Reception staff were all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a great breakfast before heading to Heathrow terminal for our flights. The connection by hotel shuttle was reasonable and easy, with door to door service. The fitness centre is very well equipped and was a great place to work off stress and fatigue. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Great location to both Heathrow & Windsor Castle. Comfy rooms, beautiful breakfast, stellar gym, bar & restaurant on site - plus laundry service avaiable! We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Ben linen was dirty, shower is no use if you are taller than 5ft 6in, the refillable bottles in the shower - 2 were empty, they are massive so no reason why that should be the case. Of the 2 lifts one was broken, no obvious stars to take. Food was expensive and poor quality. No enough staff in the bar, so had to wait over 30 minutes to get a drink

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and service. They have a kiosk where you can book taxi services as needed. This was helpful when going to the airport, and the price was better than anything I'd seen. Much bigger rooms than most hotels in London, especially the bathroom (and shower, specifically).

Room was not available at check in time; had to wait until 7:15pm to get our room, which was extremely difficult with my small children who were exhausted from a day spent traveling. They offered us a 50% voucher for food in the meantime, which was fine, but did not help with the children. The hotel was very dated, and there were several active water leaks throughout the hotel, with buckets placed under them. The room had lots of damaged items (broken locks; damaged furniture). Breakfast was really good, which was the only highlight.

Very good welcome by the Receptionist. Good range of breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Only slight criticism, is that the hotel offers inter-connecting rooms, whch is great for families hiring two rooms that need to be next to eachother. However, if you only require one room, then the inter-connecting door is locked (good!), but it does mean you can hear your neighbours and vice versa fairly clearly. However, I would return to this hotel as it was comfortable, excellent breakfast and great gym too. Feeling of a proper four star hotel.

Conveniently located near the airport. This hotel has a large work out gym, and continental breakfast including an extensive menu of healthy items. The service is timely to individual needs. The transit to London city center was also easy. I plan to come back and stay here again at the next opportunity.

Room needed a good scrubbing & walls painted. Shower was difficult to operate. Only the barest of amenities provided & soap bottle needed to be refilled. No mouth wash provided. Self-service breakfast buffet was a nightmare with children having unfettered access to touch all the food. Not hygienic & haven’t seen such a thing outside of UK since pandemic. No bottled water in room & none available. As basic as it could possibly be.

very nice place. Very friendly only problem was the shower configuration is quite dangerous. It’s a step up over a tall bathtub and the half glass shower door shirt swings out gets the floor wet, which proves dangerous.

Nice reception area and restaurant. The breakfast was good. Let down by dated rooms and scruffy corridors. Also the prices within the reception shop are extortionate £3.99 for a 500ml bottle of water an £3+ for a bar of chocolate.

I had a terrible check-in experience. The front desk gave me the wrong room key three times, and I had to drag heavy luggage back and forth across the hotel. Staff were unhelpful, showed no apology, and even left me waiting in the hallway for someone who never came. After multiple trips to reception, I finally got the right key. Completely unacceptable service—never staying here again

Got to the hotel at 630pm after traveling all day and being up since 1am. My room wasn\'t ready because the hotel had a flight crew. Now first of all I refused to believe that every single room was booked. Finally a very dedicated staff member Anibesh I believe tried to placate me by giving me a "free drink" voucher which was only good for beer and house wine. So of course I was pissed off because I need a scotch or a martini. So I went to him to express my dissatisfaction. He then offered me free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I finally was able to access my room at 745pm all the way of the other end of the building and only on the second floor. Needless to say I wasn\'t impressed. I had several interactions with the other two front desk workers both that evening and the following morning. Very snooty and unhelpful very lackluster no personality. I\'m like this is a hotel and you\'re the face of the hotel. The fish and chips suck at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent

This was a lovely hotel - close to the airport and Windsor Castle. It took an hour to get to downtown London by Uber, but public transit options were conveniently nearby and affordable. Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Bus transportation is accessible within a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel; train access takes a bit longer as the Langley train station is a little iver a mile away. Food options in the hotel were very good. Breakfast provided lots of options and service was great. There’s one restaurant across the street that we didn't try out.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Unfortunately, I will not stay there again as customers can no longer get back from Heathrow airport unless they pay around £50 for a taxi, which is unacceptable.

This was our second stay in 2 weeks, using it as the base of our holiday out of Heathrow. We left our car at the hotel, which worked well. All the staff at reception were very friendly, but Perez went above and beyond, sorting every request I made instantly and making it seem like it was no problem my asking. The only slight disappointment we had was the menu choices in the evening. We went out to eat on the return visit. Breakfast was excellent though.
