Not a good experience at A&I Stuttgart. Right away, the employees refused to take my passport information and insisted I connect to an *unsecure* network to enter all my personal information myself while they stood around twiddling their thumbs. Their sign at the desk says 'scan this to save time' yet it was one of the longest check-in processes in recent memory. No wonder why the lines are so long to check in. The people behind me were not happy. If you want to do laundry, you will be forced to download an app. Very glitchy process, and I got charged twice in error. Even though the nightly rate is cheap, expect to be nickle-and-dimed, and hope your personal information doesn't get hacked over their unsecure network.

The electronic check-in does not work well and seems comlicated. If I did the booking with all my dates before coming to you why is it not sufficient to present my ID-card? Why do I have to make a laborious electronic check-in with possibilities of misunderstanding? Make that simple and the check-in will work fine without large queues and folks waiting. But the stuff members were very helpful und friendly!

This hostel was quite possibly the worst place I’ve stayed. The surrounding area left a lot to be desired, the noise in the hotel was constant, the parking needed pre booking which was not advised when booking the stay, the rooms were incredibly warm, you could barely see out of the windows as they were filthy and when you opened them the latches were damaged. The queues to check in were long and the self check in was not available.

Alles in allem ein guter Übernachtungsort im Zentrum von Stuttgart. Das a&o arbeitet nach dem Motto "everyone can travel" und bietet somit eine günstige Möglichkeit der Übernachtung an. Leider wird diese nicht von allen Übernachtenden geschätzt. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und das Personal nicht wirklich abgestimmt bzw. etwas unorganisiert, jedoch sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das (Familien-)Zimmer ist recht einfach, aber ausreichend groß. Ein zusätzliches Babybett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück wurde aus pandemiegründen auf Bestellung zubereitet und zugeteilt. Das Frühstücksbuffet stand nicht zur Verfügung. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen nicht zur Verfügung, auch nicht wenn man ein paar (Kilo-)Meter läuft, alles Park Zonen. Das Tagesticket in der Parkzone kostet außer Sonntags 10,30€. Auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist es teurer.

The room was very clean including linens and etc. We had a room for 2 people. The reception staff were nice and accommodating. The location is also very good, you can reach the old town in just a few minutes. All in all it was a good experience and we will come back.

sehr billige Einrichtungen, sehr dreckig, aber trotzdem sehr teuer gewesen für eine Nacht. wir hatten ein Doppelbettzimmer gebucht, in dem Zimmer waren allerdings noch weitere Betten. Das Foyer unten täuscht, es sieht sehr schön unten aus, wenn man allerdings zu den Zimmern hochfährt ist es katastrophal. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Auf den ersten Blick war es in Ordnung und modern eingerichtet. Allerdings war die Dusche im Zimmer schimmelig und die Bettwäsche (Bettdecken) schmutzig/fleckig. Der Föhn war schon sehr verbraucht und hat verbrannt gerochen beim anschalten und die usb Steckdosen waren zum Teil kaputt.

Wir waren übers Wochenende mit 2 Kindern dort in einem Familienzimmer und wir fanden es für den Preis wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich. U-Bahn Haltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Der Zoo Wilhelma ist zu Fuß in gut 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und die nächste U-Bahnstation ist nur 2 Minuten vom Eingang entfernt. Von daher ist man schnell mitten in Stuttgart. Die Nächte waren sehr unruhig, da am Wochenende hauptsächlich Partyvolk übernachtet und die gerne zwischen 2 Uhr und 5 Uhr nachts jolend über die Flure marschieren. An Schlaf ist in der Zeit kaum zu denken, vorallem die Kinder wurden permanent wach. Dieser Lärm nervte gewaltig vorallem weil man damit wirbt, dass man für Ruhe in der Nacht sorgt. Für Kurztrip mit Familie aufgrund der Familienzimmer dennoch befriedigend.
Die Unterkunft ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und die nächste U-Bahnstation ist nur 2 Minuten vom Eingang entfernt. Von daher ist man schnell mitten in Stuttgart. Die Nächte waren sehr unruhig, da am Wochenende hauptsächlich Partyvolk übernachtet und die gerne zwischen 2 Uhr und 5 Uhr nachts jolend über die Flure marschieren. An Schlaf ist in der Zeit kaum zu denken, vorallem die Kinder wurden permanent wach. Dieser Lärm nervte gewaltig vorallem weil man damit wirbt, dass man für Ruhe in der Nacht sorgt. The surrounding area left a lot to be desired, the noise in the hotel was constant, the parking needed pre booking which was not advised when booking the stay, the rooms were incredibly warm, you could barely see out of the windows as they were filthy and when you opened them the latches were damaged. The queues to check in were long and the self check in was not available.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel in Stuttgart übernachtet und war sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen, das sehr laut war und nur ein Fenster hatte, durch das man nichts sehen konnte, da es ziemlich dunkel war. Außerdem hat das Internet während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Der einzige Vorteil dieses Hotels ist, dass es nur zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Leider kann dies die anderen Unannehmlichkeiten nicht wettmachen.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, 1 min zur Straßenbahn, 4 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut sortiert und ausreichend, am Samstag gab es sogar Frühstücksbeutel zum Mitnehmen.😘 Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Lautstärke. Die Türen schließen sehr laut, lässt sich auch mit vorsichtigem zu machen nicht verhindern. Im Frühstücksraum könnten zu Hochzeiten 1-2 Tische mehr stehen, da war es schon schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert 👍

Not a good experience at A&I Stuttgart. Right away, the employees refused to take my passport information and insisted I connect to an *unsecure* network to enter all my personal information myself while they stood around twiddling their thumbs. Their sign at the desk says 'scan this to save time' yet it was one of the longest check-in processes in recent memory. No wonder why the lines are so long to check in. The people behind me were not happy. If you want to do laundry, you will be forced to download an app. Very glitchy process, and I got charged twice in error. Even though the nightly rate is cheap, expect to be nickle-and-dimed, and hope your personal information doesn't get hacked over their unsecure network.

Ich hab 3 Nächte gebucht und konnte erste Nacht kaum schlafen Das Zimmer hat nach Urin und Stuhlgang gerochen und wenn man das Finster aufmacht riecht nach Zigarettenrauch, da das Zimmer direkt über den Haupteingang ist und war fast bis 4 morgen laut draußen. Am zweiten Tag habe ich das Personal das Problem geschildert und hoffte,dass eine Lösung geben würde oder mindestens das Zimmer wechseln oder mach Check out und kriege was ich gezahlt habe, zurück. Mir wurde gesagt dass ich noch warten muss bis die Chefin um 8uhr Morgen kommt,also habe ich noch die zweite Nacht dort verbracht und war nichts anderes als erste Nacht. Um 8 kam die Chefin nicht und das Personal hat sie geschrieben und am Ende wurde auch keine Lösung gegeben,dann musste ich das Hostel verlassen und wo anders übernachten.

Wir waren übers Wochenende mit 2 Kindern dort in einem Familienzimmer und wir fanden es für den Preis wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich. U-Bahn Haltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Der Zoo Wilhelma ist zu Fuß in gut 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen

Staff are so helpful and polite. Rooms furniture and facilities are new. I can say it was amazing. I will use these services in future as well when required and strongly recommend for any one who ever need to stay in best facilities with low budget.

It looked shady when we arrived. Guys drinking outside the hostel in daylight, a lot of garbage and broken toys, glass etc. A lot of noise, kids running around in the hallways. The breakfast was not good. You could just go to a supermarked and spend 2 euros and get more and better than we did. It wasn't even allowed to fill our water bottles there. It smelled like mold and curry, but they didn't serve either.

Ein praktisches Hostel, bzw. einfaches Hotel, Preis- Leistung ist ok. Liegt nahe des Zentrums nur hat die Umbebung eher das Flair eines Randbezirkes, ála Getto. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert, vorallem für Bahnreisende ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof optimal.

Alles in allem ein guter Übernachtungsort im Zentrum von Stuttgart. Das a&o arbeitet nach dem Motto "everyone can travel" und bietet somit eine günstige Möglichkeit der Übernachtung an. Leider wird diese nicht von allen Übernachtenden geschätzt. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und das Personal nicht wirklich abgestimmt bzw. etwas unorganisiert, jedoch sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Its so bad that system getting the bedsheet at the reception for you to make the bed on your own. When one arrives late in the night and others are sleeping in a shared room, its almost impossible mission no to be noisy while putting the bedsheet in place.
