Property was very clean. Would not rate it a 5* as it needs a major upgrade which i believe is happeing for next year. Had no problems with food was something to eat everyday. The pan asia is really good and you can order asuch as you want. The greek brunch is good also and the greek a la carte. Pool areas do need some tlc, but i think everything as been put on hold for the refurb. The area around isnt great not much to do but their are buses taking you to lindos which is worth a visit and to rhodes town. Overall had agreat holiday and i think this hotel will be amazing once been refurbished. One of the villas was ready and it looked amazing Overall had a good holiday.

Großes Problem mit reservierten Liegen, sehr häufig der Großteil reserviert, aber häufig nicht in Anspruch genommen. Obwohl offiziell Reservierungen nicht gewünscht werden, wird durch das Personal nicht kontrolliert. Wird in anderen Hotels der Sterneklasse anders gehandhabt. Ist z.B. ein Problem, wenn man nach Ausflügen erst später an den Pool oder an den Strand möchte, dann ist alles reserviert (nicht belegt). Könnte eventuell auch daran liegen, das man sich Handtücher ohne Limit holen kann und dann einfach auf den Liegen verteilen kann. Speisen im Hauptrestaurant sind ausreichend, man wird satt, freut sich aber nicht auch etwas besonderes. Keine Duschen, leider nur Badewannen mit Abtrennung. Insgesamt eher durchschnittliche 4 Sterne, aber auch in dieser Kategorie nicht erste Wahl. Von meiner Seite aus keine Empfehlung und wir werden es nicht wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Mitsis Rodos Maris, l’hôtel est globalement propre, le personnel est aimable, et la plage est magnifique. Cependant, certains points ont clairement gâché l’expérience : • Le service au bar de la plage est très lent, même lorsqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. Il faut parfois attendre plus de 15 minutes pour un simple cocktail. • Au buffet, la variété des viandes est très limitée. On retrouve souvent les mêmes plats, ce qui devient vite répétitif, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. • Le restaurant à la carte de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis de vraiment profiter du moment : tout a été expédié en 20 minutes entre le plat et le dessert, sans réelle ambiance ou attention. • Côté piscine, il y a un sérieux problème de gestion des transats. Beaucoup de vacanciers déposent leur essuie très tôt le matin, certains n’y viennent même pas de la journée et ne récupèrent leur essuie que le soir, ce qui rend très difficile de trouver une place, même à des heures normales. L’hôtel a du potentiel, mais il devrait vraiment faire un effort sur la gestion des espaces communs et la qualité de l’expérience culinaire. Dommage pour un établissement de cette gamme.

Food, drinks, service/staff = excellent Facilities need updating - the rooms, pool area and Sun loungers were not of 5* quality and not child-friendly (sharp, broken edges around pool etc)

Overall nice resort . Not much entertainment and booking restaurants was a little difficult due to capacity . Clean spaces and good food overall . Room and bathroom clean.

On arrival the hotel & reception felt very inviting, but sadly that’s where it ended. The rooms were okay, cleaned daily but in need of refurbishment. The buffet food was standard for an all-inclusive, though repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were much better—less hectic and more enjoyable. Disappointingly, there was little daytime activity. We never saw staff by the pool engaging guests or promoting activities. The pool itself was odd—shallow on one side but dropping to over 3 meters on the other, which may explain the lack of pool games. The sunbeds were uncomfortable metal mesh; they shifted when you sat and often slipped if they didn’t catch properly. The best part of the hotel was the staff. The pool bar team were fantastic, always friendly and hardworking, as were those tidying up around the grounds. The main bar staff were equally great, especially a cheerful lady whose name I didn’t catch. Special mention to Simon, the manager, who was always happy to chat. He mentioned a major refurbishment is planned, and if the villa he showed us is any indication, it will be a huge improvement, but no doubt this will affect the pricing

Ein wunderschönes 5* All-Inklusiv-Hotel - ca 6 versch. Restaurants, 2-3 Snack-Bars, ca 5 Cafe/Cocktailbars, 3-4 Pools, direkt am Strand, Liegen gratis, Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Meerblick oder Bungalows, alles sauber und ordentlich, Zimmer gut ausgestattet (Balkon, Klimaanlage, TV mit dt. Programmen, Wasserkocher, Minibar, Fön, Bademantel, Hausschuh, Pflegeprod., Safe, Handtuchwechsel täglich, großer Schrank, ausreichend Bügel, Kissenwahl) tägl. Animationsprogramm, nettes Personal, immer freundlich! Nachteile - etwas weit von Rhodos entfernt - das meiste Personal spricht nur englisch - viele englische Gäste - leider wird man überall zum scannen aufgefordert um etwas zu erfahren (Speisekarte, Hotelplan, Tischreservierung in den A-la-Card-Restaurants usw.) - auch keinerlei Flyer oder ähnliches zu Betätigung auf der Insel!

Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt waren die à la carte Restaurants: Obwohl sie angeblich im Preis inbegriffen sind, waren diese schon bei unserer Ankunft für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes ausgebucht. Dadurch blieb uns nur das Hauptrestaurant, das stark überfüllt und laut war – eine Atmosphäre, die eher an eine Kantine als an ein Urlaubsresort erinnert. Insgesamt wirkte vieles lieblos organisiert, ohne Rücksicht auf Qualität oder Gästekomfort. Wer Erholung, guten Service und etwas Exklusivität sucht, wird hier wahrscheinlich enttäuscht.

What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday. Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine.

De prijs kwaliteit voor dit hotel is echt onder de maat. De status van de kamers is zeker geen 5 sterren kwaliteit, de enkele los tegen elkaar geschoven bedden verschuiven al bijna als je je omdraait, de matrassen zijn redelijk. De kamers zijn erg gehorig, vooral de badkamers en toiletten en onder open kier van de voordeur door hoor je alles en komen beestjes naar binnen. Er is overal eten en drinken beschikbaar, maar achteraf bleek dat je voor alle alla card restaurants vooraf via een app moest reserveren, minimaal 3 dagen, dus bij een kort verblijf moet je heel veel regelen om toch een tafel te krijgen. De hygiëne in het algemene restaurant is twijfelachtig, alle “schone” borden waren nog nat en de glazen roken naar vies oud afwaswater. De kwaliteit van het eten is ok, maar niet speciaal. Al met al is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding echt niet ok en vond ik het veel te duur. Volgende keer weer gewoon een normaal hotel en zelf gebruik maken van goede Griekse restaurants.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, die kleine Bar bietet leckere Snacks und Getränke, und die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand sind ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank Mitsis Maris!

TOP ! Perfekt! Das Mitsis Maris Rhodos war eine ausgezeichte Wahl! Wir haben hier wundervolle Tage verbracht mit hervorragenden Personal, hier möchte ich jeden einzelnen loben ! Die Speisen waren so toll, vor allem in den À la Carte Restaurants. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Meer fantastisch! Beste Wasserqualität trotz Kieselstrand . Ganz ganz herrlich! .. Mitsis Maris : hier stimmte Alles! Super .. absolut zu empfehlen!

Not as expected for a 5* hotel. Website misleading for menus. Creparie isn’t fully open yet so no waffles, basic crepe with choc or jam option. Pizzeria only a slice plain cheese. Pita gyros corner only two options of pork or falafel. Drinks - they do not follow the menu, over half not available. Incredibly frustrating as I’m can’t drink alcohol and there was only 2 mock tails out of the entire list with no reason why others not available. Room - not properly cleaned. Massive ant problem. Tested if the cleaners do clean the room by leaving a little bit of suncream on the floor - this wasn’t cleaned all week. The most unaceptable part was despite having “do not disturb” sign on door, on MULTIPLE occasions staff unlock the door and let themselves on. My partner was in the shower, I just got out the shower. We didn’t request maintenance, or anything. They just let themselves in!! (door was locked!)!We complained multiple times to reception and this wasn’t resolved and no one came back to us. Complete invasion of privacy and totally unacceptable. There was probably more times they let themselves in when we weren’t in the room! Rooms also very noisy. Pool loungers falling apart. The pool is salt water from the sea which is unpleasant. Okay for around 20 mins only. Perks include parking area. Most (not all) staff that speak English well enough are friendly and food is good. Overall not a 5* experience. More like 3* . Good enough for basic holiday, just not 5*.

Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles loin de là !!! Malgré tout restauration bien organisée on attend très peu mais assez banale et personnel très lent voir peu compétent mais bar et animation en soirée très bien Gâteau anniversaire et pétillant dans la chambre apporte très gentiment L e Monsieur qui l’a fait est celui qui apporte des boissons dans le mini bar de la chambre il connaît son métier Au desk 1 employée s’est acharnée pendant 1 heure! a l’arrivée !! à être désagréable pour l’octroi d une chambre sur les 2 réservées même ses collègues, vues leurs têtes et leurs voix,lui disaient en grec d arrêter…. Cette chambre avait une belle vue mais…pour l’atteindre long couloir un peu poubelle ( la journée du samedi on y a laissé un lit d appoint et 2 lits de bébés.. j’ai même pris une photo ! ) Surtout propreté douteuse des draps , fourmis au sol et sur les meubles La préposée au ménage est une arsouille : draps juste rabattus, 3 jours pour changer une partie de la literie, pas de remplacement des verres sales, pas de nettoyage du sol etc…et en plus… très agressive … me demandant de sourire !! La base de ce qui est l’hôtellerie n’est même pas respectée. alors ne parlons pas des étoiles

The hotel its self was ok, the rooms were equipped with all we needed. The food was wonderful and plenty of choice. We did not have any room cleaning or fresh towels and toilet roll for the first 3 days. I called reception and they agreed to send housekeeping! No apology! An hour later another call! We were waiting to get showered to attend a wedding. Another call and some stern words and finally someone came. We generally found the reception staff very unhelpful. Other than that we had a nice holiday but unfortunately, I don’t think we would go back to this hotel.

Il manque un peu de rénovation dans les chambre et l’hôtel.

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön, die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neuesten, Steckdosen und USB-Anschlüsse fehlen. Duschen mit Warmwasser ist eine sehr langwierige Prozedur. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert; Verpflegung, Strandnähe und Freundlichkeit sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Schön gelegenes, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick, was für 4 Personen viel zu eng war. Die Kinder mussten auf einem in 2 Teile auseinander gebauten viel zu kleinen, harten Schlaf-Sofa schlafen. Fenster kann man leider nicht kippen, nur komplett öffnen. Fliegengitter gibt es keine, sodass nachts alles voller Mücken ist. Im Bad kommt erst nach 10min warmes Wasser. Die Anlage an sich ist schön und gepflegt. Sowohl das Hauptrestaurant als auch die Themenrestaurants sind sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist das durchweg extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal!!

A five star property trying to be 3* Good location , great views. So great when it was first constructed I guess. But a lot of issues. Good things first. Drinks place near main reception is very good and cooler than the rest of the hotel. AC in room good WiFi ok. They stock the minibar free which is good. Arranged like a Greek village with well kept gardens , pool and ambience. Now the rest. Firstly the reception staff need to be reasonably knowledgeable about hotel and surroundings etc. they don’t seem to know or not care. Generally most staff seemed a bit fed up ; some were good. Can’t get sun beds if delayed even a bit. Either by pool or by beach! Can’t get reservation easily at restaurants esp the Asian one. We tried online and at reception many times ; apparently you need to book it before you even get there ; which we were told after we got there! Oh well! The buffet room is very warm and uncomfortable; not sure if it’s AC or because there is a grill station there. Food is ok in parts. A bit hit and miss. Certainly not “wow”. Perhaps because of overtourism ( including us!) most Rhodians ( I checked!) were apathetic towards tourists. Different experience to other Greek islands. Sound like first world problems but if you are advertising as five star the expectations are high!

I had conflicting expectations for this hotel. The price is about 100 euro per night for two people (all inclusive) but it’s listed as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. It’s fine. It seemed great for families with kids. However I went with my mother and it’s not really ideal for child-free guests. The guest services were challenging to coordinate with and were at times very slow. The food in the main dining area was actually quite good but it was nothing fancy. There was a dress code posted for dinner, but that’s a joke. It’s basically a glorified cafeteria and no one dressed up. We always dined right at opening, and by the time we left the dining room each night, there was a huge line of people waiting to get in with their fussy children. The close proximity to the beach was nice, the drinks were good - even though sometimes it was a good 20 minute wait to get a drink at the beach bar. There is an app for the resort, which when I asked the concierge several questions she told me to use the app, but the app wasn’t accurate about everything and didn’t have a live chat function. Also the hotel is about one hour away from Rhodes City, which is where most of the things to do are, so just know that when booking the hotel. Overall, it was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. The food service staff were friendly. The food was good, if not anything special. I feel I got what I paid for, but not 5 star.

If you want to go into main town and you dont drive you will suffer on them buses. Hotel prices are ridiculous, buffet food is terrible. Staff arent very friendly. The room is not luxury in any way.

Recently stayed at this resort as part of a 10yr anniversary so we had around 30+ of us staying in the hotel. Although prior to arriving there was a lot of liasing with the staff at the hotel it seemed they were a bit overwhelmed with having so many guests from one party. Food was average - desserts and the Greek restaurant served the best food. Having been to several different all inclusives previously, this is the first where you had to book for lunch, there wasn’t much leeway there either despite most tables being empty. The manager and check in staff and bell boys were lovely, the staff in some of the restaurants and in particular the ice cream parlour were rude - you almost felt bad asking her for an ice cream. There were no pool activities whilst we were there during the day. The entertainment in the evening was also average. Rooms could do with a little renovation. Overall I wouldn’t say it’s a 5star but probably more 3 to 4 star.

Staff very friendly and happy-first time to Greece-because of the resort/staff we will be returning-We stayed in “The Villa” and it was absolutely amazing.

There is an app for the resort, which when I asked the concierge several questions she told me to use the app, but the app wasn’t accurate about everything and didn’t have a live chat function. Also the hotel is about one hour away from Rhodes City, which is where most of the things to do are, so just know that when booking the hotel. Overall, it was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. The food service staff were friendly. The food was good, if not anything special. I feel I got what I paid for, but not 5 star.

The hotel is not a 5 stars hotel, it is very old and look very bad. The reception wasn’t available even though we called 3 times at different times. The service wasn’t good at all- they didn’t explain anything about the hotel in our arrival, the forgot to give us bracelets, and everything was really bad.

The hotel its self was ok, the rooms were equipped with all we needed. The food was wonderful and plenty of choice. We did not have any room cleaning or fresh towels and toilet roll for the first 3 days. I called reception and they agreed to send housekeeping! No apology! An hour later another call! We were waiting to get showered to attend a wedding. Another call and some stern words and finally someone came. We generally found the reception staff very unhelpful. Other than that we had a nice holiday but unfortunately, I don’t think we would go back to this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. The food was excellent - so much choice and superb quality. The drinks were great too. Lovely relaxing holiday!

The pan asia is really good and you can order asuch as you want. The greek brunch is good also and the greek a la carte. Pool areas do need some tlc, but i think everything as been put on hold for the refurb. The area around isnt great not much to do but their are buses taking you to lindos which is worth a visit and to rhodes town. Overall had agreat holiday and i think this hotel will be amazing once been refurbished. One of the villas was ready and it looked amazing Overall had a good holiday.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, die kleine Bar bietet leckere Snacks und Getränke, und die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand sind ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank Mitsis Maris!

Mitsis Rodos is a beautiful resort , good for families, especially with children, has so much fun, shows, activities to all ages. Food is good and if you aren’t going with children they have smaller restaurants that are really nice, the greek brunch is really outstanding!! Magician show, live music, tennis court. The only point not so good is the beach that is blue , really beautiful but with stones. They have bars on the beach and a pizza station, delicious! It’s worthwhile, go there. Just be careful and rent a car in advance, then you could see all beaches around, and just from the international known companies, like hertz, or from local like extreme, marathon or Rodos cars. Be careful because there are small companies with old and dangerous cars that aren’t reliable like Dimitra cars, really a bad choice.

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön, die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neuesten, Steckdosen und USB-Anschlüsse fehlen. Duschen mit Warmwasser ist eine sehr langwierige Prozedur. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert; Verpflegung, Strandnähe und Freundlichkeit sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Ce qui est rare la bas Le manager a réagi agréablement suite à un problème de navette à l’aller en nous offrant le retour à l’aéroport : hôtel à conseiller 👍

A five star property trying to be 3* Good location , great views. So great when it was first constructed I guess. But a lot of issues. Good things first. Drinks place near main reception is very good and cooler than the rest of the hotel. AC in room good WiFi ok. They stock the minibar free which is good. Arranged like a Greek village with well kept gardens , pool and ambience. Now the rest. Firstly the reception staff need to be reasonably knowledgeable about hotel and surroundings etc. they don’t seem to know or not care. Generally most staff seemed a bit fed up ; some were good. Can’t get sun beds if delayed even a bit. Either by pool or by beach! Can’t get reservation easily at restaurants esp the Asian one. We tried online and at reception many times ; apparently you need to book it before you even get there ; which we were told after we got there! Oh well! The buffet room is very warm and uncomfortable; not sure if it’s AC or because there is a grill station there. Food is ok in parts. A bit hit and miss. Certainly not “wow”. Perhaps because of overtourism ( including us!) most Rhodians ( I checked!) were apathetic towards tourists. Different experience to other Greek islands. Sound like first world problems but if you are advertising as five star the expectations are high!

What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday. Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine.

Nice spot and great beach. We`ve enjoyed our stay.

I had conflicting expectations for this hotel. The price is about 100 euro per night for two people (all inclusive) but it’s listed as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. It’s fine. It seemed great for families with kids. However I went with my mother and it’s not really ideal for child-free guests. The guest services were challenging to coordinate with and were at times very slow. The food in the main dining area was actually quite good but it was nothing fancy. There was a dress code posted for dinner, but that’s a joke. It’s basically a glorified cafeteria and no one dressed up. We always dined right at opening, and by the time we left the dining room each night, there was a huge line of people waiting to get in with their fussy children. The close proximity to the beach was nice, the drinks were good - even though sometimes it was a good 20 minute wait to get a drink at the beach bar. Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Mitsis Rodos Maris, l’hôtel est globalement propre, le personnel est aimable, et la plage est magnifique. Cependant, certains points ont clairement gâché l’expérience : • Le service au bar de la plage est très lent, même lorsqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. Il faut parfois attendre plus de 15 minutes pour un simple cocktail. • Au buffet, la variété des viandes est très limitée. On retrouve souvent les mêmes plats, ce qui devient vite répétitif, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. • Le restaurant à la carte de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis de vraiment profiter du moment : tout a été expédié en 20 minutes entre le plat et le dessert, sans réelle ambiance ou attention. • Côté piscine, il y a un sérieux problème de gestion des transats. Beaucoup de vacanciers déposent leur essuie très tôt le matin, certains n’y viennent même pas de la journée et ne récupèrent leur essuie que le soir, ce qui rend très difficile de trouver une place, même à des heures normales. L’hôtel a du potentiel, mais il devrait vraiment faire un effort sur la gestion des espaces communs et la qualité de l’expérience culinaire. Dommage pour un établissement de cette gamme.

Polite and friendly staff. Great room and comfy bed, loved the balcony with sea view. Meal options were tasty and varied.

Not as expected for a 5* hotel. Website misleading for menus. Creparie isn’t fully open yet so no waffles, basic crepe with choc or jam option. Pizzeria only a slice plain cheese. Pita gyros corner only two options of pork or falafel. Drinks - they do not follow the menu, over half not available. Incredibly frustrating as I’m can’t drink alcohol and there was only 2 mock tails out of the entire list with no reason why others not available. Room - not properly cleaned. Massive ant problem. Tested if the cleaners do clean the room by leaving a little bit of suncream on the floor - this wasn’t cleaned all week. The most unaceptable part was despite having “do not disturb” sign on door, on MULTIPLE occasions staff unlock the door and let themselves on. My partner was in the shower, I just got out the shower. We didn’t request maintenance, or anything. They just let themselves in!! (door was locked!)!We complained multiple times to reception and this wasn’t resolved and no one came back to us. Complete invasion of privacy and totally unacceptable. There was probably more times they let themselves in when we weren’t in the room! Rooms also very noisy. Pool loungers falling apart. The pool is salt water from the sea which is unpleasant. Okay for around 20 mins only. Perks include parking area. Most (not all) staff that speak English well enough are friendly and food is good. Overall not a 5* experience. More like 3* . Good enough for basic holiday, just not 5*.

On arrival the hotel & reception felt very inviting, but sadly that’s where it ended. The rooms were okay, cleaned daily but in need of refurbishment. The buffet food was standard for an all-inclusive, though repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were much better—less hectic and more enjoyable. Disappointingly, there was little daytime activity. We never saw staff by the pool engaging guests or promoting activities. The pool itself was odd—shallow on one side but dropping to over 3 meters on the other, which may explain the lack of pool games. The sunbeds were uncomfortable metal mesh; they shifted when you sat and often slipped if they didn’t catch properly. The best part of the hotel was the staff. The pool bar team were fantastic, always friendly and hardworking, as were those tidying up around the grounds. The main bar staff were equally great, especially a cheerful lady whose name I didn’t catch. Special mention to Simon, the manager, who was always happy to chat. He mentioned a major refurbishment is planned, and if the villa he showed us is any indication, it will be a huge improvement, but no doubt this will affect the pricing

Recently stayed at this resort as part of a 10yr anniversary so we had around 30+ of us staying in the hotel. Although prior to arriving there was a lot of liasing with the staff at the hotel it seemed they were a bit overwhelmed with having so many guests from one party. Food was average - desserts and the Greek restaurant served the best food. Having been to several different all inclusives previously, this is the first where you had to book for lunch, there wasn’t much leeway there either despite most tables being empty. The manager and check in staff and bell boys were lovely, the staff in some of the restaurants and in particular the ice cream parlour were rude - you almost felt bad asking her for an ice cream. There were no pool activities whilst we were there during the day. The entertainment in the evening was also average. Rooms could do with a little renovation. Overall I wouldn’t say it’s a 5star but probably more 3 to 4 star.

Es hat an nichts gemangelt, besonders die A La Carte Restaurants waren sehr gut. Der Manager hat meinem BVB Trikot Komplimente gemacht, daher beste wo gibt

Cet hôtel était bien il y a 4 ou 5 ans. J'y suis retourné aujourd'hui mais ce n'est plus pareil. On s'ennuie trop. Le buffet n'est pas top du tout. Les restos chinois, Mexican et grec sont vraiment pas bon non plus. Il n'y a rien à voir avec les autres Mitsis Grosse déception en tout cas. Le personnel est très sympathique heureusement.
