Tem opção de janta de ué Piscina não é quente, apenas “não fria”. Quartos tem calefação ruim e ficam quente demais mesmo com o aquecedor fechado e umidade na janela pingando . Tem uma estrutura mais antiga e tudo faz barulho: elevador , pessoas no corredor , som na recepção. Mas a decepção foi uma festa até meia noite no Wine bar do hotel com DJ para um público externo de jovens. Não dava para dormir e mesmo com reclamação não cessou barulho. Algo muito incômodo pelo preço pago nesta época do ano para um hotel que se diz de contato com natureza e descanso. A gerente disse que não esperavam que isso iria atrapalhar. Lembro que em Bariloche precisamos acordar cedo para os passeios e ski.

Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage. Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably our best in Patagonia.

While the staff was nice, it felt understaffed to support individuals staying there. Restaurant / bar was not always open when they should and did not have all services I would expect from a four star. Location was great to get to ski and the lake is beautiful from property but missing amenities made it not worth the price we paid.

Um dia melhores hoteis e com um dos melhores custo-beneficio de Bariloche! EXCELENTE! Fiz reserva no dia, pois chegamos na cidade com o Cruce Andino para ficar no NH, no centro, lugar feio, odiamos! Saímos e fomos para o La Cascada! Lindo em todos os detalhes, com praia de lago em frente. Tem uma cascata na propriedade, jardim lindo. Conta com um dos mais renomados restaurantes, melhor experiencia culinaria na cidade, pratos de Chef excelente, poucas mesas, intimista, atendimento nota 10. Uma adega de vinhos que surpreendeu. Provamos vinhos bem diferentes. Esse hotel foi a melhor experiencia de verao em Bariloche!

Considero que el spa deberia tener una sala de masajes asignado. A tal fin de modo q se pueda usar el spa una vez q se finaliza el masaje. Restricciones al uso de menores segun el horario. A partir de ls 20 hs x ejemplo. Y Que durante el uso de la pisicina no se puedan tirar de bomba ni de cabeza Respetar los horarios de descanso hablando bajo .

They put in Expedia that they have gym , but in the end they didn’t . It was important for us , so if we know that there is no gym we will chose something else , but rest was fine , also super beautiful view from everywhere

Me hospedei pela segunda vez no hotel visto que a primeira experiência havia sido muito boa, infelizmente levei toda minha família para esse segundo momento e tivemos vários problemas com quartos barulhentos, roupa de cama suja, atendentes sem uniforme e se quer faziam o fogo na lareira. Parece que o hotel perdeu o brilho que tinha, com pessoas desmotivadas e sem vontade de estar ali. Torço que busquem se requalificar, melhorar o café da manhã e trazer novamente a qualidade que o hotel merece.

Hébergement vieillissant ; nous avions pris la suite parentale. Un hôtel quelconque, simplement logé dans uns villa proche du lac. Bariloche nous a offert beaucoup mieux, pour nettement moins cher.

We booked online, the photos are impressive, but the room was small for 2 people and the price was a little high for what they offer in the facilities. The heating has no control and it was very hot!

Hotel excelente, funcionários extremamente educados, quartos confortáveis, porém o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Pouca variedade, não há reposição suficiente, poucas mesas. Tive que aguardar para sentar. Fora o café da manhã, o restante é espetacular.

Acredito que faltam bons comentarios a este hotel em Bariloche! Ele é bem localizado em frente ao lago, mas perto do centro e demais atrações como Cerro Catedral e Circuito Chico. Tem uma vista linda e é bastante aconchegante. O quarto e o banheiro são bons, foi uma agradavel estadia de 8 dias! Se tivesse que fazer uma sugestão seria para melhorar o cafe da manha (ficamos bastante tempo e ele nao muda muito).
Acredito que faltam bons comentarios a este hotel em Bariloche! Ele é bem localizado em frente ao lago, mas perto do centro e demais atrações como Cerro Catedral e Circuito Chico. Tem uma vista linda e é bastante aconchegante. O quarto e o banheiro são bons, foi uma agradavel estadia de 8 dias! Hotel excelente, funcionários extremamente educados, quartos confortáveis, porém o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Pouca variedade, não há reposição suficiente, poucas mesas. Tive que aguardar para sentar. Fora o café da manhã, o restante é espetacular.

Fizemos uma viagem em familia, 3 casais. Infelizmente sentimos do hotel um certo desleixo visto que a temporada de ski e neve, estava fraca. Café da manha super simples, atendimento sem muita atenção. Em resumo, esperávamos mais do hotel pelo preço ao qual pagamos as diárias.

O hotel é incrível, é como estar em casa. Tem uma vista linda para o lago, quarto espaçoso e bem quentinho. O café da manhã é bem variado e fomos super atendidos por uma brasileira que trabalha no hotel. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage. Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably our best in Patagonia.

While the staff was nice, it felt understaffed to support individuals staying there. Restaurant / bar was not always open when they should and did not have all services I would expect from a four star. Location was great to get to ski and the lake is beautiful from property but missing amenities made it not worth the price we paid.

Saímos e fomos para o La Cascada! Lindo em todos os detalhes, com praia de lago em frente. Tem uma cascata na propriedade, jardim lindo. Conta com um dos mais renomados restaurantes, melhor experiencia culinaria na cidade, pratos de Chef excelente, poucas mesas, intimista, atendimento nota 10. Uma adega de vinhos que surpreendeu. Provamos vinhos bem diferentes. Esse hotel foi a melhor experiencia de verao em Bariloche!

Acredito que faltam bons comentarios a este hotel em Bariloche! Ele é bem localizado em frente ao lago, mas perto do centro e demais atrações como Cerro Catedral e Circuito Chico. Tem uma vista linda e é bastante aconchegante. O quarto e o banheiro são bons, foi uma agradavel estadia de 8 dias! Se tivesse que fazer uma sugestão seria para melhorar o cafe da manha (ficamos bastante tempo e ele nao muda muito).

Hotel é bonito, pois tem uma vista incrível do lago . Tem ambientes com lareiras e bem aconchegantes . Café é bem saboroso: come médialunas, pães , algumas frutas , café , iogurtes , bolos, etc. Mas não é aquela variedade de hotéis que temos do Brasil. Tem opção de janta de ué Piscina não é quente, apenas “não fria”. Quartos tem calefação ruim e ficam quente demais mesmo com o aquecedor fechado e umidade na janela pingando . Tem uma estrutura mais antiga e tudo faz barulho: elevador , pessoas no corredor , som na recepção. Mas a decepção foi uma festa até meia noite no Wine bar do hotel com DJ para um público externo de jovens. Não dava para dormir e mesmo com reclamação não cessou barulho. Algo muito incômodo pelo preço pago nesta época do ano para um hotel que se diz de contato com natureza e descanso. A gerente disse que não esperavam que isso iria atrapalhar. Lembro que em Bariloche precisamos acordar cedo para os passeios e ski.
