dort Wasser gekauft. Was schade ist, wenn man schon All Inclusive gebucht hat. Der eigene Pool war cool, groß & eiskalt. Als Empfehlung: die Zimmer anders aufteilen, Paare & Familien trennen. Viele machen nur einmal im Jahr Urlaub & ständig das Geschrei möchte man auch nicht haben (Erfahrung). Empfehlung Essen: mehr Auswahl anbieten, erst recht bei den Snackbars. Beschriftung der Speisen & weniger Fleisch (gefühlt war überall Wurst drinnen)!

A modern property. Great sized room and comfortable huge bed! Some areas could do with a bit of TLC e.g. the grouting in the shower. But overall in good condition. Poor sound insulation so can hear scraping of furniture. Decent storage. Any minor issues were quickly, efficiently and politely by staff. Staff were fantastic throughout. Specialty restaurants added to the stay. Mixed view on the food but had some very delicious meals with the Moonlight Lounge a standout. On the edge of the village so easy access to other properties amenities etc. Great transport links on the island with bus services to all the main attractions. Good for families and a very dedicated animation team. AI is great value with premium drinks included.

Great place great staff service great food

Great hotel. Location was ok but hotel had everything you needed. Front desk and animations staff were great but felt the male staff in restaurant were slack and not helpful. My main complaint was that for the 4 days of our stay we were unable to book any of the ala carte restaurants. We was told at check in that we could each have one complimentary dinner at each of the 3 restaurants but would needed to reserve them. So on check in I asked them to book my restaurants and was told there no availability for the duration of my stay, which felt like but of a scam. Other guests had same issues. It’s seemed guests that check in on weekend book up the restaurants for the week and if you check in midweek like us there was nothing available. This needs to change and maybe guests should only be allowed to book one or two days in advance to give everyone a fair chance. Having said that the main buffet restaurant was very good! The hotel should also consider having some better tv channels especially sport as we could not watch any football and neither did any of the hotel bars have screens.

Thank you to the staff at the Andriana for your hospitality these last 2 days. This was our first ever visit to the hotel and it's down to you for making our stay so memorable. Effective; efficient; friendly; engaging and service always with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food offerings were great with endless varieties to choose from. You certainly deserve your 5* status.

A really nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. There is plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night for kids and adults too. The pool is nice and big and there are options for a private pool which was handy. There is also. Private beech connected to the hotel. My only critique would be that the food for lunch and dinner could be improved. We found it was quite repetitive and not always to a high standard. There are several al la carte restaurants on sight too, which were great, but are very hard to get a booking at. So best to book in advance. Also just to note that the hotel is about 1 hour from the airport so getting a taxi will cost about 100 euros from the airport.

It is really nice resort. I’m really satisfied with food selection, beach is really nice and clean, sea is perfect. Worth every penny…

Not suitable for Couples who would like some peace and quiet, great for Families but avoid if there is just the two of you

Lovely hotel not a lot around that area but well worth going into Lindos that is stunning. Sun beds at the beach very uncomfortable need cushions they are different from pool beds

The property was lovely, the beach was wonderful and clean. The Buffett was fantastic. We were only able to go to one of the speciality restaurants during our week stay as all other were completely booked.

Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend for a family week of chill and fun. From the plus sides: - Clean and well maintained - Friendly and attentive service - Very active entertainment crew, Matteo was a blast! - Variety of Sports activities - Well maintained pool area and the beach - Decent variety and quality of food in the main restaurant - Very nice Moonlight a la carte restaurant where you get one free dinner From the minus sides: - Two additional a la carte restaurants (Burger and Italian) are truly bad. Don't bother, just stick to the main one. - Water in the spa jacuzzi is lukewarm and the temperature in the sauna and steam room is way too low

Family rooms were great. Food options at the buffet were great but the Italian was a disappointment. By far the best part of this resort is the Animation and Entertainment team who have mastered the art of providing great fun with their hilarious shows and poolside activities.

Overall this is a nice hotel but struggles to keep up with newer 5 star hotels in Greece. Sadly the price doesn’t match the quality. It has a fantastic new water park which is fun for all ages. We could not fault the kids club - our children were asking to go which is a novelty for us. It’s a beautiful bright coloured building with aircon and full of structured activities. Our room was average - apparently their highest class of room but it was tired, noisy, four poster bed was very dusty and lacked the luxe. There is no turn down service which is useful for kids. The food is fine if you eat at the a la carte - the main dining hall is loud and chaotic. Drinks are below average - a lot of pre mixed flat cocktails and soft drinks
