Highly recommended! All rooms are pet friendly. No pet fee. Staff were super friendly. Overall hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious with great blankets. Provided snacks and breakfast but also nearby restaurants. Very affordable.

Bed was reasonably comfortable, but the feather bedding made my nose run all night. Broken chair arm, broken (leaking) shower head, broken main lock on patio door, breakfast sandwiches kept under lock and key during morning breakfast, and the ONLY ice machine in the building was inoperative. NOT a pleasant experience, overall.

Not recommended Note: This was a suite with a separate bedroom area & sitting area. Pros: Quiet and comfortable bed, kitchen cabinets were modern and there was new laminate flooring in the main area. Cons: stained towels, wires hanging out below the heat/AC unit, hair in the tub, sink wouldn’t drain, stained and rusting bowl in bathroom sink, shower head disgusting, bathroom tiles were filthy, bathroom door nob cover falling off, sofa was retro avocado green with stains all over the arms, blue chair was soooo hard that it was terribly uncomfortable to sit in. When I brought the issues to the attention of the front desk staff, they simply said “Oh, sorry.” No offer to compensate or take note of any of my concerns. I took photos of the above. I would not recommend staying here.

(This was in May 2021) The suite my daughter and I stayed in had cockroaches and hadn't been cleaned in what looked like many months. There were NO other hotel rooms available anywhere NEAR this hotel so we had no choice but to stay. It was 1:00 am by the time we finished the Avril concert, got something to eat and got back to the hotel (which is when we discovered the cockroach situation.) It completely ruined our trip as we had planned on staying 2 nights and having a nice mother- daughter weekend but we checked out the next morning and we were so exhausted from not sleeping all night out of fear of the cockroaches that we just drove back to Regina. The hotel did not charge us for the stay. I had photos and videos of the cockroaches and the filthy state the room was in that I showed the staff and they assured me they've never had any other complaints regarding this but it's hard to believe because where there's one you see, there's many many more you don't see.

There was grime in all the corners of our room including the bathroom. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Cleaning staff started cleaning our room while we were out, before checkout time, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign up. Lots of scuff marks on the walls and scrapes on the floor. Very poor value for the price.

Left 1:30am because I was awoken by a bug in the covers with me crawling on my leg. It was a very large wood tick. Ants were crawling on the floor as well. I was told it was a wood tick as I killed it and left it there on the bed for the staff to see.

Have to maintain better and the cleaning was terrible with sticky floors and left food in the fridge. It was gross but the smell of cigarettes was the worst. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and the smell of old cigarette smoke was almost too much for me

The hotel is convenient to restaurants, gas stations and main access routes. The access to an outside door is perfect for people traveling with pets. The bathroom we had needed some attention, along with the outside door. The front end staff were very kind and friendly.

We have stayed at this location a number of times and likely will again. However on this occasion, the breakfast was sub-par with both the pancake and waffle machine either inoperable or out of batter. In addition, the bread for toast was low and not replenished.

It is potentially a quiet hotel, far enough from the highway. However, it was good that I brought earplugs, because the air conditioner was a bit loud. They had blackout curtains, so sleeping well beyond sunrise was possible and achieved. I really appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave in the suite, and that the cleaning staff doesn't pop in after just one night (as I was staying 2 nights), because I knew they had not touched any of my stuff. The tv had lots of channels. They have very good coffee and orange juice, as well as quick oatmeal, at the breakfast bar. The Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches are fine one morning, but I really didn't want to eat another one the second morning. It's too bad they don't make their own omellettes or scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes, and ham, bacon or sausage. They really don't actually fix anything for breakfast, other than that incredible coffee.

Well worn to the point of shabby. The price reflects that though. A half hearted attempt at maintenance and dirty corners. Worn linens but the pillows were newish. Breakfast was continental at best. There was a waffle maker but it didn’t work. Coffee was weak.

This hotel was clean and the employees were all very friendly. The hotel is quite dated and in a not so great area of the city. Our biggest complaint was that the hotel claims a hot breakfast which ends up being oatmeal or microwaved breakfast sandwiches. That was definitely a disappointment. All in all, a pretty good hotel for the price. It got the job done.

We had booked a suite and the TV in the living room was not working, Front desk staff tried to get it working but couldn't so he called up the service person for the property by the name of Hamza El.Idrissi. This was later in the evening but he was able to switch a couple of things around and get it working. We were impressed by the help, very friendly and could have easily pushed us off until the next day. We had our dog with us and having outside access was a real bonus. All in all, it was a very acceptable stay at a location we have used many times over the years.
