Es ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in guter Lage, gutes Frühstück, ordentliche Zimmer (wir haben ein kleines Upgrade genommen). Die Sauna funktionierte das gesamte Wochenende nicht, die angeblich auch nicht im Buchungspreis inbegriffen war. Gut hätte ich auch nichts für extra gezahlt. Das war Nix. Der Pool ist okay aber der gesamte Bereich kann eine Modernisierung vertragen.

The hotel had two towers. We stayed in the second tower connected by a long underground tunnel. Which meant getting to the room took a long time. When our jet cars stopped working it made the trip to the front desk and back a bit annoying. Friendly staff. The gym was lacking in every way imaginable. It had barely any equipment and weights only went up to 10kg. The Piano Bar was amazing. And drinks were spot on. Def recommended.

Nice hotel. Parking was very convenient. Plenty of great amenities including a restaurant and bar. Room was cleaned well, however no towels were present. Hallways were under-construction, and it’s pretty difficult to find your way around depending on where your room is. Overall we were happy with the stay.

This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Everything was immaculate. The staff were very friendly. Our room was large. We enjoyed spending time the communal areas, the outdoor seating area, and the piano bar. The breakfast was quite expensive but worth it. There was a great selection of delicious food. We were staying in the hotel during a very hot period, but it was lovely and cool inside. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nur Bei Nachfrage gereinigt...zweite und dritte Nacht garnicht....Kaffeekapseln genauso wenig. Das Frühstücksangebot war mega....allerdings sehr verschmutzte Tische. Das gebrauchte Geschirr wurde zwar abgeräumt, nur die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. es wurde einfach auf den Krümeln neu eingedeckt. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Der Aufenthalt war ok, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Personal, in allen Bereichen, war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "retro", es gab auch technische Mängel im Bereich des Badezimmer. Der Poolbereich war so unschön und unsauber, dass wir direkt wieder kehrt gemacht haben und diesen nicht genutzt haben. Beim Frühstück gilt dort Quantität vor Qualität. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, daher hatdas schon gepasst. Mehrere Nächte würde ich dort nicht wohnen wollen.

Erst war um ein Zimmer im Trakt der Bauarbeiten zugewiesen. Im Gang: Kabel hingen von der Decke, staubiger Boden (der in die Zimmer getragen wurde), plastiklastiger Geruch. Nach Beschwerde wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer gebeten: Business-Trakt. Kein Upgrade, aber drumherum sauber. Wieso die Umstände? Eine doch in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Bademäntel oder -latschen kosten extra. Kiosk an der Rezeption ist nett als Idee, aber miserabel und teuer befüllt.

Bei Ankunft fand ein Empfang im Foyer mit Hunderten Menschen statt. Der Rezeptionist musste uns anschreien, der Lärmpegel war immens. Im 3. Stock angekommen ein Bild des Grauens, Bauarbeiten. Worst hotel experience of my life. For a hotel that pretends to be of high quality, everything is very subpar. - A/c in the rooms was always hotter than the actual temperature outside. The room never went below 24 degrees. - WiFi drops every 10 minutes, if you are planning to stay here while on a business trip. Better look elsewhere. - Hallways to the rooms smell of weed, hugely unacceptable considering that I booked a no smoking room due to staying with my children that includes a newborn. All compounded by their crazy policy of a 90℅ fee if you check out early, even if its due to them not providing adequate service.

The air conditioner wasn't working that well. I notified the front desk in the about the problem and they said they would send someone by my room to check. Our train was delayed arriving at Stuttgart Hbf. The front desk was very accommodating by allowing us a late check in. The room was great and all the staff was helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel before catching our train to Munich on our final vacation day.

It's the craziest thing. The best thing about this property is the facilities itself. It us clean, spacious and beautiful. The customer service is mid at best. From hearing them dispute with another customer about possibly being cheated out of money, to being assigned the wrong room at first, all the way to a bartender named 'Anna' that works at the Piano Bar getting an attitude when I was trying to get my bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it seems like they went out of their way to give bad customer service.

Easy 10-15 minute walk to the Stuttgart Christmas Market. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave to heat up any left over food. If you don't do the hotel's breakfast, there isn't really anything like a cafe in the immediate area, you'll need to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes to get somewhere and the onsite coffee shop doesn't open until like 10am.
