Mitsis Rodos Village

The resort is beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants, and it really looks like the photos. The staff is available 24/7 and very friendly. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but there’s also a shuttle if you prefer. There’s a great beach bar with fresh and tasty drinks, and I have to mention the girl and the guy working there…amazing service, fast and professional. The only problem was with the pool area, where it’s almost impossible to find a sunbed. Guests leave towels early in the morning to reserve spots, even though it’s not allowed. Out of 7 days, we found a free spot only once, even when we arrived at 9 AM. The food was generally good, the main restaurant staff was nice, and the à la carte staff seemed a bit uninterested, but the food was fine. Overall, I would gladly come back.

Excellent hotel, with fantastic staff. Buffet restaurant was okay, but the a la carte restaurants were fantastic. Felt like it was lacking in evening entertainment, and could have benefited from additional seating areas rather than just the hotel lobby. Parking was challenging as there are so many hire cars and tight spaces to navigate. Overall though a few issues didn't spoil the holiday at all, and we'd definitely consider staying at a Mitsis resort again.

Qualsiasi servizio scomodo da raggiungere .Camere bellissime . La nostra con piscina privata fantastica . Reception con personale inutile. Non fornisce alcuna info. Ripetono a memoria delle info prestabilite senza dare alcun aiuto vero. Molto gentili i driver e la signora della pulizia camere . Ristorante confusionario. Gestione bevande al tavolo con lunga attesa . Cibo non da 5 stelle .

A really friendly, welcominng and serviceminded staff makes all the difference and saves our view on our stay. Food was good, Italian a la carte was great. Lota of stairs was a bit tricky with a pram. We got the wrong room upon arrival. Next day we got a new family room, in the old part of the hotel. This was so unleveled that the pram had to be parked with the break on not to roll to the other end of the room. The shower was in the tub, not ideal travelling with small children and grandma at 79. Waterslide in the pics was not there anymore. The - per now - unfinished kids area on top of the hill will probably be great when finished. Exercise room did not exist either. Maitenence needed all over. Missing locks and handle on the toilets by the pool, cracks, broken umbrellas and almost everyone was missing pins to put them up... again saved by friendly staff that helped as best they could. Broken shutters in the room, missing plug for the tub, AC living its own life...

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel bei dem es aber leider an Details fehlt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön, viele Teile wunderschön neu renoviert, sehr gutes Essen. Im neuen Teil gibt es sehr viel Annehmlichkeiten für Kinder wie den riesigen Aquapark oder den großen Spielplatz. Die oberen Pools sind sehr schön mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Unser Zimmer gehörte noch zu den älteren, war aber auch ok. Lediglich der Strandbereich ist teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt. Trotzdem konnten unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt werden, und das lag teilweise an Kleinigkeiten die dazu geführt haben dass man sich nicht ganz willkommen fühlte. In der Hitze muss man sich etwa jeden Tag selbst um mehr Wasserflaschen kümmern (2 pro Tag bei 4 Personen), an der Bar gibt es diese nicht, nicht einmal im Fitnessstudio liegen Wasserflaschen auf. Es war sehr selten dass einen ein Mitarbeiter morgens gegrüßt hat oder die Kellner freundlich waren, ein paar sehr liebe gab es, aber insgesamt hat man sich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Snacks konnten nur am Tisch bestellt werden und nicht einmal Brot oder Pommes mitgenommen werden, auf einen freien Tisch wartete man aber teilweise eine halbe Stunde und dann noch einmal sehr lange bis man bestellen durfte. Auch hier fühlte man sich meist wenig willkommen und musste quasi um Essen und Getränke bitten. Alles eigentlich Kleinigkeiten, die auch leicht behoben werden könnten, aber dann insgesamt trotz des sehr schönen Hotels die Experience etwas trüben.

Als wir dies mehrmals! ablehnten erhielten wir ein neues Zimmer. Hier waren dann noch Haare und Dreck vom Vorgänger zu finden. Leider sehr schlecht. Generell sind die Möbel, sowie einzelne Bereiche der Hotelanlage leider sehr abgewohnt. Anlage: Ruhige Anlage. Foyer sehr schön. Guter Standard. Schöner Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist leider sehr steinig, aber sauber. Die Liegen sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht mehr straff. In einem Gebäude trat ein Wasserrohrbruch auf. Diesen haben wir gefilmt und auf Video. In Summe herrscht eher Renovierungsbedarf! Essen: KATASTROPHAL! Das Essen ist leider IMMER kalt bis lauwarm gewesen. Die Speisenauswahl ist zwar abwechslungsreich, jedoch eher mitteleuropäisch als griechisch. Keine Spur von Gyros, Souflaki, Lammpfannen und Ko. Mehr Beilagen als Fleisch. Bei jedem Griechen in meiner heimischen Umgebung esse ich besser. Die a la Card Restaurants sind jedoch in Ordnung - jedoch schnell sein fürs Buchen ist hier wichtig. Spirituosen: Das ist recht gut gestaltet. Leider weniger Auswahl und kein guter Ouzo, jedoch können selbstkreierte Cocktails bestellt werden.

Wir waren mit der Familie im Mitsis, unterm Strich: Großartig. Man findet wahrscheinlich immer Kleinigkeiten, die „noch besser“ sein könnten aber insgesamt ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung. Vom Flughafen braucht man mit dem Auto (wir hatten einen Mietwagen) eine gute Stunde bis ins Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich, unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und wir konnten die All-Inklusive Leistungen sofort genießen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Das Hotel ist an einem Hang gebaut, so dass man einige Höhenstufen zu überwinden hat. Das geht aber teilweise über Fahrstühle oder man läuft. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, wunderschön! Es gibt mehrere Pools, die allerdings für uns nicht gut nutzbar waren, weil andere Gäste seit dem frühen Morgen immer schon Liegen reserviert hatten. Dafür gibt es aber einen zugehörigen Strand, wo immer Plätze frei waren. Neben dem Hauptrestaurant mit Buffet gibt es mehrere Restaurants, à la carte. Diese müssen vorab reserviert werden. Es gibt fast jeden Tag ein Abendprogramm, entweder spielen Bands Livemusik, oder es gibt Vorführungen. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dies ein Vorteil, wenn man allerdings schon etwas größere Kinder hat, dann merkt man, dass es doch auch relativ laut und unruhig ist, weil viele kleine Kinder im Hotel rumrennen. Alles in allem aber ein wunderbares Hotel!

Nice hotel. Lucky it wasnt peak season. The facilities are nice and the staff are very friendly. The food is varied and a decent selection for all pallets and diets. If youre gluten free chat to the chef and he'll go through what is available. The water in the swimming pools are very cold so be warned. But overall thoroughly enjoyable. The restaurants in the hotel have to be booked in advance which can be done on their app or at the entrance to the buffet restaurant at 10.30. Italian,asian,greek,mexican and a burger joint. The food is absolutely beautiful. A must for all .

Could be a really great hotel. There were lots of positives but it felt like corners were being cut to save costs. Lots of reviews talk about the food. The buffet was fine good for kids, but could definitely be improved. The a la carte restaurants weren't amazing. Nice settings and service but the food was below average. The Mexican was really bad unfortunately. Another gripe was how complicated it was to get water - it's hot there and people need quick and easy access to water, not to queue behind lots of people waiting for cocktails and coffees to be made. Suggestion - out water refill points around the hotel. And not enough sunloungers. Quite annoying. But a beautiful setting, lots of good staff. But it really coild be better.

A lovely looking hotel and grounds. The pool areas are very relaxing and the rooms are spacious and cool. Staff were very polite and helpful, and a special shoutout to the bar staff, who worked very hard and gave service with a smile. While we had a great time overall, there were a couple of things that let the hotel down. First of all, it was incredibly busy, and it didn't seem like the communal areas that had entertainment could seat anywhere close to the number of people who would have wanted to be there. This was also a problem at the bars in the evenings - there were often long lines for drinks, even with the bar staff working so hard. My biggest problem was the a la carte restaraunts. They were very small and we had to book all of our meals in as soon as we arrived because they were already fully booked on some of the days we were there. Service in the restaraunts was very slow, and in our opinion the food was subpar and did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall, i would recommend this hotel if you are planning to have a relaxing place to enjoy the beach and pool, with a base for exploring the island further, or are planning to try the local cuisine outside of the hotel. However i wouldn't recommend it if you are just planning to stay in the hotel the whole time. The food just isn't good enough and the communal areas just aren't set up to provide entertainment to guests during busy periods, unless you are happy to just sit and drink

Resort meraviglioso! Siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo sicurante! La struttura è situata a pochi passi da una splendida spiaggia di sabbia che vanta un mare cristallino. Si nota che il complesso è stato completamente rinnovato di recente, decorato in stile moderno, sobrio ed elegante. Spazi comuni ben curati. La camera familiare molto spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata, letti comodissimi e un bel bagno ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno accolto in maniera calorosa e hanno soddisfatto appieno ogni nostra esigenza. Ristorazione eccellente, sia il ristorante a buffet che le opzioni à la carte. Kiotari è una località davvero molto interessante e l’isola di Rodi è stupenda. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön angelegt, jedoch wird das Potenzial bei weitem nicht ausgeschöpft. Der Service ist leider ziemlich schlecht, Rezeption schickte und bei Themen oft zu jemandem anderen, Check-in hatte sich mehr als 2h verspätet ohne wirkliche Infos zu bekommen - und wurde am Ende nur durch aktives mehrmaliges nachfragen erfolgreich, im Hauptrestaurant sind die Plätze draußen immer sehr dreckig und verschmutzt gewesen, Plätze im a-la-carte Restaurant konnten nicht gebucht werden, obwohl immer viele Tische frei waren, etc. Das Zimmer war schon älter und das Bad leider sehr heruntergekommen (Schimmel an der Wand, Silikonfugen ausgerissen,...), Leeres Duschgel wurde 3 Tage nicht aufgefüllt, es gab keine Seife an Waschbecken, etc. Insgesamt leider weit weg von der 5* Erfahrung und Standard, welcher hier gerne beworben wird.

However - everything was slow and it felt like the staff were undertrained and understaffed, Sometimes rude. Cleanliness was sometimes an issue at the burger and souvlaki restaurants, and drinks not cleaned up regularly around pool. Waiter service at the pool would be good. The room air con was weak and one fan didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite raising it

Struttura rinnovata, ubicata in posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia, basta fare due passi. Ambiente curato e moderno. Camera ampia e spaziosa, con una bella vista mare. Massima pulizia. La ristorazione a buffet è davvero eccellente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Torneremo senz’altro! Consigliatissimo!

Das Zimmer war ein Familienzimmer, da geplant gewesen wäre zu dritt (3 Freundinnen) anzureisen. Leider - oder zum Glück wurde eine von uns krank und konnte nicht mitkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, nur 1 Kasten, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und mit Gartenblick, was sehr „nett“ formuliert ist. Es war die Lüftungsanlage im Ganzen Innenhof sehr laut zu hören, dass schlafen bei offener Türe nicht möglich war! Die Handtücher haben sehr ungewaschen ausgesehen und übelst gerochen! Der Strandanschnitt war ungepflegt und auch die „Strandbar“ auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen…….. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nicht weiterempfehlen!

Reviewed 3 days agovia mobile At 50 years old I have taken a lot of holidays and this is by far the worst. We have been here a week and our room has yet to have the floors mopped. They sweep but dont mop. Theres a giant cockroach under our sink dead thats been there the whole time we have been here The bathroom wall also has a splattered with dead mosquito. The extraction for steam is not working so you have to wait ages for the only mirror to demist if you need for make up etc. Food is cold and congealed and regularly we are sat at a dirty unprepared table. Waiting for drinks service at least 25 mins each time. Massively understaffed. Not enough sunbeds for the guests either. The hotel and rooms are beautiful however the service is shocking. The worst we ever experienced. Regular smells of sewerage too. If you need anything for example our safe keeps breaking we waited nearly 2 hours for assistance. The standard of drinks is very poor. Cocktails rubbish. No decaffe. Tiny glasses for your wine suitable size for a child. We have been bitten relentlessly both in the room and in the hotel grounds. Feral cats are allowed to roam the restaurant helping themselves to whatever they can find. Theres some ongoing work in the grounds but not too noisy. However the rooms are not soundproof and you hear everything around you especially other guests in the loud echo corridors. The reception smile and nod but are really not interested in your problems. This resort is massively understaffe

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé, à 15 minutes de Lindos et à 1h de Rhodes. Le parking est facile et gratuit, et il y a un loueur de voitures dans l’hôtel. Le snorkelling devant l’hôtel est de belle qualité. Les buffets sont chouettes, variés, bien garnis. En revanche tout le reste est horrible: un seul restaurant principal donc des centaines de personnes, enfants qui crient, assiettes qui tombent, trop trop bruyant et désagréable. Personnel détestable à la réception, inefficaces et désagréables. Le spa est sans intérêt, massages peu agréables. Les chambres sont sales, mal entretenues, avec des invasions de fourmis chaque jour dans la salle de bains. Piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h. Draps trop courts pour couvrir les deux personnes du grand lit, nous n’avions jamais vu cela ailleurs ! Hôtel empli de gens impolis qui réservent des transats à 8h du matin qui n’y venir que quelques minutes dans la journée, personnel qui ne dit rien. Management dépassé, directeur complètement inefficace qui a proposé pour nous dédommager de nous proposer une chambre… exactement identique à la nôtre….! Bref, fuyez !

Struttura enorme, sviluppata in altezza. Camera con vista mare molto gradevole, ma lontana dal ristorante principale e dalla spiaggia. Per ragggiungere la spiaggia, bisogna fare un percorso lungo e a più gradini per poter scendere al livello della spiaggia. La spiaggia non è completamente sabbiosa come si vede in foto, ma ci sono dei micro sassolini (abbiamo utilizzato delle scarpette da scoglio per comodità). Cibo buono e abbastanza vario, quasi sempre speziato. Animazione serale internazionale. Servizio buono ma da migliorare su alcuni aspetti. Reception poco reattiva di fronte a problemi tecnici alla doccia (non è mai arrivato nessuno per sistemare). Abbiamo fatto richiesta di late check out alcune settimane prima dell'arrivo, ma ci è stato detto che dovevamo aspettare fino alla sera prima del check out per avere una risposta. Alla fine la risposta è stata negativa. App mitsis buona per prenotare attività e cene ai ristoranti a tema.

We had a very nice stay at this newly renovated hotel. The villas are very nice to stay at. The buffet is good, we never waited more than 2-3 minutes max to be seated. Good place to chill.

loved the sea view bungalow we stayed in! it was modern and close to a pool as well as dinning and the beach!!! however, i didn't think the other rooms looked as up to date. I didn't see the inside but the outside looked a little ran down

The price we paid does not match the service that we received. We paid for all inclusive but ended up eating in the same buffet everyday. We were told the restaurants were fully booked and we should have reserved months in advance but there was nobody sitting in those restaurants. When we asked to speeck to the manager he was very rude and not accommodating. Rooms were small and below average for what we paid almost 1000$ a night. The resort is isolated and far from the happening areas and no convenient transportation beyond taxi or renting a car was available. We stayed for a week but we would have not stayed beyond 3 days given the limited options at this facility and bad management. Overall we don't recommend this "all inclusive experience" that lacks the true Greek experience. It is overpriced and lack the luxury experience that was advertised when we booked.

Die Unterkunft war bislang unser bester Urlaub, den wir bislang hatten. Auf Grund dessen, dass es unser Verlobungsurlaub war, haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool erhalten. Das Personal war zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit erreichbar. Die Speisen waren super, und auch die Ala Carte Restaurants waren sehr hochwertig. Klar ist wichtig zu beachten, dass man im VORAUS die Restaurants reservieren muss, da man spontan vor Ort an keine Plätze kommt, da sie sehr beliebt sind. Der Strand ist sehr nah, sauber und es gibt gute Möglichkeiten von Mitarbeitern dass man an diversen Aktivitäten wie Volleyball oder Bogenschiessen teilnimmt. Jeden Abend hatte auch eine Live Band gespielt, sodass man abends auch nie Langeweile hatte. Auch arbeitet das Hotel im Concierge mit diversen Wassersport Aktivitäten zusammen, sodass man über die Rezeption bspw Jet Sky oder Sofa Boats oder Motorboote mieten kann. Wir hatten ein Motorboot. Im Ganzen ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr hilfsbereiten und professionellen Mitarbeitern. Danke !!

Der Service ist leider ziemlich schlecht, Rezeption schickte und bei Themen oft zu jemandem anderen, Check-in hatte sich mehr als 2h verspätet ohne wirkliche Infos zu bekommen - und wurde am Ende nur durch aktives mehrmaliges nachfragen erfolgreich, im Hauptrestaurant sind die Plätze draußen immer sehr dreckig und verschmutzt gewesen, Plätze im a-la-carte Restaurant konnten nicht gebucht werden, obwohl immer viele Tische frei waren, etc. Das Zimmer war schon älter und das Bad leider sehr heruntergekommen (Schimmel an der Wand, Silikonfugen ausgerissen,...), Leeres Duschgel wurde 3 Tage nicht aufgefüllt, es gab keine Seife an Waschbecken, etc. Insgesamt leider weit weg von der 5* Erfahrung und Standard, welcher hier gerne beworben wird.

The staff and management were quite unfriendly throughout our stay. The main buffet was the only dining option consistently available, and even that was below average in both quality and variety. The à la carte restaurants were supposedly fully booked from the moment we checked in, making it impossible to secure reservations. What made the situation worse was that these restaurants were often half empty when we passed by. When we requested to be seated despite the empty tables, staff refused. We even spoke with the manager, showing him photos of the empty dining rooms, yet he still insisted that “it’s policy” and would not allow us to book or be seated—even though most reservations apparently don’t show up. This left us with no real dining choices, and the experience was incredibly frustrating.

Good facilities including pools and many dining options. The room was lovely and the general facilities and setting are great. However - everything was slow and it felt like the staff were undertrained and understaffed, Sometimes rude. Cleanliness was sometimes an issue at the burger and souvlaki restaurants, and drinks not cleaned up regularly around pool. Waiter service at the pool would be good. The room air con was weak and one fan didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite raising it

Wir waren mit der Familie im Mitsis, unterm Strich: Großartig. Man findet wahrscheinlich immer Kleinigkeiten, die „noch besser“ sein könnten aber insgesamt ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung. Vom Flughafen braucht man mit dem Auto (wir hatten einen Mietwagen) eine gute Stunde bis ins Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich, unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und wir konnten die All-Inklusive Leistungen sofort genießen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Das Hotel ist an einem Hang gebaut, so dass man einige Höhenstufen zu überwinden hat. Das geht aber teilweise über Fahrstühle oder man läuft. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, wunderschön! Es gibt mehrere Pools, die allerdings für uns nicht gut nutzbar waren, weil andere Gäste seit dem frühen Morgen immer schon Liegen reserviert hatten. Dafür gibt es aber einen zugehörigen Strand, wo immer Plätze frei waren. Neben dem Hauptrestaurant mit Buffet gibt es mehrere Restaurants, à la carte. Diese müssen vorab reserviert werden. Es gibt fast jeden Tag ein Abendprogramm, entweder spielen Bands Livemusik, oder es gibt Vorführungen. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dies ein Vorteil, wenn man allerdings schon etwas größere Kinder hat, dann merkt man, dass es doch auch relativ laut und unruhig ist, weil viele kleine Kinder im Hotel rumrennen. Alles in allem aber ein wunderbares Hotel!

The price we paid does not match the service that we received. We paid for all inclusive but ended up eating in the same buffet everyday. We were told the restaurants were fully booked and we should have reserved months in advance but there was nobody sitting in those restaurants. When we asked to speeck to the manager he was very rude and not accommodating. Rooms were small and below average for what we paid almost 1000$ a night. The resort is isolated and far from the happening areas and no convenient transportation beyond taxi or renting a car was available. We stayed for a week but we would have not stayed beyond 3 days given the limited options at this facility and bad management. Overall we don't recommend this "all inclusive experience" that lacks the true Greek experience. It is overpriced and lack the luxury experience that was advertised when we booked.

A lovely looking hotel and grounds. The pool areas are very relaxing and the rooms are spacious and cool. Staff were very polite and helpful, and a special shoutout to the bar staff, who worked very hard and gave service with a smile. While we had a great time overall, there were a couple of things that let the hotel down. First of all, it was incredibly busy, and it didn't seem like the communal areas that had entertainment could seat anywhere close to the number of people who would have wanted to be there. This was also a problem at the bars in the evenings - there were often long lines for drinks, even with the bar staff working so hard. My biggest problem was the a la carte restaraunts. They were very small and we had to book all of our meals in as soon as we arrived because they were already fully booked on some of the days we were there. Service in the restaraunts was very slow, and in our opinion the food was subpar and did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall, i would recommend this hotel if you are planning to have a relaxing place to enjoy the beach and pool, with a base for exploring the island further, or are planning to try the local cuisine outside of the hotel. However i wouldn't recommend it if you are just planning to stay in the hotel the whole time. The food just isn't good enough and the communal areas just aren't set up to provide entertainment to guests during busy periods, unless you are happy to just sit and drink

Struttura enorme, sviluppata in altezza. Camera con vista mare molto gradevole, ma lontana dal ristorante principale e dalla spiaggia. Per ragggiungere la spiaggia, bisogna fare un percorso lungo e a più gradini per poter scendere al livello della spiaggia. La spiaggia non è completamente sabbiosa come si vede in foto, ma ci sono dei micro sassolini (abbiamo utilizzato delle scarpette da scoglio per comodità). Cibo buono e abbastanza vario, quasi sempre speziato. Animazione serale internazionale. Servizio buono ma da migliorare su alcuni aspetti. Reception poco reattiva di fronte a problemi tecnici alla doccia (non è mai arrivato nessuno per sistemare). Abbiamo fatto richiesta di late check out alcune settimane prima dell'arrivo, ma ci è stato detto che dovevamo aspettare fino alla sera prima del check out per avere una risposta. Alla fine la risposta è stata negativa. App mitsis buona per prenotare attività e cene ai ristoranti a tema.

The resort is beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants, and it really looks like the photos. The staff is available 24/7 and very friendly. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but there’s also a shuttle if you prefer. There’s a great beach bar with fresh and tasty drinks, and I have to mention the girl and the guy working there…amazing service, fast and professional. The only problem was with the pool area, where it’s almost impossible to find a sunbed. Guests leave towels early in the morning to reserve spots, even though it’s not allowed. Out of 7 days, we found a free spot only once, even when we arrived at 9 AM. The food was generally good, the main restaurant staff was nice, and the à la carte staff seemed a bit uninterested, but the food was fine. Overall, I would gladly come back.

Felt like it was lacking in evening entertainment, and could have benefited from additional seating areas rather than just the hotel lobby. Parking was challenging as there are so many hire cars and tight spaces to navigate. Overall though a few issues didn't spoil the holiday at all, and we'd definitely consider staying at a Mitsis resort again.

Fantastica struttura . Nuovissima . Scomodo raggiungere la spiaggia con infiniti gradini sotto al sole . La nostra camera nella parte alta. Qualsiasi servizio scomodo da raggiungere .Camere bellissime . La nostra con piscina privata fantastica . Reception con personale inutile. Non fornisce alcuna info. Ripetono a memoria delle info prestabilite senza dare alcun aiuto vero. Molto gentili i driver e la signora della pulizia camere . Ristorante confusionario. Gestione bevande al tavolo con lunga attesa . Cibo non da 5 stelle .

Wir haben uns gut erholt. Wer nur am Strand oder Pool gammeln möchte ist gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten von vornherein ein Auto gemietet. Für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Das Buffetrestaurant ist ziemlich laut, grundsätzlich hat uns das Essen geschmeckt.

Hervorragende Aussicht. Es wäre wünschenswert, die Getränkeauswahl zu erweitern.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé, à 15 minutes de Lindos et à 1h de Rhodes. Le parking est facile et gratuit, et il y a un loueur de voitures dans l’hôtel. Le snorkelling devant l’hôtel est de belle qualité. Les buffets sont chouettes, variés, bien garnis. En revanche tout le reste est horrible: un seul restaurant principal donc des centaines de personnes, enfants qui crient, assiettes qui tombent, trop trop bruyant et désagréable. Personnel détestable à la réception, inefficaces et désagréables. Le spa est sans intérêt, massages peu agréables. Les chambres sont sales, mal entretenues, avec des invasions de fourmis chaque jour dans la salle de bains. Piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h. Draps trop courts pour couvrir les deux personnes du grand lit, nous n’avions jamais vu cela ailleurs ! Hôtel empli de gens impolis qui réservent des transats à 8h du matin qui n’y venir que quelques minutes dans la journée, personnel qui ne dit rien. Management dépassé, directeur complètement inefficace qui a proposé pour nous dédommager de nous proposer une chambre… exactement identique à la nôtre….! Bref, fuyez !

The food was not very good and they always seem to serve the same food. I understand it is All-Inclusive but they need to improve. As we were in a group we were blocked from the A La Carte bookings and they simply said sorry we cannot book you. So that seems like a waste of money and I would not recommend this hotel.

Bella struttura ma è più da 4 stelle al massimo che 5 stelle. Pulizia delle camere non superiore alla media e non da 5 stelle. Prenotare in uno dei ristoranti a tema una miraggio, in 6 giorni solo un giorno siamo riusciti ma solo perché abbiamo fatto pressione in reception dopo aver sempre mangiato al ristorante self service che era di buona qualità

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist eher auf einem abgewohnten 4 Sterne, als auf einem 5 Sterne Level. Sauberkeit: Wir hatten Kakerlaken in unserem ersten Zimmer (Zimmernummer 802). Als wir nach einem neuen Zimmer fragten, wurden wir erst abgewimmelt mit der Aussage, dass sie Spray nutzen werden, um die Kakerlaken zu vertreiben. Als wir dies mehrmals! ablehnten erhielten wir ein neues Zimmer. Hier waren dann noch Haare und Dreck vom Vorgänger zu finden. Leider sehr schlecht. Generell sind die Möbel, sowie einzelne Bereiche der Hotelanlage leider sehr abgewohnt. Anlage: Ruhige Anlage. Foyer sehr schön. Guter Standard. Schöner Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist leider sehr steinig, aber sauber. Die Liegen sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht mehr straff. In einem Gebäude trat ein Wasserrohrbruch auf. Diesen haben wir gefilmt und auf Video. In Summe herrscht eher Renovierungsbedarf! Essen: KATASTROPHAL! Das Essen ist leider IMMER kalt bis lauwarm gewesen. Die Speisenauswahl ist zwar abwechslungsreich, jedoch eher mitteleuropäisch als griechisch. Keine Spur von Gyros, Souflaki, Lammpfannen und Ko. Mehr Beilagen als Fleisch. Bei jedem Griechen in meiner heimischen Umgebung esse ich besser. Die a la Card Restaurants sind jedoch in Ordnung - jedoch schnell sein fürs Buchen ist hier wichtig. Spirituosen: Das ist recht gut gestaltet. Leider weniger Auswahl und kein guter Ouzo, jedoch können selbstkreierte Cocktails bestellt werden.

Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry! The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know. And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back.

Wir würden das Hotel eher nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub und haben ihn genossen - und die Preis/Leistung war soweit in Ordnung. Aber es gibt gute und schlechte Eigenschaften, die man abwägen muss. Der neue Poolbereich und die neuen Zimmer sind sehr schön. Insbesondere die mit eigenem Pool. Die Aussicht aufs Meer traumhaft. Allerdings war das AI Essen leider wirklich nicht gut. Das einzig Gute war der Crêpe Stand sowie der Pizzastand am Strand. Die Getränke sind Original, aber leider schmecken sie ständig nach chlorhaltigem Wasser. Die Bars am Meer und das Personal dort waren super. Das Personal am Crêpe Stand muss auch sehr viel leisten. Beim Hauptrestaurant waren wir einmal EINE Minute zu früh, dann mussten wir wieder rausgehen und 30 Sekunden später durften wir wieder hineingehen, die Chefin war oft unfreundlich wegen solchen Kleinigkeiten, und hat ständig gemeckert wenn unser Kinderwagen im Weg stand. Die Themenrestaurants sollte man schon von Zuhause aus buchen, sonst bekommt man keinen Platz, das lief alles sehr unflexibel ab. Auch wenn viele Tische frei waren, durfte man dort nicht zum Essen gehen. Eine Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, weil ich versehentlich in einen falschen Personalraum eingetreten bin. Der Kinderbereich ist toll. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Kinderwagen schon sehr beschwerlich - alleine kaum möglich wegen der steilen Treppe. Der feine Kieselstrand war sehr schön, das Wasser wunderbar klar.

Essen im Buffet-Restaurant könnte besser sein. Essen in den Themen-Restaurant sind super. Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

Nice hotel. Lucky it wasnt peak season. The facilities are nice and the staff are very friendly. The food is varied and a decent selection for all pallets and diets. If youre gluten free chat to the chef and he'll go through what is available. The water in the swimming pools are very cold so be warned. But overall thoroughly enjoyable. The restaurants in the hotel have to be booked in advance which can be done on their app or at the entrance to the buffet restaurant at 10.30. Italian,asian,greek,mexican and a burger joint. The food is absolutely beautiful. A must for all .

Could be a really great hotel. There were lots of positives but it felt like corners were being cut to save costs. Lots of reviews talk about the food. The buffet was fine good for kids, but could definitely be improved. The a la carte restaurants weren't amazing. Nice settings and service but the food was below average. The Mexican was really bad unfortunately. Another gripe was how complicated it was to get water - it's hot there and people need quick and easy access to water, not to queue behind lots of people waiting for cocktails and coffees to be made. Suggestion - out water refill points around the hotel. And not enough sunloungers. Quite annoying. But a beautiful setting, lots of good staff. But it really coild be better.
