Stayed 1 night

Our King Suite was the worst that we’ve ever stayed at the the Saskatoon Inn. We’ve stayed numerous times at this hotel with no issues despite the fact that this hotel is ageing and needs to be refurbished. We’ve never booked a king suite before and we will never do it again. The rug was absolutely disgusting, the shower stall was gross, the caulking around the tub was thick and whatever was on it was never washed off. Was it blood soaked into the caulking or mold? We could not tell. The caulking around the sink was thick and it looked awful. The bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling. The bench at the foot of the bed was stained from who knows what and because of the light green color, it totally stood out. The staff person who greeted us was not welcoming at all, we had to ask about the breakfast coupon as it was not offered to us nor were we advised that the offer was changed. It is only offered for the continental breakfast and you can no longer order from the menu with the coupon. The continental breakfast was fine in terms of what offered but ice cold. We would not recommend booking a king suite and we definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Is it under new ownership????
