The gym if you can call it that. Most of the equipment didnt actually work. There was some free weights at least. The room while huge and nice was hot. We tried to turn heat down but it wouldn't. The space was amazign though. As a family of 5 the price was decent and everyone was able to have a bed.

Had a good stay, pool was nice lots of options to experience with the splash park and slides plus multiple pools but wish the pools were warmer, hot tubs were hot water slide water water was nice and warm but pools were on the cooler side. Kiddo would be shivering after about a half hour in the water

The wi-fi connection was very poor, and you can even watch Netflix or YouTube on the Tv. Other than that, the customer service was good. The hotel was too crowded. The swimming pool and the slides are fun.

There has not been one time I have stayed here and the waterpark was actually operational. The hot tub could cook lobster in 2 minutes, the slides were not working, the elevator doors couldn't even close properly. The least you could do is offer a complimentary breakfast to make up for it.

Unfortunately there were renovations in the fitness center and the second pool splash pad area. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as we would have looked for another location. Otherwise the room, the service, and the facilities were enjoyable.

Beyond the massive fight that happened outside our room on and off for hours all night, the bathroom light/fan combo sounded like a jet engine. There was a disgusting bug that closely resembled a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh and the pop machines were broken so you couldn't get bottled water. We asked the manager to call us and now, 3 days later, we have not heard from them.

You don’t get what reserved. I reserved 2 rooms -2 queen size beds and they gave me doubles when I asked about it they said they were queens but definitely was not queens. The price was expensive not worth the quality I had blood on my walls and ceiling house keeping came at 7-8 am and then we had to find them to ask for essentials (toilet paper etc) overall not worth it for the price they advertise!

There was mold in the sink and shower/tub. It was really dirty and it was obvious that it was not cleaned properly. It was extremely loud and there was no quiet time enforced, which is extremely frustrating when travelling with two young children. The pool was dated and one of the main pools was closed. The only family friendly thing about the hotel was the themed room (which was dirty) and the pool (which was partially closed). Myself and my two boys were almost run over by the snow plow which decided to go backwards without looking or notice, i advised the front desk of this when checking in and they didn’t even offer as much as an apology.

Hotel is getting run down. The cleaning standards are terrible. We found candy and toy in the main area that weren't very visible if the person cleaned the floor. There was a bunch of toilet paper on the base of the toilet. The sticker from the crotch of a bathing suit was stuck to the middle of the wall in bathroom. None of this was ours.

Nedding wasnt changed,no staff on duty to do it so had to chamge sheets ourself. Shower was hanging off the wallbounces back and forth couple inches.needed sealed.tv wasnt workin at first.walls in room were just trashed. Payed extra for themed room. The Castle rooms. Walls just so badly beaten.there was plaster on floor from where it had fallen off and not been swept up.almost added to the old castle look if hadnt know the walls were just a mess.no towels for pool when we went in evening.was booked for a second night but left after 1 and rebooked somewhere else which sucked as the pool side of it was kinda cool for the kids even though really busy.rooms onv need bit upgrading or tlc.and with 260rooms you think there be atleast one maid who able to change a bed after 6pm.

Please save yourself and do not stay here. The pictures of this property are extremely misleading. For over $200 a night, we expected a clean, well maintained hotel stay. But when we arrived, it was immediately apparent that the property is old, dirty and smelled terrible. Our bed linens were pilling, crumbs in the sheets, hair on the towels, stains on the floor, walls and chairs. Paint was chipping off the walls, sink was broken and garbage don the hallways. Internet only worked for a few hours. Kids enjoyed the water park but not worth the price of a night’s stay. The staff were very friendly but overall, this hotel needs major work. We won’t stay here again.

The first room we were given had pet hair all over the floors it got on our clothes and socks, I complained to the front desk and asked someone to come and clean our room properly, but the desk attendant said nobody will be cleaning the room so I hung up. Then I got a phone call back saying we’re being moved to a different room. We got settled in but quickly noticed the noise from the pool was very loud. Constant screaming and yelling from people inside the pool area, and as we were about to sleep at 10pm after the screaming stopped, we heard people through the vents being absurdly loud. On top of everything inside the hotel, my partners suv got broken into during the night.

It was a maze to find our room. We were with 3 other families and asked to stay on the same floor, with our rooms all together. We were all on different floors, and different sections/opposite ends of the hotel. None of us were together at all. The fridge in our room was turned all the way down and all of our food froze. The room we had didnt have any extra chairs or tables for us to eat at.

The first room I went into the heater was so loud I had to get a new room the second room I went into the TV did did not work and the shower was a bit uncontrollable so they moved me into a third room the third room the heater was so noisy that I finally gave up. I went out and bought some earplugs And slept with earplugs.

This is a cool family hotel. Good prices. Ok beds The pool is amazing with several water slides. However, if you get an inner room facing the pool you’re going to hear parents and children SCREAMING from 10 am to 10 pm. There are likely better choices for single travellers. Price was reasonable but Saskatoon is unusually expensive compared to Alberta. AC worked ok.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything from your neighbours room, and there’s a constant buzzing/beeping/humming noise in the room so it was quite loud when it came to sleeping. We were ding dong ditched a few times at 2am as well being right by the elevator. The hotel is a bit of a maze but the room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable.

We only stayed 1 night. Two of our rooms had to wait til 5/5:30 before they could check in when check in time was 3:00. That doesn’t give enough time to go swimming, eat and enjoy the room for the one night and those two rooms were not cleaned the best. Floors were still dirty, mirrors streaky so you know they were rushed. I get they only have a certain amount of time to clean each room and that is not their fault but if you don’t have enough house keeping staff to keep up with the rooms and guests being able to check in on time then done run at full capacity. The price normally doesn’t bother me cause we go there specifically for the pool and slides but this time around I don’t think it was worth the $200+. I will say that the maintenance worker was fast and efficient, a tv wasn’t working in one of the rooms that had to wait for check in and he got there quick and got it going!

Pool hours were not managed well. Closed waterslides half an hour before closing pool. Pool was also open 10 min later. Rude waterpark staff. When calling the front desk for more towels due to pool not having any which how do you run out. Took an hour for additional towels. No bag in room for laundry which is handy for wet clothes. Went to front desk to ask for one and was given garbage bags (too thin)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked easy access to parking spots. However, I booked through Expedia asking for 2 Queen beds. When I got there, they said, "Oh, Expedia, and offered one King bed or 2 Queen beds right next to the pool. The pool opened at 8:00 AM and closed at 10:00 PM. It was noisy and the halls frequently had wet spots from people coming from the pool which made it possible to slip.

Upon check in, they could not accept my VISA debit. I understood and agreed to provide another Cc. They wanted the info emailed to them, which I complied but then didnt receive the email. It took 3 staff and 3 tries to send the email. Once the form was complete, it took 2 staff to find the email. I arrived at 9pm, with hopes of uses the pool for the kids. It took an hr to check me in so we werent even able to use the pool. This process is an everyday occurence at a hotel. Should not be this painful. They had over 5 employees at the check in counter and I over-heard conversations of others having the same frustrations. Not the relaxing family evening we were hoping for.

The rooms were run down and the ceiling was peeling pretty bad in our rooms. Our door did not shut properly and we had to make sure it was shut when we left our room, as it liked to pop open. Rooms are very loud and you can hear everyone's conversations. Hallways were dirty. Upon checkout, the total for my stay was higher than I had booked. I asked why and the 2 front staff members, just looked at each other, didn't say anything and were typing something into the computer. The gentleman then asked to see my Expedia price. I thought this was odd....shouldn't they have that on their end? I showed him and he again, didn't say anything. He then handed me a printed receipt with the adjusted total. I asked why they had a higher price and he said "looks like you were getting charged all the taxes twice". Seemed very very off and odd, as I never experienced that ever before and we use Expedia for all our bookings. Make sure you check your totals at this property.

The room didn’t have all the bathroom supplies that were needed and the keurig wouldn’t work the first couple days. We called three times due to neighbouring rooms being very nosy between 10:30pm to midnight on Thursday the 25th and Saturday between 11pm and 1am but the security guard didn’t do anything and was just talking on his cellphone walking up and down the hallway. We asked for a cab to be called the night before but reception and they didn’t actually call like they said they did. I had to call the night before just incase so we made our flights on time. Terri me service don’t waste your money on this place.

Getting to the parking area requires a U-turn or exit, then a left turn from the rear of the mall across the road. Otherwise I had zero issues with this Motel.

Around the back of the hotel is a really scary liquor store and wing place. Many nasty people hanging around outside smoking. Have to go past them to get to the hotel door. Someone tried to follow me in, unauthorized.

Everything with the hotel was good. However the red zone restaurant was terrible. Very poor and unfriendly service and a squealing noise coming from something inside that would drive you crazy. When asked about the noise it was ignored.

Pool and slides are great, we had a pool view room 2nd floor and enjoyed it. Expect to have plenty of pool noise and smell the chlorine though but we didnt mind to much. Breakfast buffet in the morning was not worth your time, over $20 a plate and its equal to a medium quality continental, bacon also had small flies in it. We'd stay again just avoid the restaurant next time.

Did not like that we didn’t get the theme room we originally booked. We were super excited but was told 10 minutes before check in they overbooked. Expedia tried to say it was the hotel and the hotel said it was Expedia. Hotel made it right by giving us breakfast which was amazing. Pools and slides were great as well. Besides not getting what we booked the experience was good.

2 water slides. Pool was pretty small but it was school break so lots of kids. Plenty of staff. Towels were available. Ate in the restaurant at the hotel and both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The water park is fantastic and definitely the draw for this property. Otherwise, the property is definitely showing its age. It is overall well maintained but could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was $18 per person and resembled a continental breakfast, which was disappointing. But staff were great!

I honestly want a refund, the room was dirty, and smelly. Complained 3 times and they didn't do anything and kept saying they couldn't do anything. They didn't vacuum the room before we arrived, I did try and get them to do anything for my daughter for her birthday. Nothing. Almost $20 for a basically Continental breakfast quality is ridiculous. Breakfast was cold and small selection. Also no pricing for breakfast "buffet" anywhere. Restaurants floor was very dirty our first night we came first supper as well. Again over priced food that was cold and gross, I got a half rack of ribs and it was half warm. Glasses dirty. Just terrible gross experience and really ruined my daughter's birthday.
