Good hotel but parking was hard to find

Bem localizado, no coração da cidade, próximo a todos os recursos, limpo, confortável, atendimento excelente. O nosso quarto era para os fundos, muito silencioso. Entretanto, a internet não pegava, ao contrário das áreas comuns e do café da manhã, por exemplo, onde o sinal era bom. Aliás, café da manhã maravilhoso. Estacionamento privado, pago, fácil chegar, muito próximo ao hotel.

Our first room wasn't suitable for us, bed was too small, heating wasn't working, no wifi. Receptionist gave us a different room and she personally accorded us to the new room to make sure everything was good for our needs. Location is excellent, also, direct hotel access to closed parking garage was a plus! We stayed for 3 nihts, All of the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room was out dated, but it was clean and centrally located. The water wasn't very hot for taking a shower and the mattress was not comfortable, there was no refrigerator nor smartTV. Also, a bit of damp.

Otel çok eski bir bina. Otelin içi bir labirent bilmecrsi gibi. Otoparktan lobiye yada odanıza giderken kaybolabilirsiniz. Odalarda klima yok. Yazın çok sıcak oluyor. Çarşaflarda ve yastıklarda saç ve kıl vardı. Oda da günlük küçük su var demelerine rağmen hiç bir şey yok. Kahvaltısı vasatın bir tık üstü. Otel hareketli bir caddenin üzerinde o yüzden çok gürültü oluyor. Tek güzel tarafı tarihi meydana çok yakın. Toplu ulaşıma ihtiyacınız olmadan gezebilirsiniz.

Location was great. Staff was nice. We were in some weird extension to the hotel, kind of a pain to get to. Lobby is very small and gets crowded fast, making it hard to get to elevator. Elevators are very small. My family of 4 had to make two elevator trips with our luggage. Carpets were dirty in room and smelled funny. I had to Get air freshener at the store. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Hotel was clean, just needs a few more amenities like ice, bar being open downstairs, overall hotel was solid.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in Stuttgart und ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gross und der Preis ist wirklich günstig. Allerdings muss man teilweise sehr lange Wege in Kauf nehmen, inklusive mehrerer Treppen, um vom Empfang ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Möbel sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es Luft nach oben. Insgesamt bekommt man, wofür man zahlt – für ein, zwei Nächte durchaus akzeptabel, aber kein Ort, an dem man länger bleiben möchte.

Confusing hotel layout. But once you figure it out it’s good. Friendly and flexible staff. The room isn’t special…no AC etc…very European (obviously) but was clean and comfortable while dated. For the money, I’d certainly stay there again.

Hôtel vieillissant qui nécessiterait d'être rafraîchi. Situé à proximité du centre ville et des commerces. Gros problème d'insonorisation. Le nombre de places de parking devrait être indiqué nous avons dû prendre un parking à proximité plus cher que celui de l'hôtel. Accueil mitigé le français n'étant pas parlé par le personnel.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels super!

Ich mag Teppiche in Hotelzimmer überhaut nicht, er hatte auch Flecken.

Staff at breakfast was very nice. The room was not clean though and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s. The pictures made it look like a different place.

Expectativa :) fotos de internet / Realidad :( súper viejo, descuidado, huele mal, ropa de cama manchada, almohadas con pelos de otros huespedes, empleados del restaurante malumorados, atención del personal mala, no recomendable por ninguna situación muy alto el precio para lo que ofrecen....

We were given a room that was different from the pictures shown on hotels.com. The room hadn't been cleaned and had a foul atmosphere because it hadn't been ventilated for a long time. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom.

The room was nice, big and clean. Very basic, no tea/coffee making facility and no TV. Lots of building work going on and very loud in the morning. The Hotel is in a good area and the staff were pleasant.

11月に４泊シングルで利用。 他の人が書いているように、建物や設備はだいぶ古く、カーペットが擦り切れているようなところはありました。 ただし、古いからといって不潔ということではなく、清潔さは保たれていて、滞在は快適でした。今回、仕事での滞在だったので、広い机と座りやすい椅子があって、部屋でのパソコン仕事が捗りました。また、ベットの硬さが私にとってはちょうど良く、とてもよく寝られました。朝食も一通り揃っているので、3日食べましたが、飽きることはなかったです。 シュトゥットガルトの繁華街にありうるさいかと思いましたが、かなり奥行きがあるホテルなので、道路に面していない部屋だったので、とても静かでした。スーパーや飲食店が周りにあり、駅からも主要な観光スポットに近くて、利便性は高いと思います。 11月で暑くもなく寒くもなかったので部屋の温度も適温でシャワーの温度も熱かったですが、冷房はないので夏は暑いかも。

Der Preis hat natürlich auch seine Gegenseite. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und dafür außerordentlich günstig. Darüber hinaus sogar noch mit Frühstück. Konkurrenzlos günstig - aber leider merkt man auch schnell, dass der niedrige Preis seine Gründe hat. Das Gebäude ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine tiefgehende Renovierung. Unser Zimmer hatte kaputte Fliesen, schimmelige Fugen, die Möbel waren abgegriffen und zerkratzt, der Teppichboden kaputt gelatscht, das Zimmer extrem nachlässig geputzt. Hier muss sich jemand ein Herz fassen und den Laden mal für ein Jahr zu machen, um die notwendige Grunderneuerung durchzuführen. Bis dahin hat man ein sehr günstiges Hotel in bester Lage inmitten Stuttgarts mit Makel, die nicht nur Schönheitsfehler sind. Aber: Das Frühstück war gut! Für den Preis wirklich angemessen und toll gestaltet. Das ganze Personal ist extrem nett, bodenständig und hilfsbereit - aber vielleicht auch ein bisschen überfordert.

The only thing that bothered me was finding a few hairs on the bed and bath towels. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was adequate and delicious. It was nice that they allowed us to leave our bags after check-out. The staff were helpful.

Man kunne høre lyden af de andres toiletter, som skyllede ud, eller når folk var i bad. Man kunne høre hver en dør som blev åbnet og lukket. Der var meget lydt. Selve værelset var gammelt og slidt. Sengetøjet var vasket med parfumeret vaskemiddel, hvilket jeg ikke synes er rart - og tænk hvis man ikke kunne tåle parfume... Morgenmaden var ret begrænset, og der var næsten ikke plads til alle gæsterne (lørdag morgen), som gerne ville spise på en gang. Det var samtidig den dyreste overnatning på vores tur - og samtidig den, hvor vi fik mindst for pengene. Vi havde dog brug for et hotel, som lå centralt i forhold til Slotspladsen, hvor vi skulle til koncert, og det opfyldte hotellet. Hvis man godt kan lide at kunne gå direkte ud på gågaden og have al shopping og spisemuligheder tæt på, så er det et fint hotel til prisen.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer sollten modernisiert werden. Badewanne viel zu klein, als Dusche jedoch unbrauchbar. Kühlschrank oder Minibar wäre zu begrüßen. Ausblick auf den Hinterhof gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war freundlich.

Conexión wifi casi inexistente. Tuve que usar roaming durante la mayor parte de mi viaje.

De hotelkamer die we kregen was erg klein. Rondom het bed was er niet eens een halve meter ruimte. Ook was het bed erg smal met een slecht matras. Verder was de ligging van het hotel erg goed.

Google says this hotel has a/c in every room. It doesn't. It doesn't have any a/c. It doesn't have any *ventilation* at all, so you have to keep the windows open all the time. This is a serious problem because (1) it's too hot in summer and cold in winter; (2) it's really noisy on the weekends until 2or 3am; (3) Stuttgart often has bad air quality. No ventilation just isn't acceptable in 2023. The hotel advertises "soundproof rooms" but there's no such thing as soundproof if you have to keep the windows open all the time. Expedia lists the breakfast buffet at 12.50/day. It was 20/day when I was there. The rooms are *bare.* No kettle or coffee maker. No iron. Squishy, bouncy mattress. Single, lumpy pillow. Uncomfortable desk chair. Tiny TV with limited channels. The whole place seems kind of old and beat up. When I arrived the wifi didn't work (misconfigured router) but they eventually moved me to a different room, where I was close to a different router that did work. There's no fitness room or lounge or any other amenities really. The staff were friendly and tried to help. They found a tiny, old desk fan with broken controls for me. But the condition of the whole place is just atrocious. Bottom line, this hotel is for people who want to stay up all night smoking and drinking. If you like clean air and getting a good night's sleep, stay elsewhere.

It is a dated hotel....However it is very clean, centrally located , with very polite personnel and reasonably priced. Taking all these into consideration ....its a value for money choice! Mrs Kattirtzi at reception extremely polite and helpful!

No tenían cuartos disponible para empezar, nos mandaron a un hotel que no tenía calefacción, no tenía luz, esta en remo delación en todos los pisos much ruido de los trabajadores. Todo muy muy pero muy mal.

We were kept waiting for a long time when checking in. No explanation was given as to what the problem was. Although we booked a room with one king bed, they gave us a room with two separate beds. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The only positive aspect was that the lady at breakfast was very helpful. I think her name was Genç.

Room was great! Nothing fancy, but it’s clean. The only issue I had was the room card did not work upon checking in. We tried 4 times but still didn’t work. The night audit worker got it fixed.

Booked this hotel for its location (city centre) for the Euro 2024 finals. Days before my travel i find out that i've been moved to a hotel outside the city due to them taking on a government contract to house immigrants! The hotel i was moved to has a cheaper daily rate but no refund offered for the difference dispite Expedia's continued efforts!

The location of this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are big. And those are pretty much the only advantages. The people at reception are not exactly welcoming. They're not rude, but they're the least welcoming reception in a German hotel I've ever come across. The hotel is a maze... From reception, we had to go up two flights of stairs, walk for a good 3-4 minutes, then go down a flight of stairs to finally get to the room.... And despite being in the back of the hotel there was SO MUCH NOISE every night. I can sleep through anything so it didn't bother me, but I couldn't hear the TV sometimes because of the noise outside. The back street has some parking spaces, but it looks like there were also entrances to buildings, and people would talk there while smoking for hours... Oh and the free water the hotel advertizes is half a scam. You have to do a precise thing to get it but they don't tell you until it's too late...

Das Zimmer und Empfang waren sehr gut.Heute morgen beim Auschecken sehr ärgerlich war,das Absprachen nicht eingehalten wurden.Ich hatte mit Frühstück gebucht,mein Zug fuhr aber schon 6 Uhr.Im Vorfeld per Mail wurde mir zugesagt, das ich ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekomme,was die Frau gestern Abend an der Rezeption auch bestätigte. Davon wusste der Kollege heute morgen nichts und meine, das ich ab 6 Uhr frühstücken könne,was mir nichts nutzte und so begann der Tag sehr schlecht und ich verließ das Hotel ohne das Frühstück.

Leider hatten wir einen sehr schlechten Aufenthalt. Obwohl wir über die App ein anderes Zimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir ein völlig anderes und sehr unangenehmes Zimmer erhalten. Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit King-Size-Bett, tatsächlich stand dort jedoch nur ein 1,40 m Bett für zwei Personen. Auf den Fotos wurde ein großes Badezimmer gezeigt, in Wirklichkeit war es extrem klein und höchstens für eine Person geeignet. Zudem war der Boden mit einem stark fleckigen Teppich bedeckt, was sehr unhygienisch wirkte. Als wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und ein Teil des Hotels renoviert werde. Deshalb bekamen wir ein Zimmer, das man nur als Horror-Zimmer bezeichnen kann – extrem laut, mit ständigem Geschrei und absolut nicht erholsam. Zusätzlich gab es am Abend kein warmes Wasser, und die Heizung funktionierte kaum. Obwohl ich die Heizkörper auf die maximale Stufe gedreht habe, blieb das Zimmer kalt. Als einzige Gegenleistung durften wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage kostenlos parkieren. Sehr enttäuschend und in keiner Weise das, was wir gebucht oder erwartet haben.

Impossible to reach by vehicle directly. Noisy. Young people gather and sing songs and play instruments until 2am. I know they are not their faults. No refrigerator and Slow internet. But my room had strong cooler. Wonderful.

Localização excelente, perto da principal rua comercial da cidade, logo abaixo tem restaurantes ótimos, assim como também fast Food, 100 m tem metro e suburbano que chega 1 min na estação central. Super recomendo.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, eigentlich wollten wir morgens um 7.00 weiterfahren. Haben uns dann um 3.00 für die Abreise entschieden. An schlafen war nicht zu denken. Wir hatten Gefühl in einer Disco zu schlafen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels super!

Also: you step outside of the hotel and it feels like you are in Ankara or Istanbul. Hotel itself is ok. Good quality beds. Not so good is the shower situation. It all looks a bit like late 70s. Breakfast good, with awful coffee. Staff: indifferent friendly

Cheap hotel in heart of town Somewhat dated but excellent free breakfast

Sehr schöner relaxter Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Stuttgart.Liebevolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Decent hotel with 24 hour front desk. Good room space. Single bed very small. Shower good. Desk to work at. Internet not great, streaming slow. Excellent breakfast.

Basic lodging on a commercial walking street. Breakfast was adequate, although some fresh fruit shoud have been offered

Very handy central location; very friendly staff; very reasonably priced; the whole place was a bit tired and threadbare, though. Clean enough but not spotless. Everything worked more or less, but my room was like time-travelling into the 1980s. Needs refurbishing; breakfast not very appealing; overall decent value for what I paid but not very enjoyable.

Frühstück war nicht so der Hit.9uhr gab es schon keine gekochten Eier mehr und Rührei war auch fast leer und wurde nichts nachgebracht.Trotz Nachfrage obwohl Frühstück bis 10.30uhr gab.Und immer noch Leute kamen. Wurstauswahl war wenig...es wurde mit Handschuhen immer nur paar Scheiben nachgelegt anstatt platte in der Küche neu herzurichten...Kaffee war lauwarm die erste Tasse bei uns allen.
