wir haben dieses Hotel nicht zuletzt deswegen gewählt, weil alle überall die Dachterrasse, auch auf der eigenen Webseite, so gelobt wird. Die hat leider sonntags geschlossen. Das müsste deutlicher kommuniziert werden.

Great stay at Jaz in the city Stuttgart. Very modern and nice / clean room. One metro stop from central station / two stops from city centre so very convenient. Rooftop bar where we had a nice cocktail. The spa & fitness was nice too (and not crowded).

Schönes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage. In nur 10min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof bzw. Innenstadt erreichbar. Schade allerdings, dass die Bar / Restaurant Sonntag-Dienstag geschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, auch Vegan ist kein Problem. Parken ist allerdings im Parkhaus gegenüber und nicht im Hotel selbst. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht gerade Sonntags anreist und somit keine Bar oder Restaurant hat. Shoppingmall und Bibliothek direkt nebenan. Gerne wieder.

This hotel is a great central location for visiting Stuttgart. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds. The rooms are very modern. I was really looking forward to using the sauna though, and the hours were very limited, especially if you were busy sightseeing during your stay. I didn’t get to utilize it as much as I was hoping. Fitness room is great. Wish the rooftop bar wasn’t closed for half our stay. We would’ve like to enjoy that more than once as well.

Der Stil des Hotels ist modern, vieles ist in weiß gehalten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig. Leider war nur die kleine Bar im 6. OG offen: Dort war es so voll, dass wir keinen Platz bekamen und als hoteleigene Gäste gehen mussten. Fitnessraum Ist grundsolide ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Saunen und ein Dampfbad, dazu einen Ruheraum und Erlebnisdusche. Massagen sind teuer, da hatte ich schon preiswertere im Hotel.

Die Lage des Hotelswar perfekt für uns, direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum Milaneo, und zur Metro-Haltestelle konnte man in 5 Minuten laufen. Unser Zimmer war super modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider war die futuristische Duschkabine mit digitaler Wasseretemperatur-Einstellung zwar schön anzusehen, die Verstellung der Temperatur war jedoch (wenn überhaupt) nur mit allergrösster Kraftanstrengung möglich, da sich der Knopf zum kälter stellen fast nicht drücken liess. Man hat sich beim Duschen teilweise fast verbrüht deswegen. Als wir es beim Check-out gemeldet hatten, wurde nur lappidar geantwortet, dies sei leider wirklich ein Problem bein diesen Duschen, und betreffe alle Zimmer. Ich Die Reservation eines Parkplatzes hat gut geklappt, jedoch sind die Parkplätze in einer extrem heruntergekommenen, stockdunklen Tiefgarage,welche sich gegenüber des Hotels befindet. Nicht unbedingt ein Ort, wo man als Frau alleine sein Auto parkieren möchte, und in krassem Gegensatz zu dem sonst so modernen Hotel.

Really nice hotel with a great size room. It had a big bed and fantastic shower. There was a nice aroma in the hotel. Staff were very good however we were really disappointed by the lack of facilities during our stay. Both the bar and restaurant were closed most of the time which proved challenging on Sunday when most things around were closed. The onlynight the bat was open was Saturday and it was good bar with excellent music and efficient staff.

Wenn man ein zentrales Hotel mit guten Shopping Möglichkeiten sucht, dann kann ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Hotel hat einen netten Wellness und Fitnessbereich. Absoluter Pluspunkt: Die unkomplizierte und lockere Atmosphäre und Freundlichkeit des Personals!!!! ⭐️ 2 Kritikpunkte: Der Straßenverkehr ist spät am Abend noch recht laut. Die Hotelkissen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Es war alles sehr schön und hat gepasst. Leider war krankheitsbedingt am Samstagabend die Bar geschlossen, aber in der Umgebung war durch Tips des Hotelpersonals der Abend zu retten. Nur in den Dusche war an manchen Ecken was auszusetzen, sonst können wir das Hotel wirklich empfehlen 😉

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das mega leckere Frühstück und das super freundliche Personal. Leider hat das Zimmer beim Betreten auf den ersten Blick keinen guten Eindruck gemacht, da auf einer Ablage mit Teppich einige wirklich riesige hässliche braune Flecken waren. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren außer diesem Manko ansonsten aber sehr sauber.

Ich hatte das Hotel für einen Theaterbesuch gebucht und war voll auf zufrieden. Tolles, modernes Designer-Hotel in der City. Super nette Mitarbeitende und gute Lage. Alles perfekt sauber, tolle geräumige Zimmer. Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr gut.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen,das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Hotelpreis war fair. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Dass der Parkplatz nicht im Hotel war hat uns nicht gestört, man müsste ja nur über die Straße. Auch die Rooftop-Bar hat uns Spaß gemacht, Cocktail-Drink waren preislich ok, diese sind ja überall teuer.. Die Sauna ist sauber und großzügig. Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen,das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Hotelpreis war fair. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Dass der Parkplatz nicht im Hotel war hat uns nicht gestört, man müsste ja nur über die Straße. Es ist schön sauber gewesen. Und super zentral. Aber die Zimmereinrichtung lies zu wünschen übrig. Der fernseh hat nicht richtig funktioniert und das Bett vom Freiberg Zimmer war eine Couch mit topper drauf. Nicht sehr bequem und meiner Meinung nach für ein vollbezahler nicht angemessen.

The theme of the hotel is pretty tech and modern with lots of ambient lighting control and bottons for shower etc. The rooms are bright and big which was delighting after long trips.

Perfekt!! Wir hatten ein Shopping Wochenende die Lage hervorragend. Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Missverständnis, dass unser Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächte nicht so schlimm. Dafür bekommen wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine kleine wieder gut machung. Die Zimmer schön und sauber. Zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar.

Stayed here for business. Met with rude and unwelcoming staff in the reception insisting I had pre-paid although I asked to see the payment. I asked again in the morning, same response. And with a rude arrogant german attitude. Asked also for breakfast (which I had prepaid) due to early checkout & late opening (630) bur they could not offer someting. Large rooms, but hospital like and inpersonal. No iron. Not recommended. There are nicer and more welcoming alternatives…

What a nice hotel. Beds are were the most comfortable we have experience so far this trip. Front desk staff was so helpful. The only reason for 4 stars for service was because we had asked for 2 additional towels and more toilet paper a couple times but it never showed. Maintenance came to fix the shower and was timely and successful. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant and train.

Very cozy and amazing hotel with very lovely staff at all in lobby and restaurant. This hotel close to metro for going to center or airport then beside a shopping mall with restaurant. I will recommend to take drink in restaurant if hotel even their foods are so delicious I added other booking to stay more days as very interesting at all

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, auch Vegan ist kein Problem. Parken ist allerdings im Parkhaus gegenüber und nicht im Hotel selbst. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht gerade Sonntags anreist und somit keine Bar oder Restaurant hat. Shoppingmall und Bibliothek direkt nebenan. Gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotelswar perfekt für uns, direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum Milaneo, und zur Metro-Haltestelle konnte man in 5 Minuten laufen. Unser Zimmer war super modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider war die futuristische Duschkabine mit digitaler Wasseretemperatur-Einstellung zwar schön anzusehen, die Verstellung der Temperatur war jedoch (wenn überhaupt) nur mit allergrösster Kraftanstrengung möglich, da sich der Knopf zum kälter stellen fast nicht drücken liess. Man hat sich beim Duschen teilweise fast verbrüht deswegen. Als wir es beim Check-out gemeldet hatten, wurde nur lappidar geantwortet, dies sei leider wirklich ein Problem bein diesen Duschen, und betreffe alle Zimmer. Ich Die Reservation eines Parkplatzes hat gut geklappt, jedoch sind die Parkplätze in einer extrem heruntergekommenen, stockdunklen Tiefgarage,welche sich gegenüber des Hotels befindet. Nicht unbedingt ein Ort, wo man als Frau alleine sein Auto parkieren möchte, und in krassem Gegensatz zu dem sonst so modernen Hotel.

Die Lage war super. Direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Zur Königsstrasse läuft man ca 25-30min. Ist aber gut machbar. Das Hotel ist stylisch. Die Zimmer doch eher kühl und heizten nicht so gut. Das Frühstückbuffet war klein aber lecker. Doch 25.- pro Person ist viiiiel zu teuer. Der Parkplatz 20.- pro Nacht war auch zu teuer und war nicht in der Beschreibung.

Der Stil des Hotels ist modern, vieles ist in weiß gehalten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig. Leider war nur die kleine Bar im 6. OG offen: Dort war es so voll, dass wir keinen Platz bekamen und als hoteleigene Gäste gehen mussten. Fitnessraum Ist grundsolide ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Saunen und ein Dampfbad, dazu einen Ruheraum und Erlebnisdusche. Massagen sind teuer, da hatte ich schon preiswertere im Hotel.

We were there to kill some time before a river cruise, elsewhere. The hotel was modern, comfortable bed & a nice shower. the room was spacious enough. The staff were friendly. Our first night, the restaurant was closed, due to a private function. Unfortunately on Sunday, in Stuttgart, almost everything is closed, including the hotel restaurant, except for the breakfast buffet. We did partake in the breakfast buffet, at an unreasonable cost. The breakfast itself had a good variety, however the supposed to be hot portions, were served room temperature at best. Very disappointing. Otherwise it is a good hotel.

Nice room however I asked for a quiet room prior to coming.It wasn’t quiet there were ambulance and place going all night plus the last night it sounded like someone was jumping up and down on the roof. Woke up few times to people slamming their doors . Tip : have slow closing doors to prevent this.
