The room was ready, clean & spotless. All staff were courteous & friendly & helpful. Most noteworthy is the shuttle service to the hospital. That is invaluable as you don't have to get your car, drive & pay for parking ,if you can find a spot, at the hospital & then walk a long way !The morning breakfast was fresh & hot & staff there always had a smile & helping hand !

This hotel is convenient to the U of S. Parking is easy when you have the room card. The pool was closed. I thought it was interesting that the property waited until after my cancellation time to notify me of this. Upon viewing the hotel, it appears to be a reno project, not a short notice shut down. No compensation was offered nor an apology. Check in person was mediocre. Provided one card for a party of 5. Upon noticing this I needed to go to the back of the line and wait for all check ins before getting additional cards. The front loop while waiting to check in is very congested. The hotel area is fairly well lit, as is the parking. It is clean and safe feeling. For these reasons I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My husband had surgery. So I used the shuttle service to and from the hospital so convenient and the savings in hospital parking everyday was a game changer.

Property was close to where I needed to go. It was clean and the staff was friendly. However the rooms were not cleaned daily and when they did clean them, they only took out the trash and made up the beds. On several occasions they left the trash in the room.

Booked a king bed suite for two nights and only used the rooms to rest. No parties or gatherings of any kind. We were out all day and got back around 11pm. First night was not bad. On the second night, the room was getting pretty warm and uncomfortable it was so hard to sleep. We set the a/c to 22C. At around midnight I noticed that it kept on getting warmer. Checked the thermostat and noticed that the a/c was not working. I called the front desk and he sent someone to my room. The guy looked at it and tried it and confirmed that it’s broken. Called front desk (night auditor) again to ask what could be done because I would have a hard time to even have a couple hours of sleep considering I had to get up really early. He said I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning. Sure enough, I didn’t fall asleep until around 3am and that’s only because I took allergy medication to knock me out otherwise the discomfort of a warm room would not let me sleep at all. So I got up at 5:30, showered, packed up and left at 7am. Around 10am I got a very generic email from Veronica, the manager. Email basically says they apologize for the inconvenience and that I should give them another chance. I was so disappointed and basically upset because there’s no effort at all to try the issue. I replied. 2nd email was basically blaming me for not letting them know right away eventhough I did! We will never ever go back and recommend them at all!

New and fresh, comfortable bed, so clean and quiet. The genius soundproof barn door blocks the hall noise and really makes it feel private.Walked around campus, easy access to everything in minutes. Will stay again, thank you!

The hotel was amazing. Rooms are great and comfortable beds. The only thing I would suggest is better signage for the two hotels. Maybe something in the elevators and maybe wrap the doors from the inside explaining the split hotel. It is a bit confusing but otherwise the hotel is great!! I’ll definitely stay there again if the time comes.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The room was thoughtfully put together with multiple places to get ready and lots of plug ins. Bathroom was impeccably clean! Pool area was very nice and very clean. Pool and hot tub water was nice and clear and the exercise room was also well done and clean. Continental breakfast was provided and added a great value to our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to others.

This hotel is stunning - the best, most spacious rooms - soo many plugins for my work & devices. Lots of surfaces & storage for family/luggage. And spacious rooms & HUGE bathrooms - biggest bathroom I think I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

The tvs in the rooms are basically useless I asked front desk they are not smart TVs can't watch Netflix or anything. No water bottles in the rooms. I mean u can include a couple of water bottles in the room and add it to the cost of staying lol. Service was poor and breakfast should be served earlier.

For the price we paid, I don’t think we would return to this hotel. The front desk staff were not very welcoming and did not make any effort to explain anything about the property despite knowing we were first-time guests. While I was signing my check-in paperwork the two ladies behind the desk were even having a personal conversation. One asked the other when they get off work. This isn’t very professional. Our room was clean and quiet but it was a little crowded. One of our kids slept on the pull-out couch and the only extra blanket was a thin throw blanket. The air condition unit was noisy so we kept it off but that made the room hot and stuffy. The hotel lobby and the pool area are nice. The breakfast was nothing spectacular. Good amount of choices bit the scrambled eggs were tasteless and the coffee was weak. The staff member at check-out could have practiced better customer service, as well. They did not take the time to ask how our stay was. To me this should be standard protocol in the hospitality industry.
