The restaurant made two breakfasts both were undercooked and tasted terribly. Was $40 get real. Slide was not open till 3, was the reason to rent this hotel. We were busy in the evenings and never got to try the slide. That should be on the website so people will know when booking.

The rooms and shared areas we clean, bright and inviting. The staff was pleasant, polite and eager to help(they went out to get my license plate). The pool area is under maintenance and we were made aware of that at the time of booking and also a few days prior to our arrival, it didn’t effect us but the information was great to know if we had booked for that reason. Always a great stay and we will be returning in the future.

The pullout bed sheets were stained brown. The handicap rail in tub wasnt completely attached. Garbage in fridge. Only 1 towel in a double bed room. Your paying a ridiculous amount for the name. You get way nicer rooms for way cheaper. A bottle of pop was 6 bucks

This hotel needs a refresh. Carpets are worn out. Head board was all cracked which was kind of like a brown vinyl. Guest services was out of order by phone and I was not informed. I stayed here for 6 nights. Bedding was only changed on night 5 after requesting this from a maid. The pool was great along with the fitness room however some tracked in hard mud which wasnt cleaned for 3 days and likely is still not cleaned up. Ranked as one of the best hotels to stay in Saskatoon but its worn out. The front door is very difficult to open when coming in with luggage. It took me 2 hands to push it open. Unhappy with the overall condition of this hotel. I wanted a pool which limited my choices. The ALT is where other family members stayed and it was SO much nicer but doesnt have a pool. Perhaps I like hotels that are newer. I woll not stay here again as it one of the most expensive. I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn because this hotel is at that level. I rank this hotel as 2 star.

Area around the property was filthy lots of garbage on the ground. You have to walk around the building to enter into the hotel. There was dried pee on the toilet seat. We found tags off of a brand new shirt under the blankets. Was not ours as we had no new clothes.

Although it is an older property, they have maintained it well and given it a few updates. We stayed on Sunday night, so the hotel was quiet and clean. My only complaint was that our room was hot overnight ( 23C) despite us having set the temperature to 18C. Thankfully our room had a window we could open in the morning to let some fresh air in. More accurate room temperature control is necessary for a comfortable stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable! Very spacious rooms. The beds are so comfortable! The breakfast is not free but it is so good. Love the room service option and my kids thought it was pretty awesome. The pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was pretty nice.

It’s a much more modern hotel as you can see things have been upgraded and painted. Very minor thing……should have installed barn doors in the bathrooms as the swinging door is an annoyance. Otherwise, look forward to the next stay.

It was okay. The shower was noticeably not great. Zero pressure. We were in the “old part” of the hotel and it was a little run down and dated. Rooms were nice. Happened to stay in the “new part” the next weekend and it was really nice. Shower was fantastic.

There was an incident between other guests occur on our floor to the point were police were called. The night managers response when my husband told him what was happening was "what do you want me to do about it, it\'s a Friday night in Saskatoon". If I was staying at a motel, maybe I\'d expect this response.... not at a Sheraton. Super disappointing and scary experience for my family.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff was the exact opposite. We were awakened before 8 a.m. by the repeated slamming of doors to other rooms as the staff went in and out. This continued until we checked out.

I normally love the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon. The room is very clean and comfortable, check-in and dinner were great. However, the pool was packed. Two groups of teenagers doing cheer pyramids, playing chicken and not having any consideration for the little kids and families around. Had to ask pool staff to speak with the teens. Had one jump on me… just zero awareness. Went up to my room for the night, the room beside me was partying and blasting music. I let it slide until 11:00pm… then complained… had to complain three times with the last having to go to the front desk. They they offered me a new room. So I went up and packed up my dog and changed rooms. Ended up in a smaller corner room… at least it was quiet and I could sleep. Staff were apologetic and nice about the situation.

The real benefit of staying here is the staff. Always wonderful to deal with. During our recent stay there was a minor issue with our room. When reported it was fixed immediately despite the hotel being very booked and busy. The staff are wonderful and that is why we stay here often.

The front desk staff are always accommodating and provide exceptional service. The hotel rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, and make for a relaxing stay after exploring the city. There is a wonderful coffee shop and restaurant on location as well. One of the standout features is the fantastic water park. My kids and I absolutely love it! With a waterslide that has its own pool, a separate swimming pool with a deep end perfect for cannonballs, two hot tubs, and a convenient viewing platform offering beverage and ice cream service, it’s an absolute delight for families. The Sheraton Cavalier has truly become our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Saskatoon, and it never disappoints! Highly recommended for both families and those looking for a centrally located, amenity-packed stay.

The check in was simple. Room was beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool super busy however it’s because it’s great! 5 different pools, my children loved that as did many other parents. Family friendly! The breakfast was delicious, room service was great! Right downtown Saskatoon. Skating rink across the street with an overlook to the river. Definitely will be a returning costumer.

Came for a day of shopping then had a relaxing evening at the hotel! Everything was 5 star! Comfy bed and alot of space in the room. We had our dinner in the Scarlet restaurant which was also delish without a flaw! Our waitresses were so friendly and on spot! Would definitely stay at the Sheraton Cavalier again! Great stay overall. Parking is $20 a day and not ideal if you have a large vehicle. Bed was super comfy. Waterslide and hot tub was great. Amenities for the dog is a very cute touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was incredibly disappointed with the meals and service we received at Scarlet restaurant at the hotel. Very over priced, not one good thing to say about food and service was very poor. $4 for small glass of pop, $22 for burger and fries, $22 for fish and chips.

Or visit was great overall. My only issue was with the pool. The attendant put chemicals in the water while my daughter was still in the hot tub, which I'm not sure should have been done. My daughter ended up with skin irritation. There was so much chlorine it bleached her brand new swim suit. We didn't bring this forward as I was not aware until after we left Otherwise, excellent staff, clean rooms and great food at the restaurant.

Everything was good except for the shower and parking. If you don’t have a parking spot early you aren’t getting one and you can only get a smaller vehicle into the under ground parking. Shower had basically no pressure.
